Death in the Cradle
The
death of a White girl -- near one of the earliest cradles of White
civilization in America -- can teach us many lessons, if we will only
listen.
What could have prevented the death of Brittany Binger?

BRITTANY BINGER WAS only 16 years old. Her friends described her as
"sweet" and "playful." They said she was "young, full of life and not
known to have any enemies." She lived in a working-class section of
James City, Virginia, not very far from one of the first White
settlements in North America. According to police, Brittany's life
ended on the night of January 2nd, 2005, when a Mestizo Salvadoran
immigrant, Oswaldo Martinez, raped and then strangled her, leaving her
body laying on the frozen ground in a "crucifix position" with her
blouse hiked up and her pants pulled down.
Overwhelming evidence -- including DNA matches to the semen found
in Brittany's body and the skin which lodged under her fingernails as
she fought for her life -- points to Martinez as the rapist and killer.
Nevertheless, Martinez, an illegal immigrant, may never be tried for this horrific crime simply because he cannot communicate well in English nor with a translator in Spanish. (ILLUSTRATION: Brittany Binger, left, and Oswaldo Martinez.)
Laws force Whites and non-Whites together
Brittany's dead body was discovered by a newspaper delivery boy in
the early morning hours of January 3rd in the Whispering Pines mobile
home park, where Brittany lived just a few blocks away from her
attacker. Federal and state government policies demand that all Whites,
including vulnerable White women and children, be housed together with
non-Whites of every description under the guise of "equal housing" and
"non-discrimination." Wealthy Whites, including most legislators, are
able to escape by living in exclusive, gated communities, but there is
no escape for poor and middle-class Whites like Brittany, who bear the
full brunt of these policies.
U.S. government policies also encourage non-White immigration,
including the illegal Mestizo immigration from Central America which
provides so much cheap labor for big business today. Oswaldo Martinez
is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador.
Police say Miss Binger was so badly beaten they had to send dental records to Richmond to help with her identification.
Although Martinez, 34, was arrested and charged with capital
murder, rape and sodomy, he may never even be tried. Defense attorneys
have argued that, since Martinez is hearing impaired and speaks no
English and is uncommunicative even in Spanish, he is not competent to
stand trial.
Is Martinez really defective in some way which makes him unable to
communicate? Possibly -- though he has been able to communicate well
enough to live for 34 years, travel thousands of miles, illegally
immigrate to America, find employment, obtain housing, find food, and
even entertain himself at the local James City bar -- including hitting
on White women there. Or is he faking or exaggerating his disability to
avoid responsibility for his crimes? Again, possibly, though we at
National Vanguard believe he must not evade that responsibility.
No prison, no trial, just "sign language school"
Beau Webb, one of Martinez's attorneys, says a trial "is probably
out of the question for at least a few years." Although Martinez is not
ill, he is being held at Central State Hospital, and Webb believes he
will end up at Western State Hospital, where "he can get intensive
daily sign language instruction."
If the primitive Salvadoran's sign language training does not
satisfy the attorneys, Martinez could avoid trial for the rest of his
life, which he will live comfortably at taxpayer expense -- that is, if
he is not eventually released; after all, his official status is
"innocent until proven guilty" and if he cannot stand trial he cannot
be officially proven guilty no matter how overwhelming the evidence that he raped, beat, and killed Brittany Binger.
On September 29, Judge Samuel Powell III ruled in Williamsburg that
Martinez is incompetent to stand trial at present and that the state
must make an effort to train him in communications skills. His teachers
are to report on his progress every six months and he will, in theory
at least, have another competency hearing every six months. Even
Martinez, whose brother reportedly conveyed the seriousness of the
charge to him by making a knife-like gesture across his throat, is
probably smart enough to know that playing dumb means safety -- and
easy street -- indefinitely.

And numerous Jewish and pro-Mestizo-invasion groups are at the
ready to stand up for the rights of the allegedly "persecuted" and
"scapegoated" among the invaders and demand Martinez's release.
Meanwhile, Whites watch ball games and work hard to pay taxes, and
outrages like this case are given only brief inner-page coverage --
when they are mentioned at all -- by the alien-controlled national
press. Making White people aware nationwide -- of the fate of Brittany
Binger, the race of her killer, and of this horrifying miscarriage of
justice -- simply wouldn't fit in with the multiracialist and
multiculturalist agenda of the Jewish supremacists who largely run the
media.
Martinez had been arrested in 2004 for drunk driving, possessing a
bogus Social Security number, and driving without a license. Although
officials knew then that he was in the U.S. illegally, and could have
been deported, nothing was done. Authorities blame "cracks in
the legal system," but it is well known that the Bush administration
strongly discourages local and state enforcement of immigration law.
