Obama Didn't Promise
to Sign Defense/Hate Bill

By Rev. Ted Pike
26 Oct. 2009

Homosexual online newspaper The Washington Blade is spreading the rumor that the Presiden has communicated that he will sign the defense/hate crimes bill. The Blade says, “President Obama intends to sign into law Wednesday a long-sought hate crimes protection measure as part of a major defense bill, according to an administration source.” ("Obama to sign hate crimes bill Wednesday" in The Washington Blade)
Who is this unnamed source? This afternoon I called the office of those with the highest stake in passing the defense authorization bill—the Senate Armed Services Committee (Democrat). I wanted to see if they heard any leaks from the White House about the President’s intentions. Their spokesperson said, “We have received no indication which way the President will decide.”
Yes, Obama has said—as recently as the Human Rights Campaign banquet several weeks ago—that he will sign a federal hate crimes bill. But he has repeatedly made clear he will not sign the defense authorization bill (to which the hate bill is attached) if it’s loaded with $100 billion of military “pork” for thousands of F-35 jet engines. Defying him two weeks ago, Congress added the extra engines. There is thus a viable chance Obama will keep his word, teaching the upstart Democrat Congress who sets the legislative agenda.
The homosexual lobby, Anti-Defamation League and liberal media are announcing Obama’s signing of the hate bill as almost a fact for strategic reasons. First, they want to make it harder for Obama to disappoint the political left, especially the homosexual and Jewish communities who now rejoice in the “virtual reality” of their hate law dream. Second, they want to drain the fighting spirit out of those who might continue to email Obama. After all, if the President has recently sworn to sign the defense/hate bill, why bother to demand that he not?
The fact is that no credible message has come from the administration concerning the President’s state of mind. The spokesperson for the Senate Armed Services Committee told me they hope the President will pass these bills, yet the committee remains ignorant of his ultimate choice. Of one thing this source was sure: “If the President does veto the defense bill, it will be a huge setback for the committee.”
Don’t let up on emailing Obama! Send these three messages in separate emails to Obama immediately, through the White House contact page, You may copy and paste them into the message section at that website.

  1. Mr. President, I will vote out Democrats at mid-terms if you sign the freedom-destroying hate crimes bill.

  2. Mr. President, I expect you to keep your promise to veto any military authorization bill that wastes $100 billion of taxpayers' money on unnecessary F-35 jet engines.

  3. Mr. President, I will never forgive or forget if you sign away America's sovereignty at the Copenhagen conference in December.

Fox News Rips "Pedophile-Protecting" Hate Bill:

...[Fox News anchor Megyn] Kelly interviewed Rep. Steve King, who attempted to amend the hate bill in Judiciary last week to explicitly exclude pedophiles. King reported how Rep. Alcee Hastings, a pro-hate bill Democrat, proudly claimed practitioners of 547 paraphilias listed by the American Psychiatric Association can "live without fear" once the hate bill is passed.
Ms. Kelly also expressed indignation that, while the Democrats acted to protect pedophiles, they rejected Republican efforts to obtain similar special protection for war veterans. Especially in times of unpopular wars, these are common victims of "hate crimes," spit upon or attacked because of who they are -- military defenders of America's freedom...

Alert to Congress Regarding Hate Bills and the False Flag Attack Threat by America First Books publisher William B. Fox. Two-thirds down the web page please find the essay "The Hate Crime Law Concept: It is all very sinister for at least nine major reasons."
Also, earlier on this same page I comment:

Although Rev Ted Pike is completely independent from Captain May and myself in terms of his political and religious views, the threats we address all stem from the same corrupt power elite. I mention in my concluding remarks below that this elite “would mobilize us into domestic tyranny and foreign wars, while distracting us from economic depression and the groups that brought it about.”
This is the real problem, not the lack of more “hate crime” laws. If anything, we need even more freedom of speech to speak truth to power, sort out our problems, and develop peaceful strategies to handle high level malefactors. This is why we urgently need for members of Congress to not only take a principled stand and stop all hate crime legislative initiatives, but to also roll back all the existing hate crime laws currently on the books.

Hate crime laws actually pose a major national security threat. They condition Americans to feel that certain types of thought are inherently immoral or illegal, even if they do not result in any form of violence or infringement on the rights of others.
In our articles related to false flag attacks, Capt. Eric H. May and I have discussed strong evidence that Mossad-CIA was behind 9-11, the mere "thought" of which would some day be outlawed once hate crime oversight bureaucracies become firmly implanted in America. We can expect government hate crime overwatch entities to experience the usual cancerous growth and abuse of power that libertarian writer and Presidential candidate Harry Browne described in his classic book Why Government Doesn't Work.
