Sadly, Captain May died of Lou Gehrig's disease and fought the good fight to the very end, even though he was rendered a complete quadriplegic
and had to rely on pressurized air to breath. He unluckily contracted
the 1:30,000 chance disease (or if you are a conspiracy theorist
--he probably got neurotoxined) within a few months after running
his 7-28-2005 mission to thwart an apparent false flag nuke attempt
on the British Petroleum refinery in Texas City, Texas shortly

911, and made a specific prediction that the Bush regime would
use hastily-announced military exercises as a cover for executing
the Nuclear 911 on Texas City, Texas , a small petrochemicals
town south of Houston . The military exercise contrived for the
purpose -- simulating a 10-kiloton "terror" nuke --
were scheduled for Jan. 31 - Feb. 2, 2006 . My military background
as a general staff intelligence officer lead me to believe that
the earliest date of Jan. 31 was the most likely, so I made that
"1/31" my prediction date." [Editor's
Note: On Feb 1, 2006 at least one indicator suggested that Texas
City had been set up for an aborted nuclear strike. A top-level
DoD nuclear damage assessment team was present in Texas City within
a day of Capt May's prediction. As a weak indicator, months earlier
anti-Mohammed cartoons had been ballyhooed
internationally by Zionist-controlled media. One of the cartoons
depicted a bomb inside the Prophet's turban. This helps to subliminally
condition the public to not only accept the bogus Arab-highjacker
story behind 9-11, but also future false flag terror bomb strikes

3/11/2004, Madrid is set up; the same day, "Lucky Larry"

City, which turns into a British Petroleum explosion; the same
day the government/media establishment begins to rev up the story
that Al-Qaida meant to blow up the Sears Tower. On
4/19/2004 there are reports that an attempt by the Establishment
to attack the Sears Tower has been stopped by effective internet
analysis and warning -- the same thing Ghost Troop did in breaking

1/31/2006, there was a documented attempt by the Establishment
to set up Texas City for a nuclear attack, and now there is mounting
speculation that another 4/16/2006 is yet another date for the

Note: There were reports that agents blew holes in levees to precipitate
the flooding, and that a number of New Orleans policemen died
in a shootout to try to stop them. According to Capt May, the
flood benefited business interests seeking to evict blacks out
of prime New Orleans real estate. The original reports of over
10,000 dead, that were later reduced by controlled media to around
1,000 dead, were probably right the first time. Especially ominous,
New Orleans became a very bad precedent and training ground for

cover up heavy Battle for Baghdad casualties. When the 3/7 Cavalry
got badly mauled and overrun by Sadam's counterattack at the Baghdad
Airport, there is strong evidence that Bush authorized use of
a neutron bomb that crispy-fried Iraqi soldiers, inflicted friendly
fire casualties, and contaminated local soil. There was also heavy

Texas City was supposed to go up in a nuclear flash; instead the
Texas City factory of British Petroleum was simply set ablaze.
1. NOBLE RESOLVE is a computer-based simulation
of a large-scale emergency situation (e.g. earthquake, hurricane,
tsunami, or terrorist attack with nuclear weapon) in order to
train for managing all aspects of the emergency response through
comprehensive software.
2. Military exercises such as NOBLE RESOLVE
07-2 have a recent history of coinciding with lethal “live”
events. This occurred both at the start of Desert Storm in 1990
and on 9/11/01 when five or more major military or security
exercises were in progress on the very day of the actual attacks.
The same phenomenon occurred with the London Bombings of 7/7/05
during which a drill concerning multiple bomb attacks was being
staged on that day.
3. Vice President Cheney, Homeland Security
Director Michael Chertoff and former Senator Rick Santorum have
all warned of a new 9/11 attack this summer, but are giving
no evidence in support. Chertoff based his prediction on a “gut
feeling”.
4. The May 2007 Presidential Directive NSPD
51 (HSPD 20) addressing “continuity of government”
in the event of a massive emergency, includes secret "annexes"
which are pertinent additional documents. Some US Congressional
Committee on Homeland Security members such as Rep. Peter DeFazio
have written to formally request permission to review these
secret "annexes" and have twice been denied access
by the White House.
5. This particular exercise, NOBLE RESOLVE
07-2, includes one scenario involving an unaccounted for, "loose,"
ten kiloton nuclear weapon, exactly as Vice President Cheney
hinted in recent interviews. Department of Homeland Security
chief Michael Chertoff claims he fears the same.
6. The plummeting support for the GOP has triggered
comments from its members and analyses of its current political
strategy that point to a new 9/11 attack as a contributing factor
to GOP political salvation. Moreover, it appears that legends
or back stories are being disseminated to support just such
an event.

