False Flag Terror by Other Means;
Weather Warfare, Biological Attack,
 and Arson

 

Please recollect Capt. May’s claim in Chapter 13 that the strange atmospheric effects over Texas City he observed on July 28, 2005 were probably produced by HAARP to augment a planned tactical nuclear explosion that subsequently got replaced with a conventional explosion. 
Please also be aware that even without invoking HAARP, we already have solid evidence that the U.S. Government has grossly manipulated the atmosphere using nuclear effects. A prime example is Operation Starfish Prime run in 1962, when the government detonated a 1.4 megaton nuclear warhead 250 miles above the Pacific. The electromagnetic pulse was felt 930 miles away in Hawaii where TVs malfunctioned, 300 street lights failed, and power lines fused. According to Wikipedia, the explosion created a man-made radiation belt in space that crippled one-third of all satellites in low orbit.
“HAARP” is the acronym for “High Altitude Auroral Research Program.”   The online 30 Sept 2005 Pravda article  "USA and Russia Supposedly Develop Secret Meteorological Weapons” suggests that Russians take HAARP very seriously, even if it is ignored by American mainstream media:

American meteorologist Scott Stevens has recently brought accusations against Russia

Mr. Stevens claims that Russian military specialists were behind the fury of Hurricane Katrina that devastated New Orleans . According to him, Russia has built secret equipment for causing a detrimental impact on the weather way back in the Soviet era.
U.S. media quickly spread the news around. Both Russia and the U.S. were long rumored to have been involved in the development of meteorological weapon. But those rumors seemed too wild to searching a grain of truth hidden underneath. In the meantime, some Russian politicians say the experiments have been conducted and still conducted on either side of the ocean. Following death and destruction caused by Katrina, The Americans promptly unearthed the controversial interview by Vladimir Zhirinovsky in which he threatened to unleash floods all over the United States when “our scientists slightly change the earth's gravitational field.” Nobody got scared watching the drunken boss of the Liberal Democratic Party promise doom's day for the United States . But once Katrina struck and the southern part of the U.S. got drowned, the improbable rumors about Russia 's meteorological weapon came to light again.
American meteorologists are not the only ones who blame the neighbors for using the “hurricane gun.” Unconfirmed and patchy reports on questionable experiments with weather conducted by the U.S. and Soviet Union stirred up a number of political scandals in many countries of the world. Following a large-scale flooding in Europe in 2002, some European politicians put the blame on the “ U.S. military” for disrupting EU economy. In 2002, Committee for Defense of the Russian Duma raised the issue about a detrimental impact on climate caused by experiments involving disturbance of the earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere. The deputies focused their attention on HAARP system that is still under construction in Alaska . 
There is a special facility located at a military installation some 400 km north of Anchorage . A huge area of tundra features thousands of 25-m antennas pointing to the sky. The facility is called High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). U.S. Marines patrol the vicinity of the base. No commercial or military aircraft are allowed to fly over the base. Air-defense systems Patriot were installed around the base following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force combined efforts building the facility. Open information sources indicate that the facility is used for causing active influence on the earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere. The results could be fantastic, according to scientific journals. Scientific journals claim that HAARP is capable of causing artificial aurora borealis, it can also jam radar stations of early ballistic missile detection systems, communicate with submarines in the ocean and even detect secret underground complexes of the enemy. Radio-frequency emission is capable of piercing through the ground and examine hideaways and tunnels, it can burn out electronics and destroy space satellites. The equipment can also impact the atmosphere and thus cause changes in weather. HAARP is allegedly used for causing natural disasters similar to Huricanes Katrina and Rita. 
Three years ago the Duma deputies held a heated discussion of issues related to HAARP. They even drew up an appeal to the President Putin and the UN. They demanded to set up an international commission for the investigation of the experiments conducted in Alaska .
Speaking to Nezavisimaya Gazeta, specialist for active influence on the atmosphere of the Federal Service of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring Valery Stasenko said HAARP is a “very serious issue.” “It is not for nothing that the term 'space weather' has become quite popular lately…

In addition to mention in Pravda, there have been many books written about HAARP, such as Angels Don't Play This haarp: Advances in Tesla Technology by Nick Begich and Jeane Manning. 
Many people believe that HAARP technology can not only affect the weather, but also create earthquakes.  It uses technologies originally pioneered by the electrical genius Nikolas Tesla. In Chapter 9 of his book The Viper’s Venom, book two of his Barbarians Inside the Gates series, author Col Donn de Grand Pre provides some valuable background on Tesla and the theoretical underpinnings of HAARP technology.  

WHO WAS NIKOLA TESLA?

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) was born in Croatia . He emigrated to the

United States in 1884, worked for Thomas Edison and became a naturalized American citizen. A pioneer in high-tension electricity, he made discoveries and inventions in the fields of radio transmissions and electricity. He invented the alternating current (AC) system and laid the groundwork for wireless transmissions of both radio and electricity.

He also wrote of a method whereby weather could be controlled

by creating “standing waves” of electro-magnetism so that deserts

would become farmlands and Arctic regions could be modified so that

they too could bloom with vegetation.

