Marine Corps Martial Law
and Synthetic Domestic Enemies

When we learned that from 4-19 June 2008 the Marine Corps would conduct an “anti-terror” exercise in Indianapolis, Indiana, metropolitan area, all kinds of alarm bells went off.
"Indianapolis" means "city of Indiana" in Greek. We immediately recognized the occult name repetition pattern behind "Indianapolis, Indiana" that paralleled historic false flag attacks in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, New York, New York, and Pentagon City, Pentagon. We can also include all the possible future 9-11 sites we tried to thwart in Texas City, Texas, near Oregon City, Oregon, by Lake Washington, Washington, and next to the Chicago River, Chicago.
The use of Marines for martial law training in an America city seemed especially ominous in the wake of the Patriot Act, NSPD-51, and the 2008 elimination of the Posse Comitatus Act. The Internet was abuzz with reports about the construction of FEMA concentration camps, the creation of "A" and "B" dissident lists for targeted mass liquidations, and stockpiles of coffins for mass graves.

It was bad enough that National Guard troops and mercenaries confiscated privately owned weapons in New Orleans in 1995 following Hurricane Katrina as the "Weather 9/11." (Please recollect in Chapter 15 how former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney described reports that over 5,000 black people got killed by mercenaries and soldiers in New Orleans). Consider also the 26,000 potential government informers and propagandists in the "Clergy Response Team" program, not to mention over 23,000 businessmen under the FBI's "Infragard" program. Over 30 million Americans carry some kind of RFID tracking chip.

Now here comes the punch line: We were still saddled with an administration that had lied to us about virtually everything. It always subordinated America's legitimate national interests for Israeli national interests. The Jewish Lobby continued to rule Capitol Hill. Jewish controlled national media continued to push extreme left wing social reengineering programs at home.
We had every reason to fear that the neo-con establishment ultimately wanted to use martial law for the most extreme agendas imaginable, to include the confiscation of all privately owned firearms, and the mandatory RFID-chipping of all citizens as part of the creation of the perfect total Orwellian police state.

Having permitted the influx of tens of millions of illegal aliens, and promoted the complete dissolution of American sovereignty under the "North American Union" plan and other schemes, the Zionist power elite was hardly above using a martial law scenario to introduce millions of foreign occupation troops wearing U.N. helmets (such as untold millions of Red Chinese soldiers) to ruthless crush all American patriots. Nor, as we will see later in Chapter 36, could we expect the power elite to be above using martial law troops to enforce genocidal false flag pandemics or the U.N. Agenda 21 population reduction program.
In fact, even U.S. military personnel and American police involved in a martial law scheme could become victims themselves. A psychopathic Zionist elite might want to intentionally "use them up" in street battles in America and around the world, only to eventually replace these "throwaway" soldiers and police with Chinese and mixed race private mercenary contractors of all national origins.

Cop Soldiers

"Throwaway soldiers" are not just a speculative fear, but a current reality. Consider the 4 Dec 2004 American Free Press article by Christopher Bollyn "The Futile and Criminal Obliteration of Fallujah: American soldiers fighting in Depleted Uranium battlefields are called `Throw-Away Soldiers.'"

"Having seen what appeared to be a depleted uranium (DU) missile fired at a building in Fallujah on CNN during the first week of the fighting, AFP asked the Pentagon if DU weapons are being used in Fallujah. 'Yes', Yoswa said, 'DU is a standard round on the M-1 Abrams tank'. Because U.S. marines in Fallujah are very close to the poison gas produced by exploded DU shells, AFP asked Yoswa if anything was being done to protect the troops from DU poisoning. Yoswa seemed unaware of the dangers posed by the use of DU."
"Marion Fulk, a retired nuclear scientist from Livermore National Lab told AFP that U.S. troops in DU contaminated battlefields are considered "throw-away soldiers."
The Marines exposed to DU in Fallujah, and elsewhere, face greatly increased risks of cancer, deformed children, and other health problems in the future."

Ultimately, as stated by Brother Nathanael Kapner in his 20 Jan 2010 Mike Piper Talk Show interview, we could see the establishment of the permanent Military-Zionist-Terrorist Police State, where just as "predicted in the 1998 martial law movie The Siege, "Freedom is history."
So now that our fear level had been driven through the roof, what did the Bush administration decide to do in a major U.S. metropolitan area?
"Send in the Marines!" of course.

Marines are ordinarily focused on serving as a hardened amphibious foreign expeditionary force. It is highly trained in conventional warfare tactics. This entails aggressively locating and destroying enemy units through fire and close combat. It also entails the frequent use of heavy weapons that put "steel on steel."
All of this involves a totally different mind-set than anything to do with ordinary local police work in America. In order to encourage citizens to report violations and assist police in gathering evidence, it is very important for police stay friendly with law-abiding citizens and to nurture supportive local community relations.
In contrast, military units typically focus on war. War, of course, is typically about the very grim business of mass death and dying. As a consequence, it is very easy for military units to become the proverbial bull in a china shop around civilians.
The short "viral USMC" video below, where an oath to protect the Constitution quickly dissolves into lining up enemies in gun sights, crawling through enemy obstacles in the assault, and marching in cadence is hardly in the relatively easy going, folksy style of the old "Andy Griffith" and "Mayberry R.F.D." TV shows about small town USA police work.

The second alarm bell involved the fact that this was a major exercise involving 2,300 Marines of the 26th Expeditionary Unit about the (MEU). False flaggers like to piggy back off major exercises, as we explained in Chapter 8.
Third, the Marines would travel each way 670 miles as the crow flies from their home base at Camp Lejeune, NC to the Indianapolis area at considerably greater expense than if they were to use a "Military Operations Urban Terrain (MOUT)" urban combat village that already exist at Camp Lejeune. If they really needed to move off base, there is “Hogan’s Alley,”another extensive urban combat facility much closer to Camp Lejeune just four hours away at the FBI academy next to the Marine Base at Quantico, Virginia.
In addition, once in Indiana, most of the 26th MEU would be billeted at the U.S. Army Camp Atterbury, which has its own urban combat training facility called “Muscatatuk.” Why not just keep the ground element at Camp Atterbury and get the training there rather than put stress on the Indianapolis civilian community?
Mock up villages on government property are typically vastly superior to civilian areas because the Marines are free to create as much smoke, noise, and mayhem as they want. They are also next door to combat support personnel such as combat engineers, armored warfare specialists, and helicopter and fixed wing ground attack air units who are typically important partners in real urban combat situations.
It is very common in urban warfare to make heavy use of smoke and tear gas. U.S. Army soldiers and Marines frequently enter buildings by breaking through windows, blowing holes in side walls, or blowing holes in roof tops and floors to take buildings from the top down. It is also a common practice to clear individual rooms by first pitching in hand grenades and then hosing them down with automatic weapons fire.

Last, but not least, the Indianapolis Marine exercise highlighted a very different issue where ironically enough, many American patriots may actually welcome military interventionism --or at least initially.
When I visited Col Donn de Grand Pre, author of the Barbarians Inside the Gates series, at his Virginia Ranch in 2007 and 2008, he said that he was in touch with senior members of the U.S. military who were seriously entertaining the possibility of launching a military counter coup against the Zionist neocons who took over America on 9/11.
This leads to a particularly interesting topic addressed in Col Grand Pre's books about how a major component of Zionist wealth around the world has involved direct support from conspiratorial Jewish-controlled central banks such as the Federal Reserve Banking System and the Bank of England (see Chapter 33). It is an important legal principle is that property acquired through criminal means must be forfeited. Furthermore, the original U.S. Constitution specifies letters of Marque and Reprisal as incentives for privateers and servicemen to go after criminal loot. The practice of bounty hunting is still practiced today in America. It would be both legal and desirable for U.S. military personnel, the FBI, policemen, and other security personnel to not only strip most criminal Jewish billionaires and millionaires of their ill-gotten wealth, but also earn nice commissions and bonuses out of this ill-gotten wealth for their efforts to bring these malefactors to justice.
This is the American Way, of course. Why waste ones time tromping around in Afghanistan and Iraq in combat gear --or for that matter in small town U.S.A.-- when one can round up America's real Zionist enemies back here in big city America, and get rich in the process? Military personnel and police can handcuff someone like Larry Silverstein and get a lot of "green" out of him at the same time. This arch-Zionist is worth billions! In all likelihood, he helped orchestrate the mass murder of 3,000 Americans, and drag America into unnecessary wars that have cost trillions.
Of course I believe that even elite malefactors are entitled to due process and a fair trial. My approach to everything is always strictly legal. Nevertheless, there are many other probable Jewish criminals just like Silverstein around the world, to include George Soros and virtually all the leading Rothschilds, whose wealth is so staggering that only one commission payment for a completed arrest, conviction, and wealth redistribution is enough to set up a man of justice for life. The pickings are rich, if only one knows where to look.
Oddly enough, I have heard right wing libertarians on the Republic Broadcasting Network such as Michael Collins Piper and John Stadtmiller address the possibility of a military counter coup. On the one hand they decry the loss of personal liberty in America and fear escalating pro-police state indicators. On the other hand, they have wondered aloud if it is going to take military intervention to counter the 9/11 coup de etat and Zionist misrule in America.
As another interesting example, in his 8 Dec 2009 interview with Lady Michele Renouf, Radio Free Mississippi host Jim Giles expressed confidence that commissioned U.S. military officers have the honor and wisdom necessary to step in as a last resort to sort out America's problems.
I have a very skeptical and wary attitude about military coups and martial law in general, although the idea of specifically targeting ultra rich Jewish criminals and paying out bonuses and commissions to fellow military officers and police from their ill-gotten wealth has special appeal to me. But for the remainder of this chapter, I will address the more generalized topic of military takeover and martial law.
History is full of examples where military takeover has caused matters to go from bad to worse, such as when Spartans tried to run Greece at the end of the Peloponnesian Wars, Oliver Cromwell ran a military dictatorship in England following the English Civil War, and the French military promulgated mass execution bloodbaths in Jacobin France.

Speaking of Oliver Cromwell, as the "Lord Protector" of England's unsuccessful experiment with republican government, Cromwell transitioned from championing Parliament and the British Middle Class to suppressing Parliament, blocking the quasi-libertarian Leveler Party, and re-introducing Jewish plutocrats back into Britain as an additional ruling class over the British people. He became a kind of "false flag" protector.
What guarantee do we have that a U.S. military takeover that pretends to defend traditional American values and oust the Zionist neocons will not instead end of acting like "false flag" Cromwell and only consolidate Zionist rule and the police state that much more?
I feel strongly that there is no substitute for the continued evolution American public opinion through the free market place of ideas over a free Internet. Any form of military interventionism is an extreme option only to be considered as an extreme last resort. It is analogous to putting a tourniquet on someone's leg to stop bleeding, full of potential contraindications, tricky timing issues, and dangerous unintended consequences.
Unfortunately Americans have been brainwashed for decades by Jewish controlled national media. The wake up process via alternative media and the free Internet, although impressive in recent years, still has a long way to go. We also need for civilians to develop much more effective grass roots political, cultural, and ethnic organizations that do a much better job of defending their interests against Predator (unlimited federal government) and Alien (unlimited Zionism). The full wake up process is not necessarily going to be easy, nor will it happen over night, but I honestly do not know of any alternative path that is likely to be less risky and dangerous so long as significant portions of the economy and society can stay out of evil hands.
Please note that I said "stay out of evil hands" and did not say "fall into chaos" or "fall into anarchy" as potential objective of martial law. As an individual with many libertarian leanings, I believe that most American communities are capable of sorting themselves out and maintaining order on a grass roots level without police state military interventionism. (See Chapter 38 regarding "Police State Pittsburgh" for my discussion about how early Americans in Pennsylvania once exercised "spontaneous order" and ran themselves without any central government at all). If anything, Mossad-CIA will stage false flag incidents on American soil, and Zionist-controlled national media will continue to tell lies, in order to create the impression of false forms of chaos and anarchy that suit their own political agenda. As previously stated, this means eventual confiscation of all privately owned guns and the installation of Orwellian dictatorship. The U.S. military has to become sophisticated enough to see through all this and not fall for the bait.
Longstanding excessive federal centralization and controlled national media programming have been a huge part of our problem over the last one hundred years, and simply shifting all this excessive "top down" centralization into military hands will not necessary help us think outside the box and develop more practical, innovative, situation-specific, and grass-roots-oriented solutions to our social problems.