that Obama and Biden flew
separately to Denver on Feb 17th to sign the stimulus bill.

called the burial site of Jesus at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre
the birthplace. Maj Fox has since cleared up this confusion by

agree with Alex Jones that the corrupt power elite is both desperate
and totally ruthless and will stop at nothing until we stop them.
Jones and other sources also report a ratcheting up once again
of preparations for the U.S. (and Israel) to go to war with Iran.
The fact that Medvedev and Putin have cancelled delivery of an
important air defense system may indicate that they have yielded
to pressure from the U.S. and Russia is no longer willing to serioiusly
deter an attack on Iran. This turn may imply that another false
flag attack could be in the works, as if the Gulf spill catastrophe
is not enough, in order to accomplish such goals as Internet lockdown
and complete martial law or police state grid installation. The

background discussion made in early 2010:The good news is that we are now well beyond the "High
Alert" we once issued for 3-3-2009 to 9-9-2009 time frame,
encompassing what we thought was the riskiest segment of the Obama
Presidency. This was based upon the fact that the Clinton and
Bush Jr. presidencies saw false flag attacks on the World Trade
Center Towers in New York during this period of their respective
tenures in office. From
a contrarian viewpoint, there is some more good news, namely now
that Michael Savage, as well as Alex Jones and Jesse Ventura,
are waking up millions of Americans to the reality of false flag
attacks, they are less likely to take place . We have already
seen strong evidence of military "pushback," such as
in the B-52 Loose Nukes affair in summer 2007 (see Chapter
25), or the apparent resistance by the U.S. Navy to support
VP Dick Cheney's plan in spring 2008 to use U.S. Navy SEALs dressed
as Iranians for a false flag attack on a U.S. ship (as reported
by Seymour Hersh of the The New Yorker). I
use the term "contrarian" from the vantage point of
my ten years experience as a stockbroker. As one example of contrarian
thinking, when everyone is bullish on a stock, generally that
is an indicator that the stock will rise no higher, because everyone
who is going to invest has already invested. As investment guru
Ken Fisher accurately noted in the late 1990's in his Forbes
column, the Year
2000 problem (or Y2K disaster) was not going to happen
across America as widely predicted, because too many people were
alerted to the problem. He was right. Y2K came and went as a nonevent.
Therefore,
when Michael Savage (ne Michael Wien), who is Jewish, is warning
millions about possible false flag attacks, as well as Alex Jones
who is also suspected of having some "Kosher connections"
(see my profile of Jones on my "Reconciling
Libertarianism vs. Nationalism" page), that can be a
contrarian indicator that there is growing "pushback"
within the Jewish power elite itself against lunatic plans by
Likudniks to start a potential global nuclear war or lock down
America into a perfect police state. Fragmentation within the
plutocracy is one of the best things that can happen for common
citizens. The
bad news, as stated on the home page, is that the power elite
profiled in Chapter
5, Chapter
33, and Chapter
35 remains very desperate. Israel going through a renewed
"up cycle" in saber-rattling at Iran, and the BP spill
in the Gulf shows many signs of fale flag skullduggery beyond
just gross criminal negligence. In addition, former Naval intelligence
officer Wayne Madsen claims that the torpedo that sank the Korean
ship was of German manufacture, pointing the finger at Israel
which has German subs. As one possible motive for an Israeli sub
false flag operation in coordination with elements of CIA-Mossad
is a possible desire to induce the Japanese into allowing the
U.S. to retain its military bases in Okinawa. Capt.
May's ALS condition has deteriorated to the point where he is
now trying to learn how to operate a computer by eye movement.
A total quadriplegic, he was previously able to operate a computer
by voice. His ability to write articles and publish alerts has
become severely degraded. My own financial support situation has
become problemmatic and I need a higher level of donations or
some kind of coherent funding plan to maintain "continuity
of operatons." I
have told folks in the past not to depend on Capt. May or myself
to issue timely alerts, and the same still applies now. Please
lean on your own research. An important reason why I wrote the
Trilogy
in the first place was to help give people important knowledge
they can use to run their own open source intelligence and cyber
activist operations. My
attitude is very similar to my caption for the Col Isaac Shelby
illustration in my "Reconciling
Libertarianism vs. Nationalism" web page, namely Shelby's
exhortation before the Battle of Kings Mountain to "be
your own officer." As I also mention on this
page, the best activist approach probably consists of "swarm
tactics," given the threat of infiltration and compromise
by COINTELPRO, the ADL, and other freedom-stealing operations. Of
course in addition to the threat of a false flag nuclear attack,
there is also the threat of a major economic collapse that can
also happen at any time. You need to prepare yourself in terms
of stocking up on food, ammo, and other essentials. You also need
to increase local community support among the kinds of people
who can become invaluable in a time of crisis. Last,
but not least, we need vastly more grass roots political organizing
and "consciousness raising" to "take this country
back." I
have made some good intuitive calls in the past, such as when
I published
an article in March 2004 at major financial web sites which
accurately predicted that gold would rise from $400 to over $1,000
an ounce in five years. However, right now there are so many wild
cards, consisting of so many profoundly good forces (growing numbers
of people waking up, thanks to the free Internet) and profoundly
evil forces (the kinds of globalists who gave us 9/11, ever exploding
global indebtedness, and the 2010 BP oil spill in the Gulf of
Mexico) that my personal crystal ball lacks a clear vision for
the near future.My best guess is that we will continue to have
a mixture of profoundly good and bad things taking place simultaneously
around the world, many of which will be shocking surprises. Long
term, as predicted in my Publishers