Related to Tesla’s work was an article by Lowell Ponte entitled The

Killer Electric, which stated in part:

 

Shortly after the turn of the century, Tesla theorized that by using coordinated radio impulses, it should be possible to manipulate the part of the earth’s magnetic field that resides at the edge of space up in the ionosphere by generating giant standing waves. These waves, said Tesla, could then be manipulated to change the course of giant wind patterns, like the jet stream, that shape our weather.

Around 1900, Tesla invented and patented a system of utilizing the earth’s natural vibrations to transmit power through the earth without wires.

Tesla’s systems involved the use of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic cycles per second. At Tesla’s death in 1943 some of his papers went to a museum in Belgrade { Yugoslavia }. But apparently some found their way to Russia ...If indeed the Russians have succeeded in uncovering some of Tesla’s lost secrets, the disarmament committees may be in for some real earthshaking proposals.

 

Forty years after Tesla’s death, Don Bell, writing in his periodical

Don Bell Reports detailed just how the Soviets are operating to manipulate the weather in the United States :

 

Tesla’s secrets proved of great interest to the Soviet Union , whose engineers began developing and perfecting the theories that Tesla had blueprinted. Combining Tesla’s secrets and technological materials and equipment obtained from the United States , the Soviets have constructed giant transmitting stations capable of producing frequencies of 40 megawatts (40 million watts).The highest radio transmission in the United States for commercial broadcasting is 50,000 watts. The Voice of America uses 100,000 watts in some of its broadcasts. but this is hardly comparable to the 40 million watts used by these Soviet transmitters to project their scaler waves.  Another part of Tesla’s secrets is the use of extremely low frequencies (from 7.5 to 15 Hertz), frequencies very similar to those used by the human brain. (A Hertz is the unit of measurement used to classify radio signals. One Hertz means one cycle per second.)

Perhaps the most important secret of the Tesla “broadcast” is the fact that the waves are not projected into the air like ordinary radio waves, but are sent into the ground. These electromagnetic waves are said to be able to penetrate and pass through anything, including the very center of the planet.   And, in a sense that would be difficult to visualize, the earth itself becomes a kind of receiving set; so these waves can form what Tesla called a “standing wall”.

Back in 2004 Capt May knew nothing about HAARP and hence could not believe in it.  However, after members of Ghost Troop put in over 300 research hours on the issue, he completely changed his attitude.  According to this research, the process of creating and guiding a hurricane is fairly simple from a HAARP perspective. As he related to GeorgeAnn Hughes on the Byte Show:

Capt May:  …HAARP is no more complicated when you think about it than the idea, let us say you and I went to a desert island where there were aborigines who had never seen people from the civilized world. And I took a magnifying glass out of my pocket and I held it and focused the sun on to a leaf and I caused the leaf to break into flames. Well, the natives would worship me as a god, because I created fire with my hand.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: I mean, they would not understand the technology, therefore it would be magic. Well, HAARP is nothing more than focusing a hot spot into the surface of the sea. Because as you focus heat into a particular point in the sea, you create a low pressure system which inevitably results in a circulation of wind. The science, the physics of it are no more complicated than flushing a toilet bowl. You don't create a miracle because you pull the bottom out of a toilet bowel and it makes a twister. A swirly is not a miracle. It is just what water does if you pull the bottom plug out, right? Well, that is what a HAARP does. And then as you direct the force of the heat beam, you direct the place that the hurricane will circulate around and follow. In effect you are taking that magnified point of light from the magnifying glass, and you are making a trail to exactly where you want to go. That explains how it is that you have that magic trajectory of Katrina hitting New Orleans . And then Rita, by then Ghost Troop was in full swing, and I ought to give you the reference. We were doing an ongoing log in. Ghost Troop is read not so much by regular folks, but one heck of a lot by top end analysts and intelligence people around the world. There are people who are amazed at the work we do because we get away with doing it.

Capt. May commented further about how the meteorological forecasts reported on national media also seemed to also have “magical” properties as well as the hurricane trajectories.

Capt May:  …You described in the last segment, GeorgeAnn, how it was like [the hurricanes] made a straight line, and they went to exactly where the weather people said they were going to go! I have never seen such amazing predictions. I have lived on the Gulf Coast since I was a child.
Hughes: Yes, and at the very last minute the hurricane made a turn.
Capt May: Rita --yes, that is true. Katrina turned right into New Orleans . It had been predicted four or five days in advance as going through New Orleans . That is an impossible prediction. That is not a prediction. That is announcement. You understand the difference?
Hughes: Oh yes.
Capt May: They were not predicting Jack. They were announcing the designated target and calling it a prediction. That is why if you can think back to it, and it is hard at this distance, but if you can find video files and stories and whatnot, there was no meteorology going on. There was no meteorological model to explain for how it was that a hurricane started, oh, a hundred miles off brother Jeb's Florida coast and then suddenly became a category 5 and made a straight trajectory due west and then hooked up like a good breaking curve ball and hit New Orleans and wipe it out. There was no model…

According to Capt May,  normally hurricanes lose their intensity as they cross land.  They start off the African Coast and gain force as they move towards the Caribbean rather than right off the Florida Coast .  They do not go in straight lines.  One storm does not begin soon after another in the Gulf.  Yet according to Captain May, these types of patterns have been repeatedly broken.  In his article “Operation Apocalypse: End Timers and End-Game Strategy”  Capt. May described other major anomalies.