Lastly, the "Indianapolis" Marine martial law exercise brings to mind one other very ominous issue. It is quite possible that social, economic, and political conditions will deteriorate to the point in America that the U.S. military will have no choice but to step in.
America has lost over three quarters of its industrial base, its total debt is skyrocketing out of sight, and the dollar is likely to eventually become worthless (see further discussion of economic factors in Chapter 33). These facts alone suggest that America might one day become vulnerable to a scenario similar to what American reporter Ben Hecht of the Chicago Daily News Syndicate reported during the Freikorps battle for Berlin in 1919: "Germany is having a nervous breakdown. There is nothing sane to report."
In Adolf Hitler, Toland describes how in 1919, Germany came within a hair of getting taken over by the Marxist Spartacist League revolution in Berlin and the establishment of the Bavarian Soviet Republic. Minister of Defense Gustav Noske and the German High Command decided that they had to immediately step in with the Freikorps and crush the Communists, many of whom were directed from Moscow and were also led and financed by Jews.
If the tragic day ever comes to America that the military has no choice but to step in, I would like to see military and civilian leaders operate with their eyes wide open, without being propagandized and manipulated by Zionist neo-cons, Mossad-CIA, and other subversives. They should also be thoroughly educated on republican principals and all relevant Constitutional and citizen soldier-related issues. (See Chapter 38).
Three of the biggest factors that degrade U.S. military effectiveness, whether abroad in Iraq and Afghanistan, or on the home front, are the following:

a) U.S. military believes Jewish controlled national media to the exclusion of alternative media and dissident viewpoints
b) U.S. military fails to adequately think through the consequences of its moves before it takes them
c) U.S. military fails to engage in open dialog with civilian communities, but instead surrenders to information flow provided top down by lying Zionist neocons.

If senior members of the U.S. military feel that it is inevitable that they will be required to step into civilian communities, they should openly raise this issue in a public forum rather than deal in secrecy. Openly discussing these issues with local police and civilian leaders may actually serve a very positive purpose by alerting civilians to dangers so that they can take action on a grass roots level to head off any need for martial law in the first place, or if it comes, reduce its harmful side effects.
Secrecy is in itself a major alarm bell. For example, the idea that my neighbor may be a secret Infragard informant or member of an FBI chaplain spy program to receive information about an approaching catastrophe without telling me at the same time is very troubling. In a supposedly free society, why is a fellow citizen entitled to such smug little special privileges?
Furthermore, what is this alleged Infragard "shoot to kill" privilege in time of martial law that allows my FBI secret society neighbor to feel like he is some kind of James Bond-CIA "big stuff" at my expense? If one thinks about it, this mentality is an immature way to address social problems.
Certainly one strong indicator that U.S. military leaders will have finally matured in their political judgment is when they no longer really believe in expedient abstractions like "terrorism" or the Mossad-CIA construct called "Al Qaeda."


Getting back to the Indianapolis Marine exercise, many civilians reacted with a combination of shock, disbelief, and even sarcasm. A good example was the article “Bullsh*t Detector – Activated” blogspot for 30 May 2008.

We have some exciting news to report from Indiana. Marines are coming to train in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

U.S. Marine helicopters will land at the old Eastgate Consumer Mall, Brookside Park and other Indianapolis locations when the city becomes a mock battlefield next week.
About 2,300 Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., will conduct urban warfare training from Wednesday through June 19 in and around Indianapolis.
Most of the troops will be deployed at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the Raytheon facility on Holt Road, said Debbi Fletcher of the Indianapolis/Marion County Emergency Management Agency.
“We don’t want anyone thinking that there’s an invasion happening or that we declared martial law or something like that,” Fletcher said.
Oh my gosh, Debbi, don't be silly! Who on earth would think that? Oh ha ha ha ha. What a card.
The Marines have been cleared by state, federal and local authorities, Fletcher said. The unit’s commander promised to try to keep noise to a minimum and give neighbors plenty of warning.
“Our aim in Indianapolis is to expose our Marines to realistic scenarios and stresses posed by operating in an actual urban community, thereby increasing their proficiency in built-up areas,” Col. Mark J. Desens, commander of the 26th MEU, said in a statement. “While some of the activity will take place around Camp Atterbury, residents in many areas can expect to see helicopters flying overhead, military vehicles on the roads and Marines patrolling on foot,” Desens said.
The Marines will practice firing weapons, conducting patrols, running vehicle checkpoints, reacting to ambushes and employing nonlethal weapons, according to a statement.
Well, let's get real for a second. The Marines need to be exposed to realistic scenarios? Only if you're trying to get them used to the idea of enforcing martial law in the USA. Don't Marines train for urban operations as a routine matter? And if not, what kind of blubbering incompetence is that? No, this activity is designed to expose AMERICANS to the idea of Marines flying around in helicopters overhead, driving their vehicles on the road and conducting foot patrols.
Look at the explanation offered: 'The Marines will practice firing weapons, conducting patrols, running vehicle checkpoints, reacting to ambushes and employing nonlethal weapons.' Practice firing weapons? Seriously, don't the Marines practice firing weapons, conducting patrols, running vehicle checkpoints and reacting to ambushes all the time at their military training facilities? Isn't that why we give billions of dollars to the DOD each and every year? Isn't that sort of training to be expected at the bare minimum?

My first step after seeing this alarming news was to contact the Marine Public Affairs office at Camp Lejeune in my capacity as a journalist for the Lone Star Iconoclast to hear first hand the military side of the story.
1st Lt Timothy Patrick, a Marine public affairs officer, told me that Marines have been engaged in “Realistic Urban Training” (RUT) scenarios in civilian communities in over 30 different cities over the past 23 years. His boss, LtCol Curtiss Hill recollected participating in a scenario back in 1993.
Patrick said that the FBI has orchestrated scenarios under the “TAMACOR” program. He gave me the number for Special Agent Robert Myrick, the lead agent for the exercise, who in turn pointed me to FBI Public Affairs. When I called up FBI Public Affairs, a lady named Wendy Osborn referred me back to Lt Patrick.
"Round n' round we go," in the immortal words of Chubby Checker.
I then contacted Major T.A. Smith, Chief Deputy of the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, who said that the Department of Homeland Security was represented at planning meetings along with the FBI. At this time the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was run by an Israeli-American dual loyalist, 9/11 "dancing Israeli" protector, and skull-faced Lenin-look alike named Michael Chertoff. This reinforced my belief that the impetus for U.S. Army and Marine training in U.S. cities originated with Zionist neo-cons who infest the highest levels of the Pentagon, national media, and many other strategic bases of American power.
The posture of the Marine Corps had certainly changed enormously since my period of active duty with the First Marine Brigade at Kaneohe, Hawaii from 1979-1982. Marines were generally forbidden from wearing camouflage utilities off base unless traveling in their vehicles to and from off-base living quarters. The only exception involved stepping outside ones car to get gas.
Given this precedent, it was unimaginable to me that the Marine Corps would instigate this training on their own without explicit Presidential, Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), and DHS encouragement.
In addition, I remembered how Jewish-owned media behaved during the Vietnam War era when it openly sympathized with leftist antiwar demonstrators who chanted "Ho Chi Minh is Gonna to Win!" as they faced off against National Guard troops. It shrieked “Fascism!” whenever U.S. troops hit the streets.
However, now that American troops were fighting wars for Israel in the Middle East, the use of rubber bullets against antiwar demonstrators had become a big yawn. In fact, national media now spin-doctored in favor of martial law training, as illustrated in the Toledo affair discussed later in this chapter.
When I asked Lt. Patrick about the Indianapolis civilian community exercise scenarios, he said that they typically involve the process of identifying, targeting, and executing raids on suspected terrorist cells located in abandoned houses and industrial buildings. Marines typically conduct about five raids over a two to three week period. Each raid typically involves somewhere between a squad to a platoon of Marines. At no time were the Marines supposed to enter civilian homes or stop civilian vehicles with checkpoints. Furthermore, there would be no Weapons of Mass Destruction scenario.
The raids were typically conducted at night to achieve maximum stealth and surprise. Each raid was planned by a Special Operations Training Group (SOGT). Maps and scenarios were typically not released until shortly before the time of execution to enhance “realism.” (This sounded like the "surprise injects" feature I have observed in other exercises that can increase vulnerability to false flag hijacking. The "night" feature reminded me of Viktor Suvorov's discussion in Inside the Acquarium about how Soviet Military Intelligence or GRU tried to nab him as a problematic spy in Austria for deportation back to Moscow at around 3:00 AM --their favorite time when political targets tend to be in their deepest sleep). Local police and other first responders typically do not participate in the tactical side of the raids, but instead play a side role to help prevent traffic problems, answer citizen inquiries or complaints, and treat possible accident victims.
Lt Patrick said that prior to each raid, as many as three or four Marine public affairs personnel were supposed to canvass a civilian neighborhood for about one and a half days. They typically start early in the morning and knock on doors all day, informing residents not to be alarmed by the sight of Marines in combat gear.
All of this led to the next obvious question. Why all this effort on the part of Marine Corps public affairs personnel to support an exercise in Indiana when the Marines have their own brand new urban combat facilities in their own back yard at Camp Lejeune?
SSgt Piper and 1/LT Patrick in the Camp Lejeune Public Affairs office told me that the intended exercises would help take Marines “out of their comfort zone” and go beyond “muscle memory.” It will also help younger Marines understand that dealing with civilians is often more like “herding cats” than running close order drill. 1/LT Patrick claimed that Marines generally get treated like heroes in civilian communities, and the training may save lives in operations overseas.
No one had bothered to brief these Marines about Posse Comitatus-related concerns. When I raised these concerns, LT Patrick said that these exercise scenarios might imagine terrorist situations in foreign cities even though they are practiced in American communities. In addition these training exercises do not supplant actual law enforcement activity within American communities.