the pangs of a break-up and the creation of new nation states
that will finally be capable of productive economic advancement.
Man wil also be capable of restraining would-be parasite rulers

The following is some additional
discussion about the nature of our alerts that I wrote in mid-2009: Of
course we are always very glad when we issue alerts and nothing
happens. That is the whole point of issuing alerts is to try to
deter false flag attacks, and help military and police preparedness
exercises serve the purposes for which they are officially stated
rather than get hijacked into something sinister. We
would infinitely prefer to issue an alert and later appear "wrong"
than experience an actual false flag nuclear blast in an American
city that kills 10,000 to 100,000 people and starts an unnecessary
war with Iran or some other country. Instead of having the smug
satisfaction of being able to say, "See, we told you so"
we always prefer to be "wrong" all the time! We
continue to believe that the threat of a second major 9-11 remains
very real. The most likely scenario will likely involve a mini-nuke
that will inflict at least five to ten times more casualties than
the roughly 3,000 dead on Sept 11th. False flag manipulators will
try to use the extra body count to up the fear dosage applied
to Americans to make it more likely they will knuckle under to
martial law. Rather
than take any chance that they will lose their power and control
on account of their evil deeds, we believe that false flag manipulators
and architects of the "Obama
Nation" --who remain unprosecuted following 9/11-- would
prefer to implement some kind of insane global population reduction
scheme through global
false flag pandemics, depleted
uranium poisoning, and other nefarious means. They have absolutely
no respect for the U.S. Constitution, and are so evil that they
would gladly institute a perfect Orwellian dictatorship in which
not only Americans, but every human around the world is implanted
with microscopic RFID chips. Everything that "chipped"
humans say and do would be monitored by computers and navigated
by centralized controllers. There
will always be a very serious continuing false flag threat in
America as long as this country is saddled with an alien, parasitic,

corrupts absolutely," we will also always face a serious
threat as long as we are saddled with unlimited, arrogant Federal