Like Katrina before her and Wilma after her, Rita was a category 5, and those three of them, in one season, meant that there were more super-hurricanes in 2005 than in all the previous 100 seasons combined.  The three weird sister storms struck the Gulf Coast hard, resulting in record profits for the oil allies of the Bush administration.  Catastrophes of convenience…
…The Internet research community chats about the man-made hurricanes as HAARPicanes.  Before the three weird sisters of 2005, there was the "Florida Four" of 2004, all of which defied all odds to hit Brother Jeb’s state — including Ivan the Terrible, which hit the state, did a circle in the Atlantic , then hit it again. The weather warriors who run the HAARP program can put the HAARPicanes where they want them, and the Florida Four show that they tested them in 2004 before getting down to business with the three weird sisters in 2005.

There were also major anomalies involving earthquakes during the Bush administration.  Leon Smith, editor of the Lone Star Iconoclast, commented in his article “Earthquakes: Global Warming or HAARP?”:  

The incidence of historic worldwide earthquakes seems to be increasing, especially since 2002.
At least according to statistics rendered by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
The USGS website lists high magnitude earthquakes by year, and this is a sampling, with the year and how many:

Going on back in time, the list shows mainly less than four each year, although there were five in 1975, six in 1957, and five in 1906. The list traces earthquakes back to 1556.
Whether earthquakes are tied to global warming, or to the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) which some scientists say is utilized by the military to drastically alter weather patterns in specific areas of the world with the ability to cause droughts and hurricanes, the advent of the increased numbers is worthy of concern and of additional study.
Perhaps it is mere coincidence that the number of high magnitude earthquakes appears to be on the rise.
Whatever the reason, something is going on.

Before leaving the topic of HAARP, I need to mention that there is another controversy that also preoccupies many “conspiracy theorists” that is closely related to this topic: chemtrails.

Your “chemtrail” theorists tend to come in two variety: soft-core and hardcore.
The soft-core chemtrail theorists believe that the government has been conducting a deliberate program of spraying the atmosphere with metallic oxide particles and other chemicals.  This supposedly helps accentuate many HAARP effects.  Quite a few web sites discuss analyses of strange sky conditions and particulate matter, such as Carnicom.com
Then there are the “hardcore” conspiracy theorists.  They believe that the ultimate reigns of power in America are held by Zionists and Christian Zionist allies who are power-mad, paranoid, delusional, and ultimately suicidal.
Many Zionists think everyone is out to secretly Holocaust them, and talk darkly about exercising a “Sampson” or “ Masada ” option if the walls start closing in on them.  See, for example, The Sampson Option by Seymour Hersh. 
Christian Zionists talk about the inevitability of getting “raptured” during “Apocalyptic End Times.” 
I have already provided some other important background to help explain these viewpoints in Chapter Five.  
Just as they believe the Bush cabal had an ethnic cleansing program in mind for New Orleans ’ black population, many observers think that this quasi-lunatic power elite has a similar attitude towards the earth’s teeming billions. 
As one indicator, they are very troubled by the mentality behind the  UN Agenda 21-population reduction program. 
As another indicator, they are troubled by comments made by a member of the British Royal family who they view as being joined at the hip with the Rothschild-Zionist power elite.  As an example, the July 1997 Executive Intelligence Review noted that:

It is no exaggeration that the Prince Philip- and Prince Bernhard-led worldwide ecology movement is devoted to mass genocide--not to saving dolphins and defenseless furry creatures. Take the British Royal Consort at his own words.
In August 1988, in an interview with Deutsche Presse-Agentur, Prince Phi lip stated:

``In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.''

Earlier, in the foreword to his 1986 book If I Were an Animal, Prince Philip wrote:

``I just wonder what it would be like to be reincarnated as an animal whose species had been so reduced in numbers that it was in danger of extinction. What would be its feelings toward the human species whose population explosion had denied it somewhere to exist.... I must confess that I am tempted to ask for reincarnation as a particularly deadly virus.''

In other words, there is a power elite that frankly does not care about the mass-murderous effects of depleted uranium mentioned in Chapter 2, or the toxic effects from atmospheric spraying, or the cancerous effects from certain chemical additives put in packaged foods or certain municipal water supplies, because frankly they believe there are already too many of us swarming masses outside their gated communities as it is.  We are just like cattle to them.  They have no problems with manipulating us by staging false flag operations that create artificial crises that divert our attention and give them opportunities to profiteer at our expense.  

 
As if Americans did not have enough to keep them preoccupied with Katrina, before the month of September was out they also got hit  with the Bird Flu scare.
The following CBS, Denver News Channel 4 warning came out on 21 Sept 2005.  (The web link at http://cbs4denver.com/health/health_story_264112507.html has since been scrubbed). 
Please note the “not if, but when” type scare words.  This is the type of verbiage that was also used in connection with the Al Qaeda “Black Wind of Death” threat on Fox News following the 3-11-2004 Madrid bombing. 
The bird flu ended up claiming less than a hundred lives in Southeast Asia, as opposed to the possible 1.7 million America described in the warning below:

U.S. Bird Flu Scenario Envisioned

(CBS) An infectious disease expert says a doomsday scenario is awaiting the nation if it experiences an avian flu pandemic.