My reaction to Lt Patrick and others in the Camp Lejeune Public Affairs Office --particularly having once been a Marine public affairs officer myself-- is that they generally conducted themselves in a professional and open manner consistent with Department of Defense Guidelines. They were simply passing on to me the rhetoric and policy handed down from above.
The unpleasant reality we face is that as America's domestic situation continues to deteriorate, Marines are going to have to start doing much more hard thinking from the "bottom up" level rather than just rely on what is fed to them "top down."
Please recollect that Gen. Tommy Franks, who is Jewish, prophesied the Constitution would be suspended following another 9/11 false flag operation. We have already seen how U.S. Armed Forces have been “Israelized” in their treatment of Iraqis and Afghans. We know from the testimony of BGen Janis Karpinsky and others who served at Abu Ghraib that Israelis have been in the background advising Americans in these activities.
I take this analysis a few steps further in Chapter 37 where I explain how today we have a "derivative" military establishment heavily decoupled from early American citizen soldier concepts and largely incapable of defending America against its worst enemy: Mossad-CIA.
Admittedly, most individuals who join the Army and Marines tend to have fairly politically simple views and motivations, as represented by the two commercials on YouTube below. I did not expect them to know much if anything about Zionist control of America power bases and Mossad-CIA false flag operations, although if they were acting in accordance with early American citizen soldier and "republican virtue" concepts addressed in Chapter 38, they absolutely would know all about these things and would be involved with civilian-related initiatives to correct them.

 

As much as I feel proud to have served in the Marine Corps, I would not be doing the Marine Corps any favors if I were to remain silent and watch Zionist neocons push Marines way outside their primary areas of military expertise into civilian martial law-related situations where they will likely step on their collective crank. (Please note the Toledo, Ohio example discussed later in this chapter).

Capt. May provided a dramatic example of where a misguided, Zionist-controlled military establishment could take America in his interview with Jeff Lynch and Mike Howard on 14 Dec 2008:

Capt May: When people look, to try to think of what is coming, they should look back to the Bolshevik Revolution which was heavily controlled by the Zionists. About 75% of the secret police were ethnic Jewish. Over half the Bolshevik Party was ethnic Jewish. That's fact, man. And if you think, the elimination of the Kulaks, the middle class of Russia, was order of business number one along with suppression of free speech. For instance, doing what I just did, pointing out that over half the communists were Jewish, was a death sentence under the Bolshevik Revolution. Discussing Zionism was a death sentence. You couldn't talk. You might say that we have a prologue to that with our hate laws. The hate speech legislation. You have a prologue to the elimination of the Russian middle class in our current economic situation. And there is one very frightening aspect of the Russian Revolution which was the manufactured famine. The Ukrainean famine. You have heard of it?
Jeff: Yes.
Capt. May: What was it, like 1930 or 1932? Where the Bolsheviks deliberately starved probably about five million Ukraineans. Mass murder on an epic scale. Never discussed in the Zionist media. But the reason I bring it up is because it sounds eerily similar to another thing we are promised, which is an eminent pandemic.
Jeff: Yes.
Capt May. Biowar.
Jeff: Yes.
Mike: Uh-hum.
Capt May: In other words, we are being set up.

Capt. May's mention of biowar in this Dec 2008 interview as a pretext for martial law was amazingly prescient. As I will discuss in Chapter 36, beginning in Feb 2009 we saw the beginning of a major false flag pandemic.
Getting back to the martial law threat that we perceived for Indianapolis, beginning on June 1st, we published the following two alerts in the Lone Star Iconoclast:

False Flag?

A false flag attack is one that your own government carries out against you, but blames on someone else. It creates a sense of emergency, the kind of thing summarized by the government emergency code "911." When you have a 911-type emergency, you want take-charge, kick-ass action, not a lot of pussy-footing philosophizing. You will accept a homeland state or a global war, if you believe that's what it will take to make you safe again.
False flags are possible only if you trust your government. Misguided trust is the key enabling factor. The matter can be stated succinctly:

If you think your government CAN'T attack you, then it CAN.
If you think your government CAN attack you, then it CAN'T.

A month ago we published the Mayday Alert to encourage widespread skepticism about May 1-8 terror drills in Seattle and Washington, DC. As we noted in our "Mayday Alert Update" countless Americans joined us in our skepticism. It's just common sense to be wary when someone brings a gun into your house—or thousands of armed Marines into your city.

Introducing Indianapolis

Three months ago, Mayor Carty Finkbeiner of Toledo, Ohio, demonstrated that you don't have to roll out a welcome mat for shock forces. Finkbeiner turned away a company of 200 Marines intending to conduct terror drills in his city this winter:

The Indianapolis mayor, though, is not the kind of man to turn away the Marine Corps. While he has only been mayor for eight months, Gregory A. Ballard was a Marine officer for 23 years, retiring in 2001 at the rank of lieutenant colonel. His election in November rates as one of Indiana's most shocking upsets ever. That makes him a bright star on the otherwise bleak horizon of the Republican Party, and a crucial go-to guy for the Bush League at crunch time.

Meeting Marines

The 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, has plenty of combat veterans from Iraq, where some of its elements have been deployed. No one but a retired Marine like Lt. Col. Ballard would welcome 2,200 hard-core combat veterans to practice assaulting, subduing and controlling his city.
The first elements of the 26th MEU will arrive by helicopter, and will establish their headquarters at Raytheon, the military-industrial mega-corporation. Thereafter, they will carry out urban warfare, bringing the Battle of Baghdad and the Fight of Fallujah to Indianapolis, Indiana. The last time the federal government used similar force was during Reconstruction, when the Army implemented martial law in the former Confederacy.

Terrible Truth

The Power quote above is probably the clearest single proof of the connection between terror drills and actual terrorism. It demonstrates that the UK's 7/7 London attacks were a false flag affair. After all, the easiest way to bring the manpower and matériel necessary to carry out an attack is to say that you are there to practice against the attack, then take the practice "live."
We have no crystal ball that allows us to predict that there WILL be a false flag attack during the June 4-19 terror drills in Indianapolis, as there was during the London terror drills three years ago. On the other hand, we have plenty of reason to alert the American people that there MIGHT be a false flag attack.
The citizens of Indianapolis should keep an eye out, and a cell phone in hand, for the next couple of weeks. The ability to distribute reports of suspicious government activity via the Internet has been history's great surprise for criminals who think that they can make history. The Internet is the printing press of the new American Revolution, just as the awakened people are the new Revolutionary Army. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty. As long as we are awake and alert, then we need not fear King George.

The Bush administration and its neo-con hardliners are cleverly preparing the U.S. military and the American people for martial law. Shortly after 9/11, they created a nationwide U.S. military Northern Command and a nationwide police force, Homeland Security. They wanted to protect us against more terror attacks, they said. Since then, USNORTHCOM and HomeSec have been running increasingly intrusive martial law-style terror drills. They aim to set up a war-ready police state, one in which there will be no questions about past failures and crimes.
In her article “Fascist America, In 10 Easy Steps,” ² Naomi Wolf describes how the Bush administration is taking all ten steps. She explains that in 2006 the Thai military sent troops into residential areas as part of its coup de etat. She might have pointed out that aspiring dictator Augusto Pinochet of Chile sent troops through residential neighborhoods on “exercises” before his 1973 coup de etat to condition Chileans for martial law.
America’s Founders opposed foreign entanglements because they knew that the same Leviathan military machine that could crush foreigners abroad could also oppress citizens at home. After the neo-cons orchestrated the American invasion of Iraq, they encouraged Israeli “Gaza-style” tactics against Iraqis, as well as torture.

A year ago the Bush administration created NSPD-51, which effects martial law in the event of an emergency. Under the provisions of NSPD-51, the Bush administration itself will be able to decide just what constitutes such an emergency. They have steadfastly refused to explain the particulars of the directive to Congressional leaders, including Bernie Thompson, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee. On July 20th an apprehensive Oregon Representative Peter DeFazio confided to journalists: "Maybe the people who think there's a conspiracy out there are right."
A week ago we co-authored the “Indy Alert” ³ about the June 4-19 terror drills that have brought 2,300 Marines of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) from Camp Lejuene, NC to the Indianapolis area. For the next two weeks fully armed, battle-dressed Marines will conduct urban warfare against hypothetical terrorist cells in local communities. Recent and current events have raised fears both in and out of Indianapolis that the terror drills presage martial law.

In April 2008 a law enforcement official described joint Federal and state “Operation Sudden Impact” as “martial law training.” ⁴
In mid-May a FEMA concentration camp drill went “live” in Waterloo, Iowa, resulting in the largest mass arrest in Iowa history. “Secretive FEMA Camp Drill Running in Iowa” ⁵
On Tuesday The Lone Star Iconoclast posted “Explosive Expose — US/BP Terror Drill,” which detailed SWAT-style terror drills at the refinery, and efforts of local officials to hide them from the public. The Police News, a Texas law enforcement journal, republished the article.⁶
On Thursday the Washington Post article “D.C. Police to Check Drivers In Violence-Plagued Trinidad” ⁷ reported that police are setting up a military check point system inside the nation’s capitol. Arthur Spitzer, legal director for the ACLU’s Washington office, said: "My reaction is, welcome to Baghdad, D.C …I mean, this is craziness. In this country, you don't have to show identification or explain to the police why you want to travel down a public street."
The FBI set up the Indianapolis terror drills, according to 26th MEU Public Affairs Officer 1LT Timothy Patrick. Major T. A. Smith, Chief Deputy of the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, told us that the Department of Homeland Security was also involved in planning the drills. We contacted Special Agent Robert Myrick, the FBI’s lead agent for the exercise, who refused to answer questions. He referred us to Wendy Osborn of FBI Public Affairs, who referred us back to the 26th MEU.

According to Lt. Patrick, until June 19th Marines will be identifying, targeting, and executing raids on designated “terrorist cells” in abandoned houses and industrial buildings. Each raid will involve between a squad and a platoon of Marines, and will be preceded by the arrival of a public affairs detachment urging civilians not to be alarmed. Most raids will be at night, and will not be announced until shortly before they take place. Local police and other first responders will handle traffic, answer complaints, and evacuate possible casualties.
The 26th MEU has a new Military Operations Urban Terrain (MOUT), or urban combat training village, at Camp Lejeune. Much closer to Camp Lejeune than Indiana, the FBI has its own extensive “Hogan’s Alley” urban combat training center in Quantico, Virginia. When asked about the need to go all the way to Indiana to train in civilian communities, Lt. Patrick responded that all this would help take Marines “out of their comfort zone” and go beyond “muscle memory.”
Neither the Marines nor Indiana police had been briefed on the significance of the Posse Comitatus Act, which establishes the separation of military and police functions. None of them believed that they were part of an emerging police state or a future state of martial law. Former Marines and police tend to be more aware about the post-9/11 state of affairs. True supporters of the Marine Corps should oppose the neo-con attempt to turn it into a Nazi Waffen S.S. or Soviet NKVD by letting it loose inside our civilian communities. The ultimate mission of the Marine Corps is to protect and defend the Constitution, not to practice waging war against America.

• “U.S. Army Troops To Serve As U.S. Policemen?” by Chuck Baldwin describes how the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division is now under the direct command of USNORTHCOM.The Bush assault on the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 has cleared the way for a militarized “search and destroy” mentality to replace the more restrained and traditional “to protect and to serve” orientation of local police.
  