are symptomatic of the late stages in the corruption process of
a society where a disproportionate number of psychopaths can rise
to the top, and also have in their hands enough national media
and covert intelligence operations control necessary to manipulate
the common people --whom they secretly hold in contempt. Given
the horrible structural problems of the American economy that
have accumulated for decades as America has outsourced three quarters
of its former industrial base (reduced from about 33% of GDP to
less than 12%), time is not on Obama's side. The $700
+ billion bailout in fall 2008 does not fix the underlying
problems of an extremely distorted and structurally damaged economy,
but rather simply buys a little more time for the desperate power
elite that has created a total mess out of this country and is
trying every trick in the book to deflect blame away from themselves.
The same is true of Obama's $789 billion "stimulus package"
of February 2009. Former
Naval intelligence officer Wayne Madsen predicted early in 2009
that if Benjamin Netanyahu became Prime Minister of Israel following
the February elections, this would virtually guarantee that we
would get another false flag attack. Netanyahu was physically
present in London at the time of the 7-7-2005
subway bombings, which we view as a very likely Mossad-MI6-CIA
inside job. The
Jewish lobby continues to bang the drums for war with Iran, "surges"
in Aghanistan, more meddling and destabilization in Pakistan,
and more mischief in many other countries around the world as
well. Mossad-CIA egged on Georgia to attack South Ossetia and
kill Russian peacekeepers in August 2008, thereby risking a disastrous
super power confrontation (fortunately Georgia was not yet a member
of NATO). Mossad-CIA continues to rake in obscene profits controlling
the revitalized opium trade out of Afghanistan and the global
cocaine and heroine trade originating in or passing through other
countries such as Columbia, Turkey, Georgia, and the "Golden
Triangle" area of Southeast Asia. Jews continue to run organized
crime in America, just like the Meyer Lansky operation described
in Michael Collins Piper's classic work Final
Judgment. Lansky joined forces with t Mossad-CIA to assassinate
an American President in broad daylight --and had adequate Zionist
national media allies to get away with it! Whether
or not the more liberal factions within the American Jewish community
and the saner parts of the U.S. Congress, CIA, U.S. military,
and other security agencies can keep evil genies inside their
bottles remains to be seen. So long as Netanyahu represents a
coalition between "traditional
Likud" and "Likud gone wild," keep your guard
up and hang on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen, and if you
see that flash --don't forget to "duck
and cover!" As
a final comment, if all of this seems too extreme for many readers,
I would remind them that if one knows where to look in suppressed
news, there is typically some kind of false flag operation going
on somewhere around the world on nearly a monthly basis, albeit
on a much smaller scale than 9/11. The Mossad (along with various
compromised and allied portions of the CIA and U.S. military intelligence
incapable of patriotic "push back") remains very real,
very powerful, on the prowl, and has an insatiable appetite for
drawing blood. The same is true of some other very aggressive
intelligence agencies, to include British MI6, the Pakistani ISI,
Chinese
Intelligence agencies, and the Indian Research
and Analysis Wing (RAW). Despite the fact that quite a few
American nationalists frankly admire Vladimir Putin as an alternative
white leadership role model compared to the maximum leader of
the "Obama
Nation," who himself is quite likely a Jewish
lobby pawn and Mossad-CIA
asset, nobody expects the ex-KGB folks in the Russian
FSB to be a bunch of innocent angels either. I cover a number