Michael Osterholm, head of the University of Minnesota 's Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy, warns an avian flu pandemic in the U.S. could claim many more lives than Hurricane Katrina.

It is not if it [avian flu] is going to happen," he said. "It is when, and where, and how bad," Osterholm said at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington
 
So far, avian flu has killed about 60 humans in Asia , while being mostly restricted to birds. But experts expect the virus to change enough to spread from human to human. Osterholm said it would likely claim around 1.7 million Americans in the first year, as vaccine was slowly produced.

"Biodefense" was a longstanding theme of the Bush administration. Pleases recollect how America was hit with a biological threat once before –-right after 9/11.  The Wikipedia (March 2009) version of this event is as follows:

The 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States, also known as Amerithrax from its Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) case name, occurred over the course of several weeks beginning on September 18, 2001. Letters containing anthrax spores were mailed to several news media offices and two Democratic U.S. Senators, killing five people and infecting 17 others. The primary suspect was not publicly identified until 2008.
In mid-2008, the FBI narrowed its focus to Bruce Edwards Ivins, a scientist who worked at the government's biodefense labs at Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland. Ivins had been told about the impending prosecution and died from an overdose of "Tylenol with Codeine," which was reported as a suicide on August 1, 2008.^[1][2]

As usual, I do not think the Wikipedia interpretation of an event involving high level intrigue can be taken at face value. (The same applies to the JFK assassination, the Oklahoma City bombing, 9/11, Katrina, and anything else that might involve Zionist interests).
Articles by American Free Press investigative journalists Mark Glenn and Victor Thorn provide evidence that the Bruce Ivins death was part of a cover up for a Mossad false flag operation.  Suspected Zionist operative LtCol Phillip Zack who worked at Ft. Dietrich , Maryland has been allowed to walk.   
In “‘Suicide’ of Anthrax Scientist–Another Mossad Frame Up?, 4 Aug, 2008 Mark Glenn notes:

 

…The news of [Ivin’s] death arrived only a month after the US government was forced to pony up almost 6 million dollars to Steven Hatfill, the bioweapons researcher whose good name and reputation were destroyed as a result of the US Justice Department naming him a ‘person of interest’ shortly after the attacks when the only ‘evidence’ linking him to the infamous crimes came from a mouthy disinformation agent named Barbra Rosenberg. Secondly, it is a mere month before the anniversary of 9/11, and the fact that for the last 7 years the largest criminal investigation in US history (codenamed ‘Amerithrax’ for maximum effect) has turned up a big goose egg does not help things at a time when Uncle Sam is suffering from a serious credibility problem, both at home and abroad…
…Hatfill being exonerated means all bets are off and that more-likely culprits stand a good chance of being reconsidered for their possible (or probable) roles in the anthrax attacks following 9/11. More importantly though, it also means possible public exposure of the fact that the anthrax attacks were part of a carefully-coordinated false flag operation cooked up in the petri dish called Mossad headquarters aimed at inflaming Americans into going to war against Israel’s enemies, specifically Iraq.
And then, like a bolt out of the blue comes the ‘suicide’ of one Bruce Ivins who worked at the facility, and along with this a truck load of ‘evidence’ to suggest he was the culprit. Court testimony from a social worker claiming he was a dangerous psychopath planning on killing scores of people given a mere week before his ‘suicide’, along with the supportive testimony of psychiatrists who supposedly examined him.
Those who think it really is an open and shut case of suicide on the part of a guilty culprit should ask a few questions. If he really was ‘the guy’, why was he allowed to keep his security clearance at the weapons lab where he worked and (more importantly) where other infectious diseases that could have been used in additional attacks on America were stored? If he truly was about to be indicted for the anthrax attacks, why was he not scooped up by the FBI immediately, lest he flee the country, or worse, ‘go out in a blaze of glory’ as the previously-mentioned social worker claimed he swore he would do? Was Ivins about to go public with information he had concerning the real person (s) behind the attacks? And more importantly, where is Lt. Col Phillip Zack, the anti-Arab bigot filmed going into a secure area of Ft. Deitrich where the Ames strain of anthrax used in the attack was stored, after hours, where few (if any) witnesses could be found? Can rational persons assume he is sitting on a beach somewhere in Israel , far away from this discussion and–more importantly–from this investigation that the US DoJ is now saying will be closed as early as this week?

 

The weapons-grade anthrax that killed the senators could only have been made at an ultra high-end lab such as the U.S. biological warfare base at Ft Dietrich Maryland . However, the FBI cooled its investigation once clues started to point at potential Zionist operatives.  According to Mark Glenn, “a security film caught Zack entering the Ft. Dietrich facility after hours at a time he no longer worked there, and more importantly, caught him on tape entering a secure section of the facility where the very same strain of anthrax used in the attacks later turned up missing.”
We know that Israel not only has an intense interest in biological warfare, but has also been trying to develop genetically targeted pathogens that can wipe out Arabs but not Jews.  Last, but not least, we know that there has been an unusually high death rate among scientists who are capable of understanding what Israeli biological warfare specialists are up to.  Does anyone believe that Bruce Ivins alone could have been running around bumping off all these people?   
The article “Concern Raised Over Suspicious Deaths of 24 Bio-Scientists” by Victor Thorn, AFP, 25 Aug 2008, addresses this issue:

OVER THE PAST SEVEN YEARS, more than two dozen of the world’s most esteemed microbiologists—all of whom were focused on combating bioterrorism—have died under questionable circumstances.
One was stabbed with a sword, another run over by a car, while a third was bashed over the head until dead. A scientist  was found with repeated stab wounds to the chest; another was shoved under a chair (naked from the waist down); one perished in a nitrogen-filled airlock; another was carjacked, with his keys still in the ignition and a full tank of gas.
None of these men died of natural causes. Their murders were deliberate, and it’s sending a clear message to virus experts, immunologists, entomologists, and those researching bio-weaponry: your lives are in grave danger.
The latest casualty was bio-defense pioneer Bruce Ivins, who reportedly committed suicide on July 29 at Frederick Memorial Hospital from an overdose of Tylenol 3. (How he obtained enough pills to kill himself in a mental hospital is still open to question.) Ivins had direct links to the 2001 anthrax case; first via his potential development of a vaccine to combat the toxin, and secondly as a 2003 recipient of the Decoration for Exceptional Service—the most prestigious award a civilian scientist can receive. Ivins also assisted the government in its investigation of the anthrax scare.
Those closest to Ivins are publicly skeptical of the suicide story, pointing out that he was a Red Cross volunteer, played keyboards at his local church, enjoyed gardening and was married with two children. On the other hand, to paint the most horrific picture possible, an FBI-affiliated social worker named Jean Duley stated that Ivins was, in reality, a sociopathic, homicidal revenge killer who wanted to murder his coworkers in a blaze of glory after discovering that he was the target of a Justice Department investigation into the anthrax case.

It appears likely that Dr. Bruce Ivins and quite a few of the aforementioned bio-scientists should be added to the honor roll of Info War martyrs discussed in Chapter 14. Please also see the List of Dead Scientists maintained by Steve Quayle at Infowars.com. The count was 87 as of August 20, 2009
Captain May discussed the biological warfare threat with GeorgeAnn Hughes on her Cracking Satan’s Code show:

Capt May: … The first time I went underground I was told by military intelligence and media associates that I would be assassinated for what I had been doing. And I went underground eight hours before Dr. Kelly was assassinated. That was July 17, 2003 that I went underground. And he was dead eight hours later. And then the next night, anyway, the biological thing --at that time I did not understand that that might have something to do with Kelly's assassination, but now I do. The bird flu has been talked up for about the last four months.  Bush, by the way, went into the summer, into his Crawford break making announcements via his media pals that he was reading a book, The Great Influenza Outbreak of 1919.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: What that was a signal to tell everyone. Bush does not read the funny papers, let alone The Great Influenza Outbreak of 1919.

Capt May: That was a way of saying we are considering bringing out the influenza attack. This is a manufactured influenza attack. Anything with a 50% mortality, which is what they are saying, is either manufactured or a psychological operation intended to create terror. Now this weapon, this psychological avian bird flu, some people in the cyber realm call it the "Jew flu" because it is probably Jewish scientists who have manufactured it, this can be used either as a weapon abroad --let us say for instance we go to attack Iran in conjunction with Israel, which is something which is becoming very likely. A very easy way to help that attack out might be to infect the Iranian nation with something that kills persons. Right now the bird flu has gone to Turkey . What if it spreads across and starts killing people of Arab descent? There is nothing that could satisfy the Zionists better than something that could kill Arabs. Incidentally, the U.S. Army, my outfit, we gave small-pox infested blankets to Indian tribes that we wanted to exterminate in the expansion west across the United States . None of this is new. You know the Ecclesiastes line there is nothing new beneath the sun? Well, there ain't.
Hughes: That is right.
Capt May: So this is just modern science goes to biological warfare. But the reason I bring up the bird flu is that Ghost Troop functions the best when it combines normal intelligence like political intelligence -- for instance we know that Bush wants to use a nuke, we know Bush wants a draft. What we do is combine that kind of thing with numeric intelligence, encryption, encoding, and we see whether or not we can take a little bit here and a little bit there and use them to corroborate and confirm one another, where it works. If they don't, then it doesn't work and we try something else and move on. Well, the bird flu --when Bush's numbers were plummeting, back in the fall, after Katrina, after Rita, when his numbers were down in the mid-30's. Do you remember the period? October.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: The media started saying Bush is falling. And you could tell they wanted to. I watched Ken Russert, I religiously watch Ken Russet meet the press with, which we call meet the presstitutes, by the way--we do not think much of the press anymore-- so I was watching "meet the presstitutes" on October 30, 2005, this year, and different people were saying that Bush was in real trouble. He had a representative from the New York Times, William Safire, Zionist New York Times. The New York Times, by the way, is pretty much run out of Israel . Heavily Jewish-Zionist paper. And Saffire was saying, Tim Russert was saying, and a couple of Administration guests were saying, let us give the President a chance to pull his numbers up. He is going to have a big speech on the flu the first of November. Now this was curious to me because the flu wasn't getting reported. You know he said he was reading the book, but they hadn't done anything with it. We were waiting in Ghost Troop for them to do something with it. So please understand, Bush is going to do a major speech on a flu that has not had an outbreak yet.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: Now that suggests that the outbreak is connected with presidential authority or he would not be giving a speech in advance of the outbreak. He gave the speech on the outbreak of avian flu, preparing us for it, on November 1st at 10:10 AM. Shall I decode? November 1st, 10:10 AM, not 10:15, not 10:00 AM, not 12:00, not you know 8:50, but November 1st, 10:10. Decode November, numeric date 11, the eleventh month. November 1st, 11-1, November 1st 10:10, 11-1-1-1, a five one sequence. That is not coincidence. That is a signal. So the coded event time date was 11111, and you know how freaky they are about 11's. This whole thing was built on 11's.
Hughes: Right.
Capt May: This is the signal he gives out that indicated that this was something --he was not reporting as a prospect, he was not reporting something that might happen --he was reporting an occultic moment.