  
• On 18 Sept, the 1st Brigade Combat Team completed “Vibrant Response,” an exercise simulating a 10 KT nuclear weapon detonated in America’s heartland. USNORTHCOM told the Iconoclast this unit simply lends WMD-related expertise to local police. • Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury under Reagan, told talk show host Alex Jones on 3 Oct that the bailout bill gives economic martial law power to the Treasury.
  
  
• The 8 Oct Wayne Madsen Report stated: “WMR has learned from knowledgeable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sources that the Bush administration is putting the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers. The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest…WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members…it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world.”

Our alert referenced another very significant martial law training event in central downtown district, namely the attempted Marine training in the central business district of Toledo, Ohio during normal working hours in February 2008.
This episode is well worth examining here, because it reflected a major milestone in civilian "push-back" against aggressive martial law training. It helped shatter a blank check, jingoist mentality towards supporting the "war on terror" that had enabled the military to run roughshod over civilian priorities in American cities.
Two of the best overview articles on the Internet about this affair include Charles Bogle's 29 Feb 2008 World Socialist Web Site article “Marine Exercise in Toledo, Ohio: An attack on democratic rights” (My use of this article does not necessarily imply endorsement of the "socialist" ideology of the web site) and Steve Watson's 14 Feb 2008 Infowars.net article "Corporate Media Smear Mayor Who Vetoed Military Urban Warfare Drill In His Town."
Let's start with Bogle's article:

On Friday, February 8, a five-bus convoy transported 200 members of Company A, 1st Battalion, 24th Marines, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Toledo, Ohio, for three days of patrol exercises in the central downtown area.
Using the nearly abandoned Madison Building on Madison Avenue as headquarters, the company of Marines, carrying M16 rifles and wearing camouflage uniforms, planned to drive military vehicles through the city streets and carry out foot patrols, engaging in mock gunfights and ambushes with blank ammunition.
A member of the company, Sergeant Davis, had driven ahead of the convoy, but when he arrived downtown and stepped out of his vehicle at approximately 3:20 p.m. (when school children were being bused through the city), he was told by a city employee that Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner wanted him and his soldiers to pack up their equipment and leave by 6 p.m.
The mayor subsequently declared that he had not even been notified of the Marine deployment, and learned of it only through Toledo’s major newspaper, the Blade, on the day of their arrival.
Sergeant Davis agreed and, after a brief stop at a Marine base in nearby Perrysburg, Ohio, he and the rest of the company returned to their Grand Rapids, Michigan, base.
According to Brian Schwartz, the mayor’s spokesperson, Mayor Finkbeiner took this action because armed Marines patrolling city streets “frighten people” (“Mayor to Marines, Leave downtown,” the Blade, 9 February 2008). In 2006, the same Marines battalion trained in downtown Toledo, and the mayor said that at that time he “saw the military with guns drawn emulating warfare, and I observed the expressions of citizens who happened to just be coming down the sidewalk that particular Saturday noon in wonderment, asking, ‘What have I found myself in the middle of?’” The mayor added that he saw looks of “wonderment” and “fear” on the faces of these citizens.
In deciding not to allow the Marine Battalion to patrol the streets of Toledo, Mayor Finkbeiner was asserting the US constitutional principle of civilian authority over the military.
While the mayor has stated that he had no advance notice of the planned Marine exercise, the Toledo police knew several days in advance of the battalion’s plans, and had issued press releases to media outlets on behalf of the Marines, urging “Toledoans not be startled by the sight of camouflaged soldiers toting M16 rifles.”
The only official reason given for not informing the mayor of the Marines’ visit relates to the 2006 exercise. At that time, the battalion’s exercises drew protests from the downtown citizens and an order from Mayor Finkbeiner to then police chief Jack Smith (a former Marine) that “he did not want the Marines back.” Police Chief Smith “took his run-in with the mayor as an objection to that last visit [2006] and not future training in Toledo,” according to a February 8 article in the Blade.
Bypassing the authority of the Toledo mayor to exercise civilian authority over the military constitutes an attack on basic democratic rights, an attack that must be understood within the context of the utilization of the “war on terror” as a pretext for imposing draconian economic and social conditions on American working people and erecting the institutional framework for police-state forms of rule.

Significantly, while this article alludes to the military training exercise as a pretext to condition Americans to accept a military-police role in their society, it fails to mention several other elements critical to understanding the true nature of this martial law training, namely 9/11 as an inside job, the increasing “Israelization” of U.S. Armed Forces, and the need by a criminal (as opposed to a “capitalist”) power elite to create domestic scapegoats.
The last part of Bogle’s article provided an important insight by describing jingoists who attacked Mayor Finklebinder as “unpatriotic.” They included corporate media.

One Toledo city employee told this reporter that a Homeland Security grant to the city’s police department is rumored to be coming due. The same employee also spoke of the growing militarism of police departments, both locally and nationally. As an example, he noted the fact that Toledo police offices have been receiving M16s, which are then converted to semi-automatic weapons.
Political attacks on Mayor Finkbeiner underscore the increasing weight of the military on civilian affairs. On February 13, the Toledo City Council, composed of Democrats and Republicans, voted unanimously to go over the Democratic mayor’s head and approve a resolution apologizing to the Marine battalion for the mayor’s action. Preceding the vote, one of the council members, former Marine John Schaub, stated, “We are at war and no one seems to understand that, so we should be rolling out the red carpet for these kids so they can be trained.” Another council member, D. Michael Collins, called the situation “an embarrassment for the city,” according to the Blade.
The mainstream media’s role in this and similar incidents is to stifle dissent. Alongside the Toledo story, which has focused on the mayor’s lack of patriotism and unwillingness to apologize to the Marines, print and visual media have been covering a story that began January 29, when the City Council in Berkeley, California passed a resolution opposing US Marine Corps recruitment in the city.
A right-wing campaign ensued, including efforts by lawmakers to withdraw federal funding from the city and decisions by business reporters to boycott Berkeley. This assault—echoed by favorable reports in the media—has been aimed at sending a clear message to the general population that a heavy price will be attached to any form of dissent. In the face of the right-wing campaign against their actions, the City Council made a hasty and cowardly retreat.

This article provides an excellent summary, except where it refers to the opponents of Mayor Finkbeiner as comprising a "right wing" campaign. The more accurate term would be "jingoist." Use of the term "right wing" suggests that only leftists oppose state centralization, police militarization, and martial law training for active duty military in American cities.
Opposition to foreign entanglements, large standing armies, unlimited government, European-style imperialism, and police state militarization --all of these things which threaten individual liberty -- have always been high on the traditional American "paleoconservative" agenda, which is definitely "right wing." The American Revolution was fundamentally a libertarian revolution, and most Founding Fathers were staunch paleoconservatives by today's standards.
Most of Mayor Finkbeiner's opponents are "jingoists" because they practice a very selective and poorly integrated form of patriotism. They ignore dangerous American-Israeli dual-loyalists like arch-Zionist neocon Czar Michael Chertoff as Department of Homeland Security Czar or the reality of 9/11 as a Mossad-CIA inside job.
If we had to assign an ideological label to their position, "Liberal Zio-Fascist" or "Zionazi" (see the discussion about Capt. May's "anti-Zionazi" article "America Uber Alles" -- Our Nazi Nation," 30 Sept 07 in Chapter 28) would be more accurate than "right wing."
On top of all this, most of these jingoists are so ignorant and misinformed that they probably have no idea what I mean by "liberal Zio-Fascist" or "Zionazi," in the first place, although that is what they really are.
Even the Toledo Blade (not to mention the World Socialist Web) has problems explicitly making these connections. It is owned by the Block family of Pittsburgh, whose flagship paper the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has been an ideological bastion of "environmental top down" modern liberalism (as noted in from the acrimonious editorials by competing Scaif papers). In addition, the Block estate fortune was created by a Jewish immigrant named Henry Block, which has been quietly friendly towards plutocratic Zionism while pretending to defend the American common man.

Note how two of the networks use the same hand picked clips of the same few residents who said they thought the decision to expel the marines [sic] was wrong, without providing any counter examples.
Some of the residents interviewed believed it was right for the marines to be in their cities for their own "protection", clearly unaware that the use of military for law enforcement violates the Posse Comitatus Act.
NBC rounded off the one sided affair with its "fair accurate honest" poll, showing that 89% of people want the military running around in their town conducting urban warfare training.
In response to the criticism and even small protests in Toledo, Finkbeiner said “Anybody who suggests that this man is in some way, shape, or form not loyal to this country or not loyal to the military of this country, well that person is just a plain baboon who doesn’t know me in any way, shape, or form and what I stand for,”
In further developments, the Mayor's spokesman, Brian Schwartz, has since been suspended for three weeks for allegedly using a vulgarity while speaking off air during a radio interview concerning the controversy. It appears that Schwartz was angry at the one sided coverage the story has received.

The jingoist mentality I have just described illustrates another important dimension of the false flag concept. In abstract form, martial law training in American cities can itself serve a false flag function, just like the 9/11 attack or a foreign war. It keeps the U.S. military "busied" and focused on Zionist-approved interpretations of domestic threats, while distracting them the kind of analysis offered in this chapter. Ominously, in recent years the military has increasingly blocked the ability of their personnel to access the Internet outside of "approved" web sites.
Please recollect that in abstract form, a false flag event does not necessarily have to be sudden, destructive, or even violent in nature. It can sometimes be nonviolent, ideological, and prolonged. In the case of a “sugar” false flag event, it can consist of event that provides a false sense of well-being that causes the public to let its guard down and focus on counterfeit enemies rather than real enemies.
The key feature of an "abstract" false flag event is that it serves as a decoy used by a parasitic power elite to create false scapegoats in order to employ false solutions that benefit the power elite at the expense of the general welfare. The term "muscle memory" sticks out in my mind as a key to their decoy policy.
The mere act of running Marines through America's streets has nothing to do with reversing the decline of America's once productive white middle class. It does not the encourage the kind of entrepreneurial creativity required to restore innovative industries on American soil. It has nothing to do with catching the real malefactors behind 9/11. Instead, it encourages muscular "acting out" and repressive behavior. It is the program of a manipulative Zionist neocon power elite that prefers to foist "muscle memory" and jingoistic "feel good" policies on to a subservient population rather than offer rational solutions that realistically address the most critical underlying problems.
It is very important to explain how this decoy policy has a long history in America. Please recollect in the Book I Chronology Section and Chapter 5 I describe how the "Project for a New American Century" and other forms of Zionist strategic planning have had long term time horizons spanning decades.
Actually, to provide the full-blown social, political, religious, and cultural analysis about how various power elites have fabricated ideologies to manipulate the masses throughout history, I could go back very far in time. I could discuss mystery religions in ancient Babylon (many writers on the American Right such as Michael Collins Piper, Texe Marrs, and Eustace Mullins have in fact done this to explain the origins of Judaism), the conversion of Northern Europe to Jewish Christianity described on my Religious Crisis Web Page, the "Conspiracy in Philadelphia" replacement of the "limited republic" with the "at-risk quasi-repubic/quasi-empire" covered in Chapter 38, or the irreversible creation of the Neo-Jacobin Empire of Unlimited Federal Government under the King Lincoln in 1861. This is all good deep background material for intellectual purposes, but the purposes of this chapter, I want to stay focused on how the Zionist power elite has opportunistically experimented with different bogeymen over the last twenty five years to herd Americans towards their New World Order agenda.
In his May 29, 2008 article “Indianapolis to Become `Mock Battlefield’” at Infowars.net, Steve Watson described how domestic conditioning for martial law –and the Pentagon’s concept of the “domestic enemy de jeure” has been evolving since at least 1988:

In 911: The Road to Tyranny Alex Jones presents footage of troops training to put Americans into Concentration Camps. This footage includes interrogations and a retired Marine admitting that in 1988 he was kicking down doors in Norfolk, Virginia. The Marines would be ordered to the local Police station where they would don Police uniforms. They would then go to the local gun shop or dealers home and "Take Them Down."
In Alex Jones' feature Police State 2000 he covers Operation Urban Warrior where actors posed as American citizens who were Unconstitutionally seized from their homes by the military and police. These Americans: were rounded up and confined behind barbed-wire.
The actors were told to demand to be let free and state that they had rights. They were also told to demand food and water. The troops in turn were taught to ignore them and to order them to behave in an orderly fashion. "Civil disobedience will not be tolerated" was one of the many disturbing statements heard to emanate from the military's loud speakers.
Over the years there have been countless drills of this nature. The media simply reports them as training for dealing with foreign enemies, yet the volunteers and the participants are always told differently.
Here's a report on another urban warfare drill entitled "The Millennium Challenge 2002". This drill was conducted secretly across 26 States in 2002.
In 2005 details of just one of many Military operations on American soil was exposed in the run up to Bush's second coronation. A secret counterterrorism program code-named Power Geyser. A small group of super-secret commandos were hidden among 13,000 police and troops and "stood ready with state-of-the-art weaponry to swing into action."
There have been literally thousands of these kind of operations in the planning and going on for years now. Many designed to use the military on the streets of American cities in direct violation of Posse Comitatus. The Pentagon has a full Command in operation working on these activities, the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).

The timing of the 1988 exercise mentioned by Steve Watson above where a retired Marine admitted to kicking down doors is significant. It came a year after the 1987 stock market crash, and several years after many major publications highlighted America’s chronic problems with declining industrial competitiveness. At the same time, Jewish groups become increasingly alarmed at the way the militia movement was gaining traction.
Even more alarming to Zionists, The Turner Diaries by the late Dr. William Pierce was becoming an underground best-seller. In fact, Dr. Pierce wrote an article, which I reproduce below, which describes the advent of The Defender series that started to appear in bookstores in 1988 as a Jewish media reaction to his work. It was a clumsy effort to invent domestic enemies in the form of "Communist skinheads." It is also an interesting variation on an important Info War theme covered elsewhere in this Mission of Conscience series about how Jews use their massive entertainment media control to insert their own forms of predictive programming and ideological hijacking.

In Chapter 28 I discussed more recent examples of clumsy synthetic enemy creation. There is the Nov 2001 the Phoenix FBI flyer which identified as potential troublemakers “Defenders of the Constitution against Federal Government and the UN." Then there is the 15 April 2009 Washington Times article “Napolitano Stands By Extremism Report,” which stated “Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the [Missouri] report sent to law enforcement that lists veterans as a terrorist risk to the U.S. and defines `rightwing extremism’ as including groups opposed to abortion and immigration.” Lastly, in Chapter 39 I cover the Christmas Day "Panty Bomber," probably one of the most pathetic terrorists in history, where the best Mossad-CIA can do is produce some poor Nigerian kid who sets his own pants on fire in an air plane.
The article “The Defender: `Pluralist’ Answer to The Turner Diaries,” which appeared in the June-July 1990 issue of National Vanguard magazine provides an important time perspective on the longstanding process of synthetic domestic enemy creation. "The Defender" exploited "communism" and "skinheads" as the bogeymen, because the ADL had already thoroughly demonized skinheads through national media, and the collapse of the former Soviet Union still had not sunk in with the American public. This was also in the era before Israeli think tanks and national media developed and promoted "Islamo-Fascist" terrorists as the new official hate objects and bogeymen.

Egads! Jewish and Black Patriots Defend America From Communist Skinheads

NEW SERIES of Dell paperbacks with urban-guerilla warfare theme portrays Black and Jews as all-America, flag-waving, pro-gun patriots, women as hard-swearing warriors, White skin-heads as communist gangsters.
For the past year and a half there’s been a Dell paperback series in the newsstands called `The Defender.’ The first title in the new pulp series, The Battle Begins, appeared in the late summer of 1988. The author, Jerry Ahern, then began churning out 50,000-word sequels every couple of months. As of March 1990 there were ten books in the series.
Categorized by Dell as “Men’s Adventure,” the series actually belongs to the relatively new genre of urban-terrorism fiction. In 1974 the film Death Wish launched an earlier, related genre by striking a responsive chord in millions of Americans exasperated by growing street crime, by the inability (or unwillingness) of the government to deal with it, and by the perverse sympathy for criminals shown by much of the controlled media. In that film a mild-mannered New York architect, played by Jewish actor Charles Bronson (ne Buchinsk), becomes a vigilante, stalking and killing street criminals after his wife and daughter are savaged by a gang of them. But Death Wish is a nonpolitical film, and it attempts also to avoid race issues: Bronson, playing the part of a White man, guns down individual Black, White, and mixed-race criminals with equal enthusiasm.
“The Defender” series, in contrast, has plots in which a highly organized gang of criminals, directed and financed by foreign communists and assisted by liberal fellow travelers, attempts to destabilize America with a campaign of terrorism in order to seize power. The communist terrorists are opposed by the Patriots, a vigilante organization whose members are mostly patriotic combat veterans, moonlighting cops, and other red-blooded, public-spirited citizens fed up with the inability of the authorities to cope. The government, in fact, is treated ambivalently: not really on the side of the terrorists, but so raddled by liberalism that it cannot effectively oppose them either – more concerned, in fact, with halting the “right wing” vigilantism than the communist-directed terrorism.
The fact that the Patriots must operate underground and are more in jeopardy from the legal authorities than from the terrorist gang they are fighting puts the novels of the Dell series in the urban-terrorism genre initiated in 1975 by The Turner Diaries--in a sense. Like The Turner Diaries Ahern's books have lots of violence and bloodshed, with both the good guys and the bad guys plotting their actions in candle-lit basements. There are other superficial resemblances, and one cannot but suspect that some of Ahern's episodes were inspired by similar episodes in The Turner Diaries.
These superficial resemblances by themselves would not make "The Defender" books worthy of note. The writing is third-rate, the plots are unimaginative, and the action becomes boringly repetitious after a while, unleavened as it is by any real character studies, ideas, or thought-stimulating dialogue. What makes the series notable is the fact that it apparently is a Jewish reaction to The Turner Diaries, rather than an imitation. The "good guys" in the series-the Patriots-are as Affirmative Action a gang as could be imagined. Founded by a Black police sergeant, the group has more minority members --Blacks, Hispanics, American Indians, and Jews-- than Whites. And the group's women swear and fight just like the men; in fact, if anything they're held up as better fighters than the men.
The racial and sexual angle in "The Defender" series is carried to such lengths it sometimes seems almost a parody. The Blacks among the Patriots have Congressional Medals of Honor, are expert Kung Fu fighters, and have kids with Harvard Ph.D.s. There's not an ordinary nigger among them. Many of the comrades-in-arms of these high-minded Black vigilantes are Jews, with names like Rudy Goldfarb, Randy Blumenthal, and Mitch Diamond-and just as typical of their race as the Blacks are of theirs, all right-wing gun lovers who deplore the liberal bias of the news media and become misty-eyed when¬ever they see an American flag.
The Patriots are befriended by a wonderfully warm-hearted group of people from the Mossad, Israel's undercover assassination agency. These kosher butchers are portrayed by the author as the nicest sort of folks one could ever hope to meet, who supply the Patriots with arms out of a sense of gratitude for all that Americans had earlier done for Israel.
And the enemies of the American way of life--the terrorists used by the communist planners to slay and burn--are members of White youth gangs who have a suspicious resemblance to skinheads. At the beginning of the first novel in the series, Reefer, the "enforcer" in the principal gang, is described: "[His] ... was a weak face ... with acne pimples showing red on the upper lip ... the hair blond and short at the sides .... " Reefer and his White pals like nothing better than to bomb synagogues and machine-gun children of any race. And, of course, they have ties to Arab "terrorists" in the Middle East.
Ahern's books are aimed at the same would-be macho crowd that reads Soldier of Fortune magazine. Many of these readers are veterans of America's All Volunteer Force who already have been influenced by the heavy doses of equality propaganda shoveled out by the Pentagon, and Ahern seems to regard his mission as more of the same. His formula is to sugarcoat his "Jews and Blacks make the best patriots" line with lots of red-blooded action and name-dropping of the sort which should appeal to armchair warriors: "He grabbed the Mark IV, Series 70 Colt ... " or " ... he produced a box of Federal 180-grain, jacketed, hollow-point,.44 magnums." Ahern even gives brand names and models when mentioning holsters or knives.
About the only officially favored minority members that aren't welcome among the Patriots are homosexuals, whom even the Pentagon's egalitarian fanatics can't stomach. And Ahern makes one other concession to the White male readership he has targeted: the one character among the multi-hued, coed Patriots who shows up in each book of the series and provides continuity is a White male. This character, the homologue of Earl Turner, is a history professor, former cop, and ex-Navy Seal whose wife and children are murdered by the White terrorists. He is inducted into the Patriots by a Black friend and then goes underground to wage war on the skinheads and their protectors in the government.
The publisher of "The Defender" series, Dell Publishing, is a division of Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing Group, Inc. When the series was launched in 1988 the president and chief executive officer of the corporation was Alberto Vitale--although he left that post in November 1989 to become the head of Random House. Vitale, despite his Italian-sounding name, is a Jew.
The author's ethnicity is unknown, although his surname, Ahern, is English. If we believe the name, then we have one more proof that there are some White men who will do absolutely anything for money.

