The report seriously questions whether or not the suspect hijackers, supposedly trained on Cessna light aircraft, could have located a target dead-on 200 - miles from take off point. It further throws into doubt their ability to master the intricacies of the instrument flight rules (IFR) in the 45 minutes from take off to the point of impact. Colonel de Grand said that it would be impossible for novices to have taken control of the four aircraft and orchestrated such a terrible act requiring military precision of the highest order.
A member of the inquiry team, a US Air Force officer who flew over 100 sorties during the Vietnam war, told the press conference: "Those birds (commercial airliners) either had a crack fighter pilot in the left seat, or they were being manoeuvred by remote control."
In evidence given to the enquiry, Captain Kent Hill (retd.) of the US Air Force, and friend of Chic Burlingame, the pilot of the plane that crashed into the Pentagon, stated that the US had on several occasions flown an unmanned aircraft, similar in size to a Boeing 737, across the Pacific from Edwards Air Force base in California to South Australia. According to Hill it had flown on a pre-programmed flight path under the control of a pilot in an outside station.
Hill also quoted Bob Ayling, former British Airways boss, in an interview given to the London Economist on September 20th, 2001. Ayling admitted that it was now possible to control an aircraft in flight from either the ground or in the air. This was confirmed by expert witnesses at the inquiry who testified that airliners could be controlled by electro-magnetic pulse or radio frequency instrumentation from command and control platforms based either in the air or at ground level.
All members of the inquiry team agreed that even if guns were held to their heads none of them would fly a plane into a building. Their reaction would be to ditch the plane into a river or a field, thereby safeguarding the lives of those on the ground.
A further question raised by the inquiry was why none of the pilots concerned had alerted ground control. It stated that all pilots are trained to punch a four-digit code into the flight control's transponder to warn ground control crews of a hijacking - but this did not happen.
During the press conference Captain Hill maintained that the four airliners must have been choreographed by an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). This system can engage several aircraft simultaneously by knocking out their on-board flight controls. He said that all the evidence points to the fact that the pilots and their crews had not taken any evasive action to resist the supposed hijackers. They had not attempted any sudden changes in flight path or nose-dive procedures - which led him to believe that they had no control over their aircraft.
THE NEWS, in an attempt to further substantiate the potential veracity of these findings, spoke to an Algarve-based airline pilot, who has more than 20 years of experience in flying passenger planes, to seek his views. Captain Colin McHattie, currently flying with Cathay Pacific, agreed with the independent commission's findings. However, he explained that while it is possible to fly a plane from the ground, the installation of the necessary equipment is a time-consuming process, and needs extensive planning. THE NEWS will publish a full interview with Captain McHattie in next week's edition.
The FBI also came in for criticism for the various pieces of contradictory evidence it has published regarding the suspects. Questions are now being asked as to how incorrect information was given out regarding the ID cards of the suspects, and the seat numbers they supposedly occupied after boarding the flights.
None of the suspects named by the FBI appeared on any of the official passenger lists. A further point was how the FBI had managed to retrieve the passport of one of the suspects amid the molten and twisted remains of thousands of tons of steel and rubble brought about by the Twin Towers collapse.
Dr. Paul Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury, and presently Senior Research Fellow at Stamford University, has lent his support to the independent inquiry findings. He also claims that Osama Bin Laden was not responsible for September 11th. The doctor has challenged President Bush to, make public the so-called "irrefutable evidence" incriminating Bin Laden.
Colonel Donn de Grand said that if President Bush is lying it would not be the first time that the American people had been mislead by its government. He cited the recently published official government archives describing President Roosevelt's duplicity in deceiving Americans about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, which triggered the US entry into WWII.
He also highlighted the role of the country's government in misleading its citizens in respect of the Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba, and the events that brought about the Spanish American war in the late 19th, century. "Whilst considering who committed this act of war on September 11 th," he said, "albeit Russia, China, an Islamic country or NATO, we must also consider that the enemy may well be within the gates.
"Not for the first time the American public might be being mislead, by those with ulterior motives, into lending its support to a war, this time against Iraq, that has no bearing whatsoever on the interests of the people of the USA."
So far the mainstream American news media has failed to publish or broadcast any details regarding the independent inquiry. Similarly, the White House, whilst having received a copy of the report, has remained silent on its findings.