In his article 26 July 2009 article "Martial Law and the Militarization of Public Health: The Worldwide H1N1 Flu Vaccination Program," Michel Chossudovsky explained how the Bird Flu hoax not only benefitted high level insiders, but also provided a dress rehearsal for the larger-scale Swine Flu hoax of 2009:

Vaccination: From H5N1 to H1N1
A nationwide flu vaccination program has been in the pipeline in the US since 2005.
According to the Wall Street Journal (Oct 1, 2005), the Bush administration had asked Congress for an estimated $6-10 billion "to stockpile vaccines and antiviral medications as part of its plans to prepare the U.S. for a possible flu pandemic." A large part of this budget, namely 3.1 billion was used under the Bush administration to stockpile the antiviral drug oseltamivir (Tamiflu), of which the intellectual property rights belong to Gilead Science Inc, a company headed by Don Rumsfeld prior to becoming Secretary of Defense under the Bush administration.
Consistent with its role as "lead agency", more than half of the money earmarked by the Bush administration for the program was handed over to the Pentagon. In other words, what we are dealing with is a process of militarization of the civilian public health budget. Part of the money for a public health is controlled by the Department of Defense, under the rules of DoD procurement.

"The US Senate voted [September 3, 2005] yesterday to provide $4 billion for antiviral drugs and other measures to prepare for a feared influenza pandemic, but whether the measure would clear Congress was uncertain.
The Senate attached the measure to a $440 billion defense-spending bill for 2006, according to the Associated Press (AP). But the House included no flu money in its version of the defense bill, and a key senator said he would try to keep the funds out of the House-Senate compromise version. The Senate is expected to vote on the overall bill next week.
Almost $3.1 billion of the money would be used to stockpile the antiviral drug oseltamivir (Tamiflu), and the rest would go for global flu surveillance, development of vaccines, and state and local preparedness, according to a Reuters report. The government currently has enough oseltamivir to treat a few million people, with a goal of acquiring enough to treat 20 million"

The threat of the H5N1 bird flu pandemic in 2005 resulted in multibillion dollar earnings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. In this regard, a number of major pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis, California based Chiron Corp, BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc, Novavax and Wave Biotech, Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche Holding, had already positioned themselves.
In 2005,.a Maryland-based biotechnology company MedImmune which produces "an inhaled flu vaccine" had positioned itself to develop a vaccine against the H5N1 avian flu. Although it had no expertise in the avian flu virus, one of the major actors in the vaccine business, on contract to the Pentagon, was Bioport, a company part owned by the Carlyle Group, closely linked to the Bush Cabinet with Bush Senior on its board of directors.

Vaccination under a Public Health Emergency. Multibillion Financial Bonanza for the BioTech Conglomerates

The 2005 bird flu hoax was in many regards a dress rehearsal. The 2009 H1N1 pandemic is a much larger multibillion dollar operation....

As we will discuss in later chapters, a biowar false flag operation can be every bit as dangerous as a violent scenario such as a 10 KT nuclear explosion. At the same time that the Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, the John Warner Defense Act, NSPD-51, and other repressive "mousetrap" legislation covered in Chapter 23 was being put in place, the Bush administration was also quietly and patiently setting in place their "biowar" counterparts.
In his 10 June 2009 article "Readying Americans for Dangerous, Mandatory Vaccinations," Stephen Lendman stated:

At least three US federal laws should concern all Americans and suggest what may be coming - mandatory vaccinations for hyped, non-existant threats, like H1N1 (Swine Flu). Vaccines and drugs like Tamiflu endanger human health but are hugely profitable to drug company manufacturers.
The Project BioShield Act of 2004 (S. 15) became law on July 21, 2004 "to provide protections and countermeasures against chemical, radiological, or nuclear agents that may be used in a terrorist attack against the United States by giving the National Institutes of Health contracting flexibility, infrastructure improvements, and expediting the scientific peer review process, and streamlining the Food and Drug Administration approval process of countermeasures."
In other words, the FDA may now recklessly approve inadequately tested, potentially dangerous vaccines and other drugs if ever the Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Defense (DOD) declare a national emergency, whether or not one exists and regardless of whether treatments available are safe and effective. Around $6 billion or more will be spent to develop, produce, and stockpile vaccines and other drugs to counteract claimed bioterror agents.
The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act slipped under the radar when George Bush signed it into law as part of the 2006 Defense Appropriations Act (HR 2863). It lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations. Nothing in the Act lists criteria that warrant a threat. Also potential penalties aren't specified for those who balk, but very likely they'd include quarantine and possible fines.
The HHS web site also says the Secretary may "issue a declaration....that provides immunity from tort liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of (vaccine or other pharmaceutical) countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency...."
The industry-run US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) notoriously rushes inadequately tested drugs to market, putting their efficacy and safety into question, and turning those who use them into lab rats. It includes everyone if a mass vaccination is ordered on the mere claim of a public emergency - no proof required.
The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678) is the other worrisome law, effective December 19, 2006. It amended "the Public Health Service Act with respect to public health security and all-hazards preparedness and response, and for other purposes." Even its supporters worry about issues of privacy, liability, and putting profits over public health. Critics express greater concerns about dangerous remedies for exaggerated or non-existant threats as well as mass hysteria created for political purposes.
At least one other measure is also worrisome - The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA). So far it's just a proposal by the Center for Law and the Public's Health - "A Collaborative at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities (as) a primary, international, national, state, and local resource on public health law (and) policy for public health practitioners, judges, academics, policymakers, and others."
MSEHPA is now "track(ing) legal responses to the emerging international response to the 2009 H1N1 (swine flu) outbreak, including declarations of public health emergency at the international, national, state, and local levels...." even though forensic evidence can't confirm any H1N1 deaths. No emergency exists anywhere, and reporting one is all hype to sell dangerous drugs to unsuspecting people globally.
On its web site, the ACLU says this about MSEHPA:
It's "written in a way that doesn't adequately protect citizens against the misuse of the tremendous powers that it would grant in an emergency. (It's) replete with civil liberties problems. Its three top flaws are that:
(1) It fails to include basic checks and balances (by) grant(ing) extraordinary emergency powers (that) should never go unchecked. (It) could have serious consequences for individuals' freedom, privacy, and equality."
(2) "It goes well beyond bioterrorism (with) an overbroad definition of 'public health emergency" that may be anything a local or national authority declares for any reason with no conclusive evidence for proof.
(3) "It lacks privacy protections (and) undercut(s) existing protections for sensitive medical information."
MSEHPA worries other organizations besides the ACLU, both conservative and progressive - including the Free Congress Foundation, American Legislative Exchange Council, conservative association of state legislators, Human Rights Campaign, and Health Privacy Project.

Returning to Captain May in his interview with GeorgeAnn Hughes on her Cracking Satan’s Code show, he linked the timing of the bird flu hoax with the start of suspicious fires:

Capt May: ...You know that fires have been raging across Texas and Oklahoma now for two months.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: Inexplicably.
Hughes: Yes.
Capt May: Except that they are burning out a lot of poor people and rich bankers are going to take over the property, we can guess.
Hughes: Yes, and they are burning a lot of cropland, and where is our food going to come from?
Capt May: Those fires began the same day Bush announced the Avian flu on 11-1. Bush just announced a national state of emergency and appropriated and gave the Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA control and started doling out money. You know what date that was? 1-11. So he starts them on 11-1, numeric code 111, and then pays off and takes over on 1-11, or 111. That is not coincidence. That is a cycle of an operation. They build their operations on an embedded numeric code. Remember, 11-1 to 1-11. Want another just on top of my head?
Hughes: OK.
Capt May: Remember the Amman Jordan bombing where the hotels were blown up in Amman Jordan ?
Hughes: Yes, very suspicious.
Capt May: Well, the news media did not tell you that the supposed Al-Qaeda terrorists just happened to knock off the tops and the assistants of Palestinian security. Now who do you think would want to knock off the top of Palestinian security and intelligence? Israel ? That attack occurred --it was the Jordanian 9-11-- it occurred on 11-9. 9-11, 11-9.
Hughes: Oh my goodness.
Capt May: Now you have never heard that reported in the media. There is only one reason the media would not report such an amazing and interesting number, numeric coincidence, which is that they know what the numeric coincidence means. And they are part of it. It is encoding. It is an embedded code. They are doing it all the time all around us. So the bird flu we take as something that will either be applied to the United States , or internationally, and candidly, although I would not call this a prediction, I would not be a bit surprised if they did not do this simultaneously in both places. So that in America we focus on ourselves and not the idea that it might be a biological weapon, even if people in the Middle East say, "This is a biological weapon" which I think is the most likely place we will use it. Remember, this war is all about killing Arabs. This war is all about Jews using Christians to kill Muslims.

Gov. Brad Henry characterized the delay on Tuesday as "a hokey bureaucratic mess."
Despite some scattered showers across Oklahoma early this week, the state has been locked in a dry spell for months with unseasonably warm temperatures and occasional high winds that have fueled the wildfires.
Since Nov. 1, wildfires have consumed more than 380,000 acres, destroyed 220 homes and businesses and killed two people.
Authorities in Texas are also seeking a federal disaster declaration. Wildfires in that state have burned more than 250,000 acres and more than 330 homes since late December.

AP / Fox:  Burning Bush?  Did prez set fires in TX & OK?