The
following are some points that I explore in greater depth in Chapter
8 of the Mission of Conscience Trilogy:
a)
The American public is conditioned by controlled national
media to subliminally accept the "virtual reality" concept
behind a potential "terrorist" threat. Please
visit my Critical
Issues discussion. Here I lay out in complete candor the real
issues that should be addressed by national media if they were
anything close to honest. Not
only is the controlled
national medianot pounding the table on these issues,
but worse than that, it is pushing America in the exact opposite
direction it needs to go in order to resolve the core issues.
This is downright criminal and treasonous. It is one reason why
the folks at The American Free Press (who I work with
on an informal basis) often comment that "The [national]
media is the enemy." Captain
May has commented in his radio interviews that as a former military
intelligence analyst fluent in Russian, he feels that American
newspapers and television today lie much worse than the old Soviet
newspapers Pravda and Izvestia. You have to
read the back pages first, and between the lines at that, to begin
to get some sense of the truth. Stated
bluntly, America's major media put the interests of Jewish supremacists
and Israel before those of America's dwindling and economically
beleaguered white middle class. Even
worse, national media even engage in PsyOps campaigns against
American citizens that support covert operations and foreign wars
for Israel that actually kill Americans. Please read
Final
Judgment to understand how Americans were manipulated
to overlook the true Mossad and CIA assassins of President John
F. Kennedy. As another example, please read The
High Priests of War see how a cabal of Jewish supremacist
neo-cons have suckered America into a wasteful, bogus "war
on terror" in the Middle East. The
news media are only one part of a total informational environment
that is slanted to brainwash Americans. They also get indoctrinated
in our government-funded schools. Last, but not least, they receive
subliminal brainwashing through entertainment media. One
good example of PsyOps masquerading as entertainment by Jewish
supremacist-controlled Hollywood is the movie "Independence
Day." This movie has such prescient features as a fighter
pilot President, exploding tall buildings, and a war to exterminate
alien beings (a feeling transferred today to Muslims in our Orwellian-named
"War on Terror"). The movie "Beautiful
Mind" is another example. In this case, it helps to condition
Americans to reject numerologically-driven conspiracy theories.
b)
The actual false flag operation threat typically coincides
with a military exercise. This provides critical cover
for malefactors. For example, according to Webster Tarpley, author
of 9/11
Synthetic Terror: Made in USA, 9-11 coincided with 25
different military exercises. The overlap performs many functions
1) conditions military personnel and public to think the war game
scenario involving "terrorists" reflects the actual
capabilities of real world Muslims 2) military assets are deflected
from normal defensive procedures that gives opportunities for
malevolent actors to breach defenses under the guise of being
war game actors. For example, during the aircraft hits on the
WTC towers and Pentagon, U.S. Air Force interceptors were not
scrambled in violation of normal procedures, and AWACs-type aircraft
were allowed to hover over NYC and Washington D.C. air space.
3) Once the "terrorist" disaster takes place, military
personnel can become de facto accomplices. Here is how they get
compromised: Top military commanders tell exercise participants,
"What a coincidence! We did not know it would happen the
way it did, but thank God for the exercise because at least now
we were able to respond once the disaster took place better than
if there was no exercise. And by the way, you are all getting
attaboys and promotions for being part of the exercise, and if
any of you fail to keep your mouths shut and question the way
we have handled this affairs, we are going to burn your rear end.
Understand?"
c)
The date of an attempted attack typically has Kabbalistic
or Masonic numerological significance. This probably
performs a similar psychological function for conspirators compared
to the precise murder rituals practiced by the Thugs of India
when they systematically killed off millions of innocent people
in piecemeal. Ritualism helps criminals compartmentalize whatever
guilt feelings they might experience and also puts a thin veneer
of religious sanctity over their foul deeds. Special codes and
rituals also reinforce a fraternal feeling among secret society
members to help maintain group discipline and secrecy.
d)
Insiders profit. Or as they say, cui bono?
For example, somebody scored big time with the myriad put options
placed on airline stocks just prior to 9-11. Larry Silverstein
cleaned up on WTC insurance policies. He also eliminated a functionally
obsolescent real estate money-loser with a huge asbestos problem
and removed over 10
million square feet of floor space from the Manhattan real
estate market in a way that promised to tighten up rental prices
for other Jewish real estate owner buddies. His kosher fellow
property moguls in Chicago would probably also love him if he
could pull a similar controlled demolition trick with the Sears
Tower. Certain high level oil industry insiders were probably
leveraged for quick profits on the oil price spike following Texas
City explosion. Bringing profits to accomplices is important for
two reasons. It directly pays them off to keep their mouths shut
while indirectly making them accomplices to crime on a moral level.
By
publicly exposing military exercises that show disturbing indicators
of turning into "false flag" events, Capt May and his
Ghost Troop believe that they can thwart treasonous operations
by high level insiders against America. In
summary, I take the attitude that Captain May can be "on
the `wrong' side of every issue" and still be "right
about it all." (Here I am paraphrasing the title of a book
referenced in "Thought
Cops Tell Evangelist No More Talk of Israel on Air" by