Dear General Pace:

Regarding the 9-11 “incident”, I was assisted in my analysis by friends of impeccable credentials, who actually believe in Duty - Honor - Country. They are in accord with the analysis.
Believe me, it was no accident!
There were no hijackers; there were no box cutters; there were no cell phone calls to “hijacked” passengers; in fact, all personnel on board were rendered instantly unconscious (within 18 minutes at most) by controlled decompression. All commercial planes were controlled remotely by aircraft with EMP and/or other radio frequency weapons.
The actual plot of the of 9-11 events was exceptionally well-planned in advance and was executed under the guise of “terrorism”. The President seems to be absolutely terrified of the results and the Israelis are dangerously desperate. Seymour Hersh said it best when he outlined the Samson Option. They will probably go nuke, only because they have used up their other (and only) options. It could spell the death knell for the Israelis. When and if they recover, the Palestinians will eventually get Resolution 242 and 338 and become a truly unified state. In the meantime we are rapidly and inexorably heading toward a massive financial collapse.
Most — repeat most — of the people had foreknowledge of the pending attack on 11 September and were “on vacation” for the deliberate destruction of the WT buildings by composition C-4 bonded and shaped charges and/or particle beam weapons. 278 brave firefighters and 72 courageous cops were trapped by the falling towers, which should never have happened... unless it was programmed to happen (which it was). Less than a thousand people actually lost their lives in the coordinated implosion of the two towers, lasting 10-12 seconds each; dismissed as “collateral damage”.
Many of the military especially are beginning to understand what really happened to those aircraft. I am attaching some recent briefing papers. I urge you to read especially chapter 14, “The Coming Coup”, of Barbarians Inside the Gates to grasp what is really happening to us as a once sovereign nation. (See tabs A & B.)
A critical rift between the uniformed military and the civilian hierarchy seems to be developing over the lack of a defined enemy on a specific piece of ground. Military don’t mind dropping ordnance from 17,000’ “to help Afghanis with fall plowing”, but look with trepidation on dropping airborne troops, either by parachute or helicopter; it is “sending the 600 into the valley of death.” You remember the rest about “ours is not to reason why, ours is but to do or die.”
When, in God’s name, will we decide that enough is enough?

WHERE ARE OUR MILITARY LEADERS?

What, in God’s name, is happening to us? We are lying and distorting and covering up now on a daily basis. I am speaking of our military leaders, for God’s sake! The men who have sworn an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Are they in fact selling us out; have they in fact betrayed the nation? Are they in fact guilty of high treason?
Think about it, for time is fast running out. You will reach a time... and soon... where duty-honor-country means nothing and the only factor that counts is que bono? That is, who profits?
And by that time, it is too late, for we have already sold out and we then proceed into the never-never land of no return, where nothing can emerge but low whimpers, sad whines, and finally from somewhere, in its dankest depths, a few last unremarkable bubbles…

NOTE: GEN PACE, USMC, HAD HIS “HORSE-HOLDER”, A LIEUTENANT COLONEL,USAF, RESPOND BY PHONE ON 5 MARCH 2002:

“I have received your correspondence of 23 January. I cannot make any comment at the present time, but... Semper Fi” (meaning in Marine corps lingo, “always faithful”).

Maybe there are still those troops who actually believe in Duty-Honor- Country. I repeat for emphasis, Semper Fi... and I ain’t even a Marine!

HAS THERE BEEN A DE FACTO COUP?

Consider carefully an excerpt from the book, Barbarians Inside the Gates. This book was published a year before the critical date of 11 September 2001. One of its most revealing chapters is “The Coming Coup”. (begin quote) - (page XXI)

Edward Luttwak, formerly a student at the London School of Economics, published Coup d’État - A Practical Handbook in 1978. It is a masterpiece.