Many of the infowar allies with whom Ghost Troop works are aware of our successful efforts in cryptanalysis -- or decoding -- a bit of business I learned about as an Army intelligence officer.  While more and more understand our work, some complain that it's hard to understand.  In response to their requests to provide a simple, brief and immediate example, I'll decode an AP report posted by FOX yesterday, to which I've provided the link below.
Before you go to the short news story, here are the basic decoding rules to follow, and they all involve simple number manipulation:

THE RULES
1:  If there is a month/day date, translate the month into its numeric equivalent.  For example, today, January 12, would be 1/12, and by removing the slash you get 112.
2:  If there is spelled number, translate it  For example, "four men" is 4.
3:  If there are two numbers with zeros, omit the zeros -- zeros don't count! -- and add the other numbers.  Take, for example, the sentence "It's 260 miles from Houston to Dallas ."  The sum of the 2 and the 6 is 8.
4:  If there is an 11, just leave it alone, and if there are multiples of 11, then they mean 11, too.  It there's a 12, leave it alone, too, since 12 is another special number.  Masons use the 11; Jewish Cabalists use the 12.

Simple enough?  OK then, you've got the basic rules!  Get a piece of paper and pencil, or just read along.  I'll put my analysis below the article -- and you can peek if you want help!  Just scroll down after you've finished trying decoding the embedded numbers yourself, and you can compare your numbers with mine.    Here's the link:

First paragraph:

Tenth paragraph:

This decodes to 7, then 33 (Supreme Masonic number), then 12

OK, how did you do?  It isn't so hard -- once you start reading numbers carefully!

This story isn't an incredible string of random numbers -- far from it!  It's simply coded for those who are able to decode and interpret it!  It doesn't take a genius to insert (code) the numbers or extract (decode) the numbers.  Street gangs like the Crips and Bloods aren't rocket scientists, but they use coding devices just as sophisticated as these!  Code is just a kind of "inside joke" made by folks so that they can communicate about things they don't want other people to know about.  In this case it is the controlled media, who use Jewish Cabalism, and the "Bush Boyz" (criminal officials and agents), who use Masonic coding, and they're reporting their handiwork in the Great Plains !

Now we'll "really read" the story hidden inside the story!

 

THE MEANING

 

Dateline / First paragraph

111 (a hyped-up variant of the Masonic 11) tells you that the Bush Boyz, who control the feds, are making this a formal federal disaster operation.  They have induced a "state of emergency" -- something they're becoming more and more adept at doing.  While we're supposed to think that these were spontaneous fires, our careful reading shows that they were set by Bush Boyz:  The acreage burned (11) gives it away, as it's a Masonic sign, and  Jan. 11 (111) reinforces the message.

Second paragraph

"Federal funding" is forthcoming.  Chances are that, like the New Orleans flood, the money won't be enough -- of fairly enough distributed -- to enable poor folks to recover their lives and their property, while rich bankers (the Jewish Cabalist 12) will win big.  These fires were a very effective way of removing "marginal" Americans, weren't they?

Ninth paragraph

Remember, 11 is the key Mason's number, and the Masons are an immensely powerful secret society.  Both Boy George and Pa George Bush are allied with it, as part of the Satanic "high-priest" secret society, aptly named Skull and Bones.  Sound conspiratorial?  Well, it gets even worse when you consider that the other guy running for the presidency in 2004 was John Kerry, also a Skull and Bones member!  Sound like maybe the secret society boyz are playing a rigged game with us?  Anyhow, you can't sign your cultic signature much louder than to repeat have a paragraph that, decoded, signs your 11 four times: 11111111.  This set of ID numbers is proudly set forth by the numbers telling of destruction and death!  It's their kinda thing, y'all -- sick puppies!

Tenth paragraph

I not clear about the 7, in the current context -- I'd be obliged if someone more astute than I am in code analysis would suggest a meaning.  I can say this, though:  The summer of 2005 was filled with "7" significance in the UK London government terror.  Remember that it was on 7/7, 2005 (add 2+5 and get another 7 for the year), and involved the mass murder of 52 Londoners.  Body counts in official terror acts, signed with cult numbers, are always manipulated, so the 5+2 making another 7 isn't coincidental!  The date/year/body count (as many have noted) rendered a 7777!
As for the 33, that's an outright presentation of the supreme cult number, and it's the Masonic way of signing this last paragraph -- the end of the message -- in style.  As for the Jewish Cabalists, (and who runs the US media, y'all?), well, they get the last word since they wrote and ran the coded piece -- with the 12 again!

Former U.S. Navy intelligence officer Wayne Madsen weighed in on this topic in his September 11, 2008 update at waynemadsenreport.com. In his article titled: “Bush family cleaning up on transfer of public lands to private hands”  

Madsen commented:

WMR has also learned that the Bush administration ordered a number of California and other Western state forest wildfires purposefully set with the intention of damaging and destroying federal and state forest lands, thus making them ripe for exploitation and sale to private interests. California Republican Representative John Doolittle, also under investigation in the Abramoff bribery scandal, promoted the passage of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act, which permitted national forests to be purposefully thinned by timber companies to make them less susceptible to the fires, exacerbated by global warming, that were being set by others within the Bush administration. The purposeful destruction of federal forests was carried out with the knowledge of top officials of the Interior Department under both Interior Secretaries Gale Norton and Dirk Kempthorne.
In 2003, California law enforcement concluded that a number of devastating fires that destroyed 718,000 acres in the state were the result of arson. Some within the Bush administration suggested that "Al Qaeda" terrorists could be behind the blazes. It now appears that it was the Bush administration that was the actual terrorists in carrying out the arson to enrich their friends in the real estate, Indian gambling casino, mining, and other exploitation industries.