Michael Collins Piper about a different activist). That is, the
gravity of the situation in America justifies erring on the side
of being excessively vigilant towards false flag attacks, even
if years from now de-classified FBI, CIA, and Mossad documents
and testimonies may prove that we were wrong about certain assertions
and suspicions. The
term "false flag," incidentally, pertains to a form
of agent
provocateur action. It comes from the practice by pirates
of stalking a ship while flying the colors of a nonbelligerent
country, and then suddenly replacing this flag with a Jolly Roger
once close enough to grapple on to a victim ship and board it
by force. In this case, the "false flag" is that of
fabricated Islamic terrorists, and the real "pirates"
consist of a Bush-Mossad-CIA junta looking for excuses to wage
more wars for OIL (Oil, Israel, and Logistical bases). One example
is the abortive Jan 7, 2008 Strait
of Hormuz hoax. Captain
May also believes that since it usually takes a lot of time and
money for insiders to prepare an area for a false flag attack,
once areas are "prepped," insiders are likely to opportunistically
revisit them from time to time to possibly pull the trigger on
a real attack rather than try to create new scenarios for new
sites. "Preparation" typically includes corrupting major
local media, politicians, and police chiefs. Captain May believes
that the following areas have already been "prepped"
by the Bush-Mossad junta, and hence are the most likely places
in America to experience a false flag terror attack some time
in the future. (1)
Greater Houston, Texas area (including Texas City). Captain
May believes that patriotic activists have already thwarted at
least three attempts to repeat 911 in the area of Texas City along
the Gulf Coast. One effort effort apparently scared the Bush-Mossad
team into converting an intended nuclear strike into a conventional
explosive sabotage operation at a refinery that elevated oil prices
$5.00 a barrel. (2)
Sears Tower, Chicago. Currently controlled by
the World Trade Center landlord Larry Silverstein. He made an
insurance policy killing off the 9-11 attacks and fell under a
cloud of suspected premeditated complicity when he
talked about "pulling" WTC 7. Capt May believes
that his Ghost Troop activists have already thwarted an intended
attack on the Sears Tower.. (3)
Portland, Oregon. Site of the 15-19
October 2007 TOPOFF
exercise that involved a "Radioactive Dispersal Device"
scenario. This was the largest civil defense exercise in American
history. Portland was also the site of the prior 20-24 August
"Noble Resolve" exercise where a nuclear scenario got
quickly buried in the face of popular opposition on the Internet.
As in the case of 9-11 attacks, the Bush-Mossad team likes to
superimpose a "terrorist" attack on top of a military
exercise, hence exercises are a period for heightened of patriotic
activism against Bush-Mossad domestic enemies. The
following are some examples of major exercises that have been
the cause of great concern. National
Level Exercise 2-08 (NLE 2-08)conducted from 1-8
May 2008. In this instance, FEMA and the Department of Homeland
Security conducted a joint exercise. The exercise planners stated
that: "The overall exercise scenario unfolds as a Category
4 hurricane threatens the National Capitol Region (NCR) while
events in the Pacific Northwest include terrorist attacks involving
weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the state of Washington and
an accidental release of a chemical agent at chemical stockpile
facility in Umatilla, Oregon. The scenario culminates with the
hurricane's imminent landfall combined with a credible terror
threat to the NCR which causes the federal government to invoke
continuity plans and capabilities." In
Captain May's 30 March 2008 article Spring
Fling in Iran? -- Updating World War III also archived
in 1 Apr Lone Star Iconoclast, he commented:
Many
insiders believe that the Bush administration has already promised
Israel and the Jewish lobby a war with Iran before it leaves
office in January, 2009. That may be so, and there are strong
indicators that this spring may have been chosen to begin the
war. My purpose in enumerating them is not to predict an attack
on Iran this spring, but only to examine the possibility of
such an attack. Iraq
is deteriorating. General Petraeus will perform for Congress
next week, doing another Pinocchio imitation as he pretends
that he is not a puppet -- or is, at any rate, a puppet without
strings attached. It will be a tough act to pull off, though,
as Bush's favorite general will have to explain just why it
is that, after we have maxed out our military to conduct a surge,
the three biggest cities in Iraq are in turmoil. Mosul, Baghdad
and Basra are all exploding -- as is the US "Green Zone,"
which has come under heavy fire in the last week. It will be
even more interesting if anyone has the gumption to ask him
how he can call the surge a success when the Turks are attacking
the Kurds in northern Iraq and the Iranian president is welcomed
like a savior in the streets of Baghdad. Petraeus may be tipping
Bush's hand by saying that Iran is to blame for the crisis in
Iraq. The
Jewish state will conduct the largest domestic defense exercises
in its history beginning April 6 and lasting all week. Defense
exercises can be indicators of offensive intentions, and an
attack on Iran may well be in the works. It's far-fetched to
suppose that the Israelis are worried about an unprovoked Iranian
attack against them, since Israel is one of the world's most
potent military powers. It has plenty of state-of-the-art US
equipment and a nuclear arsenal of around 200 warheads (another
little bit of reality kept from the American people by its leaders).
The hawks are flying. Earlier this month, Dick Cheney flew to
the Middle East to visit Iraq, and then confer with amiable
Persian Gulf oil monarchs before reporting to Israel. The last
time Cheney made the rounds with these Arabian petro princes
was just before the invasion of Iraq. Ominously, the day after
his visit to Saudi Arabia, that country's controlled media reported
that its government was making plans to react to nuclear fallout
blowing its way from Iran.