Dr. Pierce was right that the Pentagon would not stomach homosexuals. In the early 1990’s, powerful Jewish organization pushed for open homosexuality in the U.S. military through the Clinton Administration. This is not surprising, since as I explain in my discussion of Jewish criminal totalitarian psychopathology in my online mutualism vs. parasitism article, Jews have a much higher rater of homosexuality than most other racial and ethnic groups in America. One of the basic rules of Right Wing 101 is that as any group grows in power, it tends to reshape the social environment around it to fit its own peculiar characteristics, and Jewish homosexuality is no exception.
Pierce was also right about the egalitarianism of the U.S. military. Ever since President Truman initiated racial integration in the late 1940’s, the military has served as a social reengineering vehicle where straight white males have become conditioned to take orders from women, blacks, Hispanics, Jews, and other non-whites.
Paradoxically, according to Wilmot Robertson in The Dispossessed Majority, at the conclusion of WWII, Joseph Stalin praised Russia’s Great Russian majority, as the key to victory. The Soviets reasoned that units fight better if grouped by ethnicity, therefore, while Asian units might have white officers, there was no effort to racially and ethnically integrate units on the enlisted level. One might argue that on racial and ethnic issues, the U.S. had moved to the left of the Red Army under Truman.
In fact, once one understands the importance of maintaining ethnic and tribal loyalties to provide an effective civilian support system to oppose central state tyranny, the practice of race mixing and continuous individual rotation between U.S. military units would seem to be designed to ethnically cleanse white Americans on a psychological level and encourage their sole devotion to centralized federal government control --and Zionists who rule the roost from behind the scenes.
We are back to a paradox where the U.S. military has itself been "socially re-engineered" and heavily "Zionist-infiltrated" in preparation for the final martial law scenario to cement Brother Nathanael Kapner's description of the Military-Zionist-Terrorist Police State.
Like Cromwell's Puritans who once created a military dictatorship over the British people, the U.S. military carries within itself its own unique set of ideological blind spots and deficiencies. Even if it were to oust Zionist neocons from many key positions, it could still be working for other Zionists behind the scenes in other ways.
In addition, as I describe in greater detail in Chapter 37, the U.S. military today is heavily decoupled from its citizen soldier roots. It has become too "derivative" and too comfortable serving as the blindly obedient "global cop" of neo-Jacobin, Zionist imperialism and the willing partner of over bloated defense industries, "Bananastan" careerism, and unlimited Big Government. (See Brother Nathanael Kapner's 24 Jan 2010 article: "Jews, Generals, & The US War Machine # 58).
Last, but not least, if the military were to clamp down on the free Internet, that could easily outweigh whatever good the military might accomplish in other areas, such as bringing criminal Zionists to justice. A major reason for the resistance by Capt. May, myself, Dr. Fetzer, and other coauthors with a military background is to try to buy time for the free Internet, which we view as the last best hope for Americans to get to the root of their problems and sort them out in a peaceful, rational way.
Before closing out this chapter, there are several other issues related to the national martial law threat that I would like to address, namely the way in which military personnel are being indoctrinated by Zionists to act like attack dogs against European Americans, the creation of potential FEMA extermination camps in America, and the County Sheriff "Oath-Keeper" resistance program.
Former Naval Intelligence Officer Wayne Madsen penned a 10 Sept 2009 article “Israel and U.S. jointly target Sweden in propaganda blitzkrieg” which explains how the U.S. military allowed itself to be used as an attack dog against honest Nordics on behalf of Zionist criminals in Afghanistan just after Israelis contrived a disinformation campaign against Russians, Finns, Swedes, and Norwegians that included the Mossad-hijacking of a ship in the open ocean:

It should come as no surprise that of all the charities operating in the Kabul region, that it was a Swedish charity-run hospital in Shaniz, south of the Afghan capital, that was stormed by U.S. troops on September 6. The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan stated that U.S. forces tied up hospital staff members and the visiting relatives of patients. The Americans smashed doors and searched hospital wards looking for “Taliban.” The incursion violated international laws and agreements on the inviolability of hospitals and medical staff in war zones but exactly mirrors Israeli tactics in Gaza and the West Bank.
There are a number of Pentagon holdovers from the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld neocon clique who “Israelized” U.S. military and security policies in Iraq and Afghanistan and are obviously still calling the shots.

Various corruption indices rate Finland and other Scandinavian countries as the least corrupt relative to other European countries, and Israel as the most corrupt. Scandinavian Americans rank among America's most productive citizens with the lowest crime rates, whereas Jews have historically run organized crime in America.
This speaks volumes about how U.S. military leaders have been brainwashed to beat up on innocent Swedes at the behest of crooked Israelis. I can imagine a similar situation under a U.S. martial law scenario where soldiers rough up Scandinavian Americans in Minnesota under false pretexts while bending over backwards to defend the homes of Jewish criminals in New York City and Los Angeles. This would have similarities to the complaint by former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney that untold numbers of innocent blacks were getting shot in New Orleans during Katrina while soldiers, private contractors, and even former Israeli commandoes were focused upon protecting Jewish lives and homes in the same city (see Chapter 15).
I had direct personal experience with this brainwashing in 1990 when I was put through a "thought crime" board of inquiry by the U.S. military for daring to discuss Israeli war crimes in off duty private conversations, while at the same time addressing other issues involving the psychological ethnic cleansing and forms of genocide applied to European Americans (please note related documents posted to my online author archive).
Earlier in Madsen's 10 Sept 2009 “Israel and U.S. jointly target Sweden in propaganda blitzkrieg” article, he explains why Israelis set up certain U.S. military leaders to act as their stooges:

(WMR) -- After the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet published an expose of the Israeli Defense Forces harvesting the organs from young Palestinians killed by its forces in the West Bank, Israel’s propaganda machine, which has its tentacles in the world’s largest media companies and the Pentagon, went to work on demonizing Sweden.
Our sources in Finland report that Finnish television is stating that Israel’s Mossad was behind the hijacking of the Maltese-flagged, Russian-crewed, and Russo-Finnish chartered ”Arctic Sea” in Swedish territorial waters. The charter firm is Solchart Arkhangelsk Ltd. of Helsinki. The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office Investigation Committee says it is cooperating with authorities in Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, and Sweden on the hijacking of the “Arctic Sea.” Israel is noticeably absent from the list of cooperating countries.
The timing of the Israeli piracy operation was to divert attention away from the Swedish media coverage of the organ theft story and get an additional bang out of claiming that the ship, which was carrying Finnish timber from Pietarssari, Finland, to Algeria, was carrying S-300 missiles to Iran.... The Mossad-influenced media outlets, including Rupert Murdoch’s Sunday Times of London, and the UK’s Daily Telegraph, are spinning the story that the S-300 missiles were loaded onto the Arctic Sea in Kaliningrad, a Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea, that represents only one of three nations in the Baltic that remain outside of NATO: Russia, Sweden, and Finland. It is no coincidence that the Israeli propaganda machine is accusing Finland of being involved in the missile transfer and Sweden permitting its territorial waters to be used in the ship’s voyage to Algeria.
The Israeli-influenced media are reporting that the “Arctic Sea” consorted with organized crime elements in Kaliningard to effect the transfer of the missiles. However, the Israelis are not commenting on reports that the “Arctic Sea’s” hijackers, ethnic Russians from Russia, Latvia, and Estonia, have been linked to “Mishpucka” (Jewish mafia) circles in Eastern Europe. Israel is obviously concerned that their role in the ship’s hijacking will come out in the Moscow trial of their eight organized crime-linked hijackers and shine a light on the close connections between the Mossad and the Mishpucka in Eastern Europe.
The hijackers have been identified as Estonian nationals and residents Yevgeniy Mironov, Aleksey Buleyev, Dmitriy Bartenev, Igor Borisov, Andrey Lunev and Aleksey Andryushin, and Latvian residents Vitaliy Lepin and Dmitriy Savin.
Sweden and Finland, in addition to having no desire to join NATO, have also voiced sympathy for the plight of the Palestinians. Aftonbladet and Sweden were accused of being “anti-Semitic,” a familiar mantra from the Israelis when their human rights policies are criticized. The Swedish government rejected a demand by Israeli expansionist Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to condemn the Aftonbladet report on organ harvesting and trafficking by the Israelis.
Israel’s ambassador in Stockholm, Benny Dagan, when asked by a Swedish reporter why Israel did not investigate the Aftonbladet report on organ harvesting, replied with an unusual answer: “Why don’t we investigate why the Mossad and the Jews were behind the bombing of the twin towers?”
Based on Israel’s past false flag and organized crime syndicate operations, both investigations may have merit.
Israel turned up the heat on Sweden. Aftonbladet’s editor Jan Helin was accused of being a “Nazi.” Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt was disinvited from visiting Israel. The whining from Israel and its echo chambers in the corporate media came amid other shots fired from the Israelis against Ireland’s former President and UN Human Rights Commissioner Mary Robinson over her being awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Barack Obama, Norway for its policy of disinvesting in Israeli firms, Swedish aid to the Palestinians, and former Finnish President and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Martti Ahtisaari for calling for Hamas to be included in the Middle East peace talks, and Scotland for releasing a Libyan agent convicted of bombing Pan Am 103 to Libya.
Israeli and American Jewish right-wing commentators have hurled contempt on the Celtic and Nordic nations, regardless of their liberal and social democratic traditions, complaining that they are all rife with anti-Semites and support terrorism. The Celtics and Nordics got a taste from the Israelis of what is usually dished out to the Slavics. Sweden came in for the most abuse from the Israeli propaganda circles.

All of this raises a more disturbing question, namely if certain U.S. military leaders are so brainwashed and stupid that they would willingly beat up on innocent Swedes in Afghanistan, what would prevent them from working over innocent Scandinavian Americans --or for that matter any other WASPs or white Americans -- on U.S. soil in a martial law scenario?
Prior to smashing into our homes, we might expect them to first threaten us. In fact, this is taking place right now with the talk about the FEMA Camps. In the “Second Wave,” Larry Keller reported:

In Pensacola, Fla., retired FBI agent Ted Gunderson tells a gathering of antigovernment “Patriots” that the federal government has set up 1,000 internment camps across the country and is storing 30,000 guillotines and a half-million caskets in Atlanta. They’re there for the day the government finally declares martial law and moves in to round up or kill American dissenters, he says. “They’re going to keep track of all of us, folks,” Gunderson warns.

In his outstanding 31 Aug 2009 American Free Press article “More to U.S. Detention Camps Than Feds Admit,” Victor Thorn observed:

There exists an explosive hot-button issue that U.S. government officials don’t want revealed to the American public; namely, that internment camps have been established—and are at the ready to detain citizens if mass insurrections occur. Under FEMA’s National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), potential trigger events could be economic collapse, widespread bank closures, massive social unrest (possibly due to proof that Barack Obama is not natural-born), or a flu pandemic...
Are Army bases actually being converted into detainment camps? In his September 2008 newsletter, Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) pulled no punches. “Even though we know that detention facilities are already in place, [the government] now wants to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency.”
Conservative author and former presidential candidate, Pastor Chuck Baldwin, confirms this notion in an August 11 article, Why Are Internment Camps Being Built?: “I’ve had military personnel tell me that many of the U.S. military bases that have been recently ‘closed’ are also being prepared as large-scale ‘holding areas.’”
To counteract these charges, some claim the “renovated bases” will simply be used to hold illegal aliens. A recent news item appeared in the Idaho Observer’s June issue: “In January 2006, it was revealed that Halliburton subsidiary, Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR), had received a $385 million contract to build detention facilities ‘for an emergency influx of immigrants.’”
But to argue that their sole focus is simply on illegal immigrants doesn’t hold water because the U.S. has had an open-border policy for at least three decades. On the other hand, more likely targets for detainment would be anti-New World Order proponents, Second Amendment advocates, dissidents, people who refuse to participate in forced inoculation programs, Christians, tax protesters and those deemed “extremists” and “enemies of the state” under a recent Department of Homeland Security report on “homegrown right-wing terrorists.”
To show their seriousness in pushing this agenda, Bob Unruh revealed a disturbing development on August 7 for World Net Daily: “An ad campaign featured on a U.S. Army web site seeking those who would be interested in being an ‘internment/resettlement’ specialist is raising alarms across the country.” What specifically would this position entail? The description is clear: “Internment/Resettlement (I/R) specialists in the Army are primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in a military confinement/ correctional facility or detention/internment facility.”
Legislation introduced by representative Alcee Hastings (D-Fl.) under HR 645 would have the DHS establishing at least half a dozen national emergency centers for large-scale imprisonment of American citizens on military installations. Further, HR 645 would create a Guantanamo-style setting after martial law is declared. At that point, posse comitatus laws would be rendered non-existent, replaced by military jurisdiction over all detainees. As a result, the incarcerated would find it much more difficult to enforce their Constitutional rights to a fair trial and/or legal representation.
If skeptics doubt this scenario, they need to reexamine President Obama’s own words in a May 21 speech at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. At this locale, he spoke of “prolonged detention” for all those who posed a threat to U.S. security. Even members of the liberal media were disconcerted by the implications of this proposal, including MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, who questioned the “expectation of future crimes” that seemed implicit in his plan. Maddow had further suspicions about the president’s advocacy of an Orwellian Big Brother-world via the use of “preventive incarceration” to keep certain people in prison indefinitely without charge. Finally, similar to the policies of George W. Bush, Obama vowed to “reshape the standards that apply to our rule of law” (i.e., prolonged military detention and the denial of habeas corpus).
Obama and his representatives have unmistakably drawn a line in the sand. The Department of Homeland Security even has an “Operation Endgame” that proposes the “removal of all ‘potential terrorists.’” How would such a roundup be accomplished? How would “terrorist” be defined? FEMA official Glenn Cannon admitted to the Associated Press on Feb. 13, 2008 that they are “looking at ways to use passenger trains to get elderly and sick people out of harm’s way during an emergency situation.”
But would they conceivably stop at just senior citizens and the infirm, or is their plan much more sinister? On Feb. 4, 2008, Lewis Seiler and former Congressman Dan Hamburg (D-Calif.) provided a chilling scenario for The San Francisco Chronicle: “Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary KBR to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.”
Such accounts should ring alarm bells, especially when we realize that the U.S. has a long history of detaining its own citizens. In 1838, President Martin Van Buren authorized a massive roundup of Cherokee Indians.
During the Civil War, Abe Lincoln’s jails were filled with inmates due to “suspicions of disloyalty.”
Much worse, President Woodrow Wilson imprisoned over 100,000 Americans during World War I who were deemed political opponents or pacifists.
In 1939, the FBI compiled a “Custodial Detention Index,” whereas FDR signed Executive Order 9066 on February 19, 1942, which permitted the incarceration of not only Japanese, but Americans, including orphaned infants and anyone deemed a “dissident” as well.
More recently, on August 20, 2006, Allen Roland of Global Research described one of the most horrifying pieces of legislation ever passed: “Through Rex 84, an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.” Closely associated with this action is Operation Garden Plot, which activist priest Frank Morales characterizes as “a master plan to suppress democratic opposition in the United States.” It was actually implemented during the 1992 L.A. riots. Finally, Operation Cable Splicer is designed for “the orderly takeover of state and local governments” by FEMA and other federal agencies.

In his radio talk appearances, Victor Thorn has emphasized that we cannot permit ominous developments to frighten us out of public dissent and protest.
Mark Anderson, another writer for American Free Press writer, has observed on his talk show that many challenges we face today have been faced by Americans many times before. Americans have been successful in the past in facing down evil schemes, and now is no time to throw in the towel. However, our protests should be calm and factual. Establishment agents could be planting fear stories to get us to over react in order to justify repression. Furthermore, many of the people who are orchestrating these developments are simply greedy people looking to make quick bucks, such as Dick Cheney’s former company Halliburton which has scored big on FEMA and military intern camp development contracts.
If we speak out now, we have a reasonable chance of heading off predators. On the other hand, if everyone remains silent, it is virtually guaranteed that the predators will enslave us.
All of this segues to the heroic activism demonstrated by former Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack who has promoted the Oath Keepers movement. According to Larry Keller in The Second Wave:

One Oath Keeper is longtime militia hero Richard Mack, a former sheriff of a rural Arizona county who collaborated with white supremacist Randy Weaver on a book and who, along with others, won a U.S. Supreme Court decision that weakened the Brady Bill gun control law in the 1990s. “The greatest threat we face today is not terrorists; it is our federal government,” Mack says on his website. “One of the best and easiest solutions is to depend on local officials, especially the sheriff, to stand against federal intervention and federal criminality.” Mack’s views echo those of the Posse Comitatus, which believed that sheriffs are the highest law enforcement authorities in America. “I pray for the day that a sheriff in this country will arrest an IRS agent for trespassing or attempting to victimize citizens in that particular sheriff’s county,” Mack said in a video he made for Oath Keepers.

The language in the aforementioned article is skewed against Sheriff Mack’s cause. It refers to Randy Weaver as a "white supremacist," when Weaver made it very clear during his court hearings that he views himself instead as a "white separatists." Nevertheless, Sheriff Mack's staunch defense of the Constitution stands on its own merits.
The oath-keeper principles posted at Sheriff Mack's web site are as follows:

1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.
2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people
3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control.”
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.
10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Will Marines obey the Constitution like Sheriff Mack, or blindly follow whatever Zionist neocons and other forces of tyranny tell them?
In 1995, Lt. Cmdr. Ernest Guy Cunningham handed out a quiz he had created to a few hundred Marines at the training center at 29 Palms. It read “ [Strongly Disagree] [Disagree] [Agree] [Strongly Agree] [No Opinion] "I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government”
According to Lt. Cmder Cunningham, about a third said they would “agree.”
It is reassuring that Sheriff Mack and two thirds of the Marines in the survey have some capacity for independent thought and adherence to Constitutional principle. However, I am left with a similar reaction to the Ron Paul Revolution, namely their position, while very laudable, is only "necessary but not sufficient."
The big problem with taking Lt.Cmder Cunningham's results at face value is that in the real world, military attitudes tend to get quickly "overtaken by events," or "O.B.E." in military jargon. One of the prime architects of "O.B.E." are false flag operators.
In prior chapters, I have described how Mossad-CIA and the British S.A.S. agents have stirred up factional strife in Iraq utilizing false flag attacks. There is even evidence that the Mossad has used snipers posing as Arabs to pick off U.S. servicemen to keep the pot boiling.
Dr. Kevin Gutzman's The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution describes one of the greatest and most tragic changes in American military attitudes towards fellow Americans in history --thanks to a four year period of the worst forms of "O.B.E."
In early 1861 a significant percentage of Northerners agreed with the majority of Southerners that Southern States had the right to secede. After all, New England states seriously considered secession at the Hartford Convention of 1814.
If it were not for the fact the Abraham Lincoln used subterfuges to manipulate Southerners into firing the first shots upon the garrison at Ft. Sumter, which outraged Northerners, he never could have mustered the political support necessary to raise 75,000 Union troops to invade Virginia and fight the first Battle of Manasas. In fact, Gutzman claims that Lincoln had no Constitutional authority to raise these troops. Despite this, one thing led to the next, and within only a few years, the Union was waging total war against the South. The Yankees destroyed over half the wealth in the South, attacked helpless civilian populations, and killed and maimed more Southern men of military age on a per capita basis than France suffered in World War I.
As a more recent example of dramatic turnabout from “enlightened policy” to “draconian martial law” by U.S. troops, there were initially news reports about how the first Marines in Fallujah were encouraged to grow moustaches and “blend in” with the local Arab population. After all, Marines had enjoyed some success with their Combined Action Platoon (CAP) program during the Vietnam War where they lived among villagers. They felt that positioning themselves as “protectors” of villages was a better way to win hearts and minds than to shoot or bomb locals.
Then four private contractors get killed by local insurgents. Neocon talk show hosts start thundering for ruthless treatment of the Fallujans. Zionist higher-ups ordered Marines to sweep through Fallujah and ruthlessly crush all resistance. Fallujah soon looked like a war zone, with holes in nearly every building. Numerous stories appeared on the Internet about about ambulance drivers and women and children getting routinely picked off by U.S. snipers. Marines subsequently subjected the remaining population to draconian lock down, complete with checkpoint searches and retinal eye scans for anyone seeking to enter or exit the area.
I believe the same thing could happen in small town America, despite original honest intentions by U.S. servicemen to obey the Constitution. I also believe that Mossad-CIA would stop at nothing, to include running more false flag operations like Oklahoma City and 9/11 on America soil, to get the pot boiling to serve their intrigues.
Given the complexity of this danger, I and other members of Ghost Troop believe it is imperative that America maintains free access to a free Internet for all U.S. military personnel as well as for the general civilian population.
We also need for former U.S. military personnel to form their own completely independent cyber vigilance groups similar to Ghost Troop in order to help anticipate these terrible dangers, head them off, and restore America as "the land of the free and the home of the brave."

Since its inception in response to the September 11^th attacks, the behemoth bureaucracy known as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has grown into an organization that is nothing short of nightmarish.

The DHS boasts 216,000 employees (as of 2010), a $98.8 billion budget in the 2011 fiscal year, and child agencies that include: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), United States Coast Guard (USCG), United States Secret Service (USSS), and the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD).

The DHS has been behind countless highly controversial policies and incidents including (but definitely not limited to):

1. Fusion Centers which spy on American citizens without probable cause.

2. The infamous “MIAC report”, actually entitled “The Modern Militia Movement”, released by the Missouri Information Analysis Center which labeled supporters of candidates like Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr as possibly dangerous militia members.

Others who were targeted in the report included individuals associated with the Constitutional Party, Campaign for Liberty or Libertarianism; people in possession of the film “America: Freedom to Fascism” (which you can watch for free here on End the Lie); people in possession of the Gadsden Flag, also known as the “Don’t Tread on Me” flag; anti-abortion activists; and so-called conspiracy theorists.

3. The 2009 Virginia terrorism threat assessment published by the Virginia Fusion Center which focused on historically black colleges as potential hubs for terror-related activity and also labeled hacktivism a form of terrorism.

4. The TSA’s grope-down procedure which has been used to harass people with the mental capacity of a 2-year-old, along with 95-year-old women with terminal cancer and young children, all without any probable cause whatsoever.

5. Absurdly costly, ineffective and dangerous naked body scanners.

6. Secretly using portable naked body scanners against Americans.

7. Nazi Germany-style roadside checkpoints, again in direct violation of the 4^th Amendment to the Constitution.

8. Disinformation campaigns including the non-existent threat of terrorists carrying surgically implanted bombs.

9. “Customs and Border Protection does undertake [opening mail] when it is determined to be necessary”, including personal correspondence, without probable cause or any reason at all. In other words, you are a prisoner of America. And just like in a prison, your mail coming from outside the prison is subject to search whenever it is deemed necessary.

And so many more that I would be forced to devote the entire article to it if I hoped to get even remotely close to covering them all.

However, all of these pale in comparison to what the Department of Homeland Security and child agencies have in store.

This grim future is one in which you are guilty until proven innocent and discriminated against for facial expressions.

You could even be tracked and monitored by drones in the sky which can create “threat assessments” with the data gathered, which can then be used to further make you guilty until proven innocent.

No, this is not the movie Minority Report. Unfortunately, this is fact, not fiction.

This is the Department of Homeland Security’s Future Attribute Screening Technology, or FAST.

This program collects and stores “physiological and behavioral signals” for analysis, which are then used to determine if an individual could possibly commit a crime in the future or if they harbor malicious intent.