We must now ask the question: Have the Barbarians already pulled off a de facto coup? Here is a most pertinent passage from Luttwak’s Coup d’État:

If we were revolutionaries, wanting to change the structure of society, our aim would be to destroy the power of some of the political forces, and the long and often bloody process of revolutionary attrition can achieve this.
Our purpose, however, is quite different: we want to seize power within the present system, and we shall only stay in power if we embody some new status quo supported by those very forces which a revolution may seek to destroy. [emphasis added]
Should we want to achieve fundamental social change we can do so after we have become the government. This perhaps is a more efficient method (and certainly a less painful one) than that of the classic revolution.
Though we will try to avoid all conflict with the political forces, some of them will almost certainly oppose a coup.
But this opposition will largely subside when we have substituted our new status quo for the old one, and can enforce it by our control of the state bureaucracy and security forces. (emphasis added)

This period of transition, which comes after we have emerged into the open and before we are vested with the authority of the state, is the most critical phase of the coup. We shall then be carrying out the dual task of imposing our control on the machinery of state, while at the same time using it to impose our control on the country at large. Any resistance to the coup in the one will stimulate further resistance in the other; if a chain reaction develops the coup could be defeated.
Our major point to ponder as we go through Barbarians Inside the Gates is that if a de facto coup has already taken place, then, in order to avoid a bloody revolution for change, a counter-coup may be necessary in order to restore the machinery of state and gain control once more of the critical levers of power.
Think about it seriously, for time is fast running out. {end quote — taken from Page XXI of the prologue, Barbarians Inside the Gates}
I cannot say with certainty that a “cold coup” took place on the morning of 11 September. If so, it was long in the planning stage (perhaps, since 1995). If a coup d’état actually took place early that morning of 11 September, then, who were the actual king- makers? Who was “in charge”?
Certain individuals appear to be in control; appear to be actually running the government (called a shadow govt.).
If there was a de facto coup on 11 September, it could it be known as Phase 1.
Phase 2 could then be the takeout of Iraq by air strikes and another coup to remove Saddam Hussein; it could also entail “evacuation” of Arafat and the Palestinian Authority, or a “unilateral separation” of the Palestinians.
But, please contemplate Sun Tsu... All warfare is based on deception.


MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD

I continue to work with several airline pilots, who, among other things, are stressing the fact that prior to 11 September, the four major transcontinental lines (two UAL, two AA) were averaging 220 passengers a flight. Suddenly, on 11 Sep, here is the official and confirmed tally:

AA Flight 77 - - 56 passengers, 6 crew
UAL flight 93 - - 33 passengers, 7 crew
AA flight 11 - - 76 passengers, 11 crew
UAL Flight 175 - - 47 passengers, 9 crew

I have an authentic listing (dated 12 September 01) of all the passengers by alphabetical order; I repeat it because I said it before — there were no hijackers, Arab or otherwise; there were no — repeat no — cell phone contacts or other transmissions of any kind. I have no doubt that the manifests were accurate.
These are facts; I can only speculate as to the “why’ of it (or the “how”).
However, it is dead-ended... as it was meant to be. The FBI arranged for those “additions’ to the passenger listings to reflect (after the fact) that “19 Middle East hijackers” were on board the ‘hijacked” airplanes — complete with their photos! (dated 27 September). The reason (accepted as “official”) for not listing the alleged hijackers on the passenger manifests was “national security”.
The pilots ( I have at least 4 AA captains) who could attest as to under-capacity, but not in writing, nor who wish to have their names revealed. So, that too becomes a dead-end... for now. But, recall Yogi Berra's stirring words ... it ain’t over ‘til it’s over.
I remain eternally optimistic that the unending series of lies and damned lies perpetuated by the “intelligence community”, and coupled to the political prevaricators, will eventually come unglued, and that the truth will out.
It has taken the engineers and Hollywood script writers over 7 months to reconstruct the black box, complete with faked "scenarios", after the F-16 obliterated the aircraft -- and the original voice recorder -- of UAL flight 93. A top gun of the North Dakota Air Guard, a 33- year-old Lt Col, took it out with two well-placed air-to-air missiles.
Tell me one more time, Papa, how the engineers and Hollywood script writers faked the Apollo moon landing... one giant step for mankind...