As you will find below, we received an insider tip that various
federal state and local entities were preparing for an explosive
event in the southeast Texas oil refineries. Within four hours
that event took place in Port Arthur, Texas, just outside the
Houston metro area. The odds against this event occurring with
in the stated exercise time frame are very long, and I believe
we have an instance here of an exercise going live on a small
scale. Look for the oil markets to reach new records today as

explosion drove oil price prices to a
record $90 a barrel, and is the second time in his lifetime
besides the Newcaney Pipeline explosion (2nd Ghost Troop Mission)
he has been aware of an explosion producing a 100 foot pillar
of fire just outside the greater Houston area.

area near the Lloyd Center, insisting this was not a drill. Preceding
all of this, on Tuesday and Wednesday, 16-17 October, Vladimir
Putin visited Iranian leaders in Tehran. This was the first time
a Russian leader had visited Iran since Stalin attended the Tehran
big power conference in 1943. Putin decided to attend despite
an assassination threat. One
possible interpretation of these events is that Putin's visit
to Iran during the height of TOPOFF may have forced Bush to abort
a false flag event designed to start a war with Iran, realizing
he would be forced to go to war with Russia as well. In support
of this viewpoint, Putin refused
to cave in on the Iranian question when the Israeli Prime
Minister Ehud Olmert paid
him a surprise visit in Moscow the day after Putin got back
from his Tehran meeting. The lead Washington Times editorial
for Thursday, 18 October blasted
Putin for his "hostile course." Now
why would the Prime Minister of Israel hop on a plane with great
urgency and fly all the way to Moscow to appear in front of Putin
unless there were some big plans in the works that he was afraid
might get gummed up because of Putin's "attitude"? According
to the 18 Oct Financial Times story "Olmert
in `Urgent Talks With Putin," Putin repeated to Olmert's
face what he had just said before in Tehran, namely that Russia
would not tolerate a military attack on Iran. Putin then defied
Olmert one step further by inviting Iranian President Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad to Moscow for talks. Russia has already resumed strategic
bomber patrols to show America and Israel that it means business.
Now
that the greatly desired U.S-Israeli
attack on Iran was thwarted by Russia during the TOPOFF window
of opportunity, the Port Arthur explosion may have been a clandestine
end of mission "abort" signal that also hiked oil prices
to pay off Bush-Mossad insiders. (Capt May claims that explosions
have generally marked the "aborts" of prior thwarted

Negative indicators:
*National authorities have refused to disclose to Captain May
what state agencies are involved in the exercise
*Oregon National Guard sources confirmed they would participate
in Noble Resolve, but were sketchy on just what their role may
be. One anonymous source speculated that they might be practicing
for the imposition of martial law in Portland.
*Public affairs officers for the federal government and other
officials who deal with the public have failed to respond to
Capt May with straight and timely answers.
*Oregon Congressman Peter DeFazio has
been denied access to view a portion of the operations order.
*According to one source, two senior officials in Portland's
city government plan to be out of town during the exercise.
(We need to confirm this from more sources).
*According to one source, one of the largest shipping companies
in the world has moved its office from the active Port of Portland.
(We need to confirm this from more sources). Please see this
Portland Indymedia blog entry about various businesses and
individuals who have decided not to be around during
the exercise.
*One source claims that the Orwellian-named Department Homeland
Security has been spreading money around Portland, buying people
off. This can be an important step to help "prep"
a site for a false flag operation. See for example, this Portland
Indymedia blog entry about Portland becoming
some kind of "synthetic city."
*A need to get rid of white elephants can be a motive, such
as in the case of 9-11 we witnessed the need to get rid of the
obsolescent, money-losing World Trade Center towers. According
to one source, the facilities of a major freight company close
to a likely ground zero point in Portland may be aging and management
has been looking to close them down. Also, there is a lot aging
middle class housing on land that could be rezoned for lucrative
redevelopment if a bomb with a very short radiation half life
cleared vast areas. Portland is slated to double its population
in ten years. Land between the Willamette River and Forest Park
is highly constrained. As long as radiation from a nuke dies
down quickly, whoever has the big bucks to come into Portland
after a blast to pick up land for pennies on the dollar would
probably score very big indeed. Call it "creative real
estate development" if you will, but this is precisely
why many people believe that levees were secretly blown up during
the New Orleans Katrina disaster.
*The Orwellian-named Department of Homeland Security, run by
Israeli-American dual
loyalist Michael Chertoff, wants money to inspect containerized
cargo. From a purely selfish viewpoint, it would benefit the
Department of Homeland Security for a bomb to go off in order
to get more funding. He has come to Portland to preside over
TOPOFF.
Positive indicator:
*Capt May believes that Portland, Chicago, and Houston have
now received enough Internet publicity that there is now a low
probability that they will get hit in the coming weeks. [Editor's
note: Capt May was probably right, but even so, even if there
was only a 10% probability that someone would set off a false
flag nuke between 10 kilotons to 1 megaton and kill off nearly
a million people in the Portland general metro area, this was
still totally unacceptable to me. Even a low probability situation
requires full scale vigilance mobilization and protest by residents
of Oregon, Washington, and everywhere else in America].