Like the rest of the DHS programs, this requires no probable cause, let alone suspicion of criminal activity.

The data is collected secretly and according to documents obtained by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), includes, “video images, audio recordings, cardiovascular signals, pheromones, electrodermal activity, and respiratory measurements.”

CNET reports that, “blink rate and pupil variation are measured too”, according to an unnamed government source.

According to Nature, FAST was tested over a period of months in an undisclosed location in the northeastern United States.

Nature reported that the first round of FAST testing ended in March, but given the secrecy surrounding the program and the DHS refusing to say where testing will occur, no one can be sure where or when testing is going on.

All that DHS spokesman John Verrico would say is that “it is not an airport, but it is a large venue that is a suitable substitute for an operational setting”.

While a 2008 lab test was put through a DHS Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and the testing methodology was overseen by an Institutional Review Board, the 2011 field test was not subject to review and the DHS did not carry out a new PIA.

This should begin to raise some red flags, if nothing else on a budgetary basis, given there is significant resistance in the scientific community to the notion that FAST test would even work at all.

For instance, a senior research analyst at the Federation of American Scientists, Steven Aftergood, told Nature, “I believe that the premise of this approach — that there is an identifiable physiological signature uniquely associated with malicious intent — is mistaken. To my knowledge, it has not been demonstrated”.

The unfortunate reality is that, accurate or not, this program is moving forward to the stage of public testing, meaning that implementation cannot be too far off.

However, the DHS is insisting that despite the numerous documents, unknown levels of spending and public testing, there are no plans to either acquire or deploy FAST.

In a statement to CNET, the deputy press secretary for the DHS, Peter Boogaard, said, “The FAST program is only in the preliminary stages of research and there are no plans for acquiring or deploying this type of technology at this time.”

Yet, a June 2010 DHS document obtained by EPIC reveals that information is already collected and retained on members of the public as a part of the FAST program.

On page 4 of the DHS’s June 10^th, 2010 Privacy Threshold Analysis, this is revealed by a question that asks, “From whom do you collect, process, or retain information on: (Please check all that apply)”.

The options are: DHS Employees, Contractors Working on behalf of DHS, The Public, and The System does not contain any such information.

The only box checked is: The Public.

How can a DHS spokesman have the gall to lie like that knowing that their own documents specifically state that FAST is collecting, processing, and/or retaining private information on “The Public”?

Well, since Boogaard has a background in the mainstream media, specifically at NBC Universal, he probably has no qualms lying through his teeth.

Another red flag raised by the Boogaard’s claim is the fact that the actual costs associated with the program were totally redacted from the contract.

The obligated amount, the total amount of the award, and the government’s liability were blacked out in the document obtained by EPIC through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The FAST system will monitor, record, and track changes in voice pitch, changes in prosody (the intonation, rhythm, and stress of speech), changes in body heat, patterns of breathing, eye movements (including pupil dilation/variation and blink rate), occupation, and age.

The problem with all of this data is that it is so variable from person to person, that accurate readings would require a baseline of some sort.

Blink rate, for instance, is highly variable from person to person, depending on the task performed and the individual’s sex.

In order for an “abnormal” blink rate to be recorded, a “normal” blink rate for that specific individual would have to be recorded for comparison.

This data would either have to come from other FAST systems’ databases or perhaps even from the drones I covered in a previous article.

Either way, you can bet that FAST would involve creating, analyzing, storing and indexing a massive database of personally identifiable information (PII), contrary to the nonsensical claims made by DHS spokespeople.

In a statement to CNET, one unnamed spokesperson claimed, “The system is not designed to capture or store PII. Any information that is gathered is stored under an anonymous identifier and is only available to DHS as aggregated performance data. It is only used for laboratory protocol as we are doing research and development. It is gathered when people sign up as volunteers, not by the FAST system. If it were ever to be deployed, there would be no PII captured from people going through the system.”

This claim, like the claim that images were censored and could not be removed from the naked body scanners in airports, is likely to turn out to be a complete lie.

A November 2010 Gizmodo article aptly pointed out, “Whatever the stated policy, it’s clear that it is trivial for operators to save images and remove them for distribution if they choose not to follow guidelines or that other employees could remove images that are inappropriately if accidentally stored.”

Based on the DHS track record, I wouldn’t be willing to bet so much as one cent on the claim that the FAST systems would not store personal information.

The Department of Homeland Security seems to have some grand plans for FAST in the works, despite their insistence that there aren’t even plans to acquire the technology yet.

These grand schemes include a mobile FAST unit which “could be used at security checkpoints such as border crossings or at large public events such as sporting events or conventions” as revealed by the installation document obtained by EPIC, detailed below.

Much like the covert usage of naked body scanners in public places without informed consent, probable cause, or even suspicion, the FAST technology is already being touted for similar applications.

In another DHS document obtained through a FOIA request by EPIC, some interesting issues are brought to the fore.

It is clear that there is a third agency or entity involved with FAST that has been redacted. The DHS logo and Draper Laboratory (the lab that received the contract to develop aspects of FAST) logo are both intact, yet there is a third logo which has been blacked out.

Also curious is the title of one section of the materials, “Future Attribute Screening Technology (FAST) at [redacted]: An Overview of the Research Field Test Investigation, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]”.

The next page reads, “A three step process will facilitate the transition of FAST from the research lab to [redacted].” Where is FAST being transitioned to? Why is it redacted? But wait, it just gets more strange as we continue on.

The page continues,

“All three efforts will take place at [redacted]

1. Research Field Test Investigation (Study 205): Winter, 2011

Collect data using the current research paradigm in an actual operation setting. Data collected from this study will be used to evaluate the methods and screening environment, and to develop algorithms to assist in the real time identification of individuals with [the rest is cut off so the following is a best-guess] malintent (the intent or plan to cause harm).

2. [Redacted in whole]

3. [Redacted in whole]”

In detailing Study 205, it is written,

“For Study 205, [redacted] will recruit individuals to participate in a DHS study

Participants will:

- Have food service experience (or security experience – TBD)
- Receive [redacted] to work at a one day VIP event at [redacted] (6 hours total for a maximum payment of [redacted])
- Be told that they will be paid by [redacted] who is supplying the extra personnel for this event
- Understand that there is NO potential to obtain permanent employment at [redacted]
- Be assigned to either the no malintent or malintent condition”

There are also multiple entire pages redacted from the document including the “discussion” section of the “Final Installation [redacted] [redacted] Assessment at [redacted]”.

The redacted agency, company, or entity is of great interest to me, as they seem to be providing many of the crucial elements of this testing.

One e-mail from a redacted person (likely from the redacted agency providing the participants for the test) to another redacted person, with the DHS contact Robert Middleton carbon copied reads in part,

“As an update, everything is going well at [redacted]. We have had over 285 calls and have scheduled over 110 people for Day 1s at [redacted]. Thus far we have scheduled 50 people for Day 2s at [redacted] beginning on February 7^th. All participants that we have interviewed have agreed to return and are glad for the opportunity. Most assume that they will be working at [redacted] when they return, although it is not stated to them. [Redacted] said that everyone is taking this in stride.”

One can assume that this agency, company, or entity is redacted because they will be utilized for future tests of FAST.

In a climate where many people would take any paying job, it is not a leap of faith to say that there are many Americans who would scramble for the chance to work with a program like this, no matter the costs to their own privacy or how it will be used in the future on other Americans.

It is likely the case that these employees are compartmentalized and not even made aware of what exactly they are testing and what it would be used for.

The picture painted by the documents obtained by EPIC are not pretty, and would likely be quite a bit more disturbing if all were released and were free of heavy redaction.

The FAST technology could very well spell the end of American life as we know it and the descent into a high-tech prison state in which you are constantly being monitored, all of your biometric feedback recorded and analyzed, and threat assessments created without your permission or probable cause.

FAST can easily be deployed surreptitiously in public places, constantly recording and storing personal information which can be collated between remote databases.

This data can then be used with drones and other FAST installations, along with Fusion Center data and law enforcement activities.

If you’re marked as dangerous by a FAST machine at an airport, you can bet that you will be treated as a threat, even if you’re just nervous because you’re flying to a job interview or you had too much coffee and not enough sleep.

Such information could be stored in permanent databases which can then be used to further harass you, conduct surveillance on you, or even simply lock you up indefinitely under the PATRIOT Act.

Unfortunately, none of this is from a science fiction film or a paranoid fantasy, it is all real and ready to be rolled out.

Drones are already patrolling American skies; all it would take is a software update for existing sensors to be used to gather biometric data and images for facial recognition.

FAST is already being developed, tested, and pushed as a solution for everything from airports to sporting events, contrary to the lies spewed by DHS spokespeople (which are refuted by their own documents).

Connecting these technologies creates a situation dreaded by every privacy advocate and Constitutionalist in America: an invisible surveillance state in which your every move and breath is recorded, analyzed, and stored for later use.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like the thought of being harassed or detained because a computer algorithm said I blinked too much or a drone tracked me associating with other people who the system has deemed to be a threat.

America was built upon the principles of a just legal system, but when our most essential rights under the Bill of Rights are in jeopardy, everything that was America begins to wash away.

I encourage every American to look into FAST and other DHS programs to witness the growth of a malicious, totalitarian government that seeks to control every aspect of your life while monitoring anything and everything you do.

If you think that it is disturbing to think about everything you do on the internet being stored and analyzed by the government, can you imagine having every single movement and heartbeat in a public place recorded and analyzed by the government?

How about having a drone track you through a crowd, monitoring who you talk to and your emotions while you do so?

If any of these things upset you, as they should, I must ask: what are you doing about it?

Only through spreading this information, contacting our so-called representatives in Washington, and getting active in the defense of our liberty and America as we know it can we stem the tide of this fascist surveillance-based police state.

The worst part about FAST and the drone technology is that it is completely invisible. It would be a lot easier to get more Americans to start taking a stand if there were police officers stopping you, taking your pulse, monitoring your eyes, tailing your vehicle, etc.

Unfortunately, this technology is designed to be totally invisible so you can be a slave to the surveillance state without any knowledge of what is going on.

Let’s expose this technology for what it is: it’s not about the “war on terror” this is about the war on America, liberty, privacy, and life as we know it.

These commercials provide important clues about why many Americans are motivated to join the Marine Corps. I do not see any mention here about fighting for Israel, Jewish organized crime in America, the international Jewish white slave and organ-theft trade, Mossad-CIA, Holocaust fairy tales, the Bilderberg Group, or the anti-nationalist New World Order.
These commercials raise an interesting "bait and switch" ethical issue. Using themes like "honor,""knighthood," "(quasi-religious) personal transformation," "courage," "commitment," "patriotism," "fighting for the forces that guard the American way of life," "country," "fighting for freedom," and "band of brothers," these commercials typically appeal on a visceral level to traditional American conservative values and imagery from the legends and folklore of Northern European peoples.
In contrast to all of this, certain psychopathic U.S. Government leaders have deployed Marines to serve Jewish Lobby interests first instead instead of the American national interest. Worse yet, these Jews reflect an alien and corrupt New Babylon value system and pyramidal "gorilla-gangster" social model (see Chapter 5) that is totally un-American. This unscrupulous "bait and switch" behavior could be construed as a serious breach of implied social contract.