Individual and Grass Roots Initiative Has Always Been the Key

The colonies won their independence in no small
measure because of a combination of sheer courage and initiative
by individual American patriots. They did not wait to be led by
the hand. They motivated themselves on an individual and local grass
roots level to stand up for liberty. A good example are the Overmountain
men, who traveled over long distances over mountain ranges to
defeat their enemies after a British Commander, Patrick Ferguson,
threatened to lay their land to waste if they did not actively support
the Loyalist Cause.
Each man had quite a few good rationalizations to stay back with
his family in Tennessee. It was possible that the threat was a bluff.
It was possible someone else would fight and win battles for them.
Furthermore, the Patriot cause had suffered four shattering battlefield
defeats in a row with heavy losses. Georgia and South Carolina had
largely fallen under British control. The two British commanders
they faced, Banastre
Tarleton (dramatized as the sadistic Col. William Tavington
in the Mel Gibson movie The
Patriot) and Patrick Ferguson, were experienced, energetic,
ruthless, and smart. At that stage in the war, tangling with the
Redcoats and their Tory supporters was very dangerous.
Undaunted, the Overmountain men and other members
of militia grabbed their rifles, kissed their wives goodbye, and
did what they knew deep down inside they had to do. A Tennessee
patriot leader named Isaac Shelby said to his militia members: "When
we encounter the enemy, don't wait for a word of command. Let each
of you be your own officer, and do the very best you can..."
This sounds like standing orders just as applicable to 2007 as 1780.
America today is being run into the ground by evil
men who will stop at nothing to destroy our national sovereignty
and convert America into a police state. They are out of control
because of the cowardice, abdication, decadence, and irresponsibility
of America's so-called "leaders" in many middle strata
of our society. It is now up to we the people, who vastly
outnumber our overlords, to rise up and put a stop to their madness
and criminality once and for all.
In some ways our job is easier than marching
over the Blue Ridge mountains, assaulting up the slopes of King's
Mountain, and annihilating a numerically similar force of Tories
and Redcoats --we must organize, speak out, throw the criminals
out of America's highest offices and convict them for their crimes.
We require spontaneous uprisings today no different that in 1780.
Above all else, we must support the alternative media in America
that is keeping the liberty bell ringing. (Please see my Rev

determined efforts by the ADL and other enemies of freedom to censor
the Internet).
I do not want to make our task sound too easy, however. In many
ways the process of organizing for effective long term political
action today presents a more complex sociological, economic, structural,
and ideological problem than in the late 1700's. Most white Americans
today are fragmented, deracinated, and dumbed down by our federalized
education system. They have also been brainwashed with permissive,
pro-Zionist, multi-racial and multi-cultural political correctness
ideology by our controlled
national media. They cannot effectively challenge a dictatorial
President who launches unconstitutional wars on behalf of Israel
and big oil. Nor can they protect their border with Mexico against
the continued onslaught of tens of millions of illegal aliens. Nor
are they able to satisfactorily investigate and levy charges against
highly suspicious individuals such as Larry Silverstein and other
9-11-related suspects who are well embedded inside a very
powerful and well-organized Jewish community.
In contrast, Americans of the colonial era typically had very strong
Anglo Saxon Protestant, Scots-Irish, or German Lutheran ethnic roots.
They had much more ancestral pride, vastly more conservative values,
and very strong local community cohesion. While they lived in a
less technologically advanced era and obviously had a lower standard
of living in absolute terms, in relative terms they were vastly
more economically and politically self-sufficient. Back then, most
Americans were farmers who owned their own land. They had a decentralized
hard money system based on gold silver and usually no central bank.
They paid no corporate or income taxes. Today, most Americans are
at the mercy of hierarchical service industry jobs, having lost
most of their manufacturing industries to overseas competitors in
recent decades. A largely Jewish dominated and privately owned central
bank masquerading as a "federal" entity called the Federal
Reserve continually debauches their currency. (Monetary expansion
decisions made in closed-door central bank meetings comprises a
covert form of taxation without representation. The Fed stopped
reporting growth in M3 monetary aggregates in March 2006). The combined
taxation from federal and state government alone (not counting the
costs of central bank inflation) eats up about half of Americans'
output. Their taxes are usually wasted on crooked leftist and globalist
pork schemes rather than reinvested in truly productive enterprises
that in any way benefit America's rapidly shrinking white middle
class.
I do not advocate violence until all legal and peaceful means are
exhausted. I do, however, advocate aggressive political organization
and personal fighting spirit when employed in a calm, steady, intelligent,
and civilized manner.
Members of the militias of eastern Tennessee,
western Virginia, western North Carolina, and western South Carolina
attack a force of 1,000 British and Tories atop King's Mountain
and destroy them. It was not necessarily an easy victory, because
although their rifles had twice the range, they took three times
a long to reload as the British Brown Bess musket. Furthermore,
Banastre Tarleton's cavalry forces were close enough to threaten
a possible spoiling attack in their rear.This
battle, along with the Battle of Saratoga, is considered one of
two most decisive battles of the American Revolution. The political impact of this victory dwarfed its purely
tactical value, because it shattered Tory confidence and galvanized
patriot resistance throughout the South.