Thus Martinez was left in America to rape and kill.
What's the root of the problem?
Hearing of the Binger case, Brenda Walker of the reform group
Immigration's Human Cost asked "How many more deaths of innocents will
it take for officials to take the problem of illegal alien criminals
seriously enough to deport them?"
I can answer that question, Miss Walker. Neither the Bush
administration, nor any Republican administration, nor any Democrat
administration, will ever take the "problem of illegal alien
criminals seriously enough to deport them." A few may be deported here
and there, I admit, in cases which are even more cut-and-dried than
this one, or when a crumb needs to be thrown to outraged White
Americans in an election year. But non-Whites are crossing our border
at such a rate -- and they are so much more criminal than White
Americans -- that the legal system, even if it was given the go-ahead
it will never get to enforce our criminal laws and our immigration
laws, simply couldn't handle the load. It would break down. Unless we
multiply our prisons and our courts and all their personnel by several
orders of magnitude, we simply can't deal with this invasion and its
accompanying crime and violence through the "due process" system that
we Whites demand for ourselves.
Furthermore, the powers that pull the strings in both major
political parties in the United States are absolutely committed to
destroying the White majority in the United States through immigration
and racial mixing. Next to supporting Israel, committing genocide
against Whites is probably their most urgent and non-negotiable goal.
They may be persuaded by prudence or momentary circumstance to
temporarily slow their planned replacement of us by mixed-race and
ignorant peons, but they will never abandon it.
The politicians who serve them know that the Jewish supremacists
who want the invasion to continue can end their political careers in an
instant through bad press and front-page scandals and rumors. The
politicians also know that campaign contributions from the greedy big
businessmen who are making money from the cheap labor of the invaders
will dry up if they step too far out of line. So, until we build
patriotic White-owned media that can compete with the Jewish
supremacists' media, until we can build White community to the point
where we have some serious economic and voter muscle, the crooked
politicians -- and we all know that they'd steal practically anything
except a speeding locomotive or a red hot stove -- will continue to
betray us.
The next step in their betrayal has already been revealed.
President Bush has proposed -- and his Democratic competition have
echoed with only slight variations -- that the illegal invaders be
"legalized" through a "guest worker" program. Then the dainty and
careful opponents of the invasion -- those who say it's not about race,
it's about law -- will be totally disarmed. What do you mean,
"illegal aliens"? They're all legal now. The President just signed a
piece of paper, the words on which declare that every single illegal
invader now has every bit as much right as the descendants of Thomas
Jefferson to be here.
When that day comes, and it is coming very soon, there will be no legal difference between Brittany Binger and her family and Oswaldo Martinez
and his. When that day comes, those who know that this invasion is wrong will be forced to see the truth that they've been avoiding in their
utterances and in their own hearts for years -- the truth that this
invasion is a racial issue, not a legal one.
See everything as it really is; in biological terms.
That's the key to solving the immigration problem. That's the key
to protecting the innocent victims from worthless monsters like Oswaldo
Martinez. That's the key to saving America and our entire civilization.
The key is seeing everything in racial terms. Oswaldo Martinez and all
his brothers and sisters and uncles and cousins should never be allowed
within a thousand miles of Brittany Binger or any White girl or woman.
Oswaldo Martinez and his ilk should be absolutely prevented from
entering the United States because they aren't White and the United
States is a country by, for, and of White people, as the Founding
Fathers intended. We must not be bullied by the smear artists in the
media into silence on this all-important issue of race. If enough of us
speak out bravely, they won't be able to do a thing to us, because
everyone will be able to see that with hundreds of thousands of us
speaking out, they can't make us lose our jobs or charge us with their
bogus "hate laws" because, once the fear is gone, everyone will be able
to see that most White people agree with us. And we must not let
ourselves be morally intimidated by the tricksters in the media
and in the pulpits who try to convince us that standing up for our race
is somehow "wrong." The survival of one's own kind is the primary basis
of all morality, and it applies to our race as much as to any
other. It's never wrong and never has been -- and only the suicidal,
the genocidal, or the insane could maintain otherwise.
I've lived most of my life in Virginia. Virginia is where George
Mason, George Washington, Patrick Henry, James Monroe, James Madison,
Thomas Jefferson and a host of other great men gave birth to the most
notable outgrowth of European civilization in history: America. But
Virginia is now a place where a squat, defective, and illegal
Salvadoran can rape, sodomize, and murder a 16-year-old White girl and
get away with it. Something is seriously wrong with our laws and our
institutions. Neither Washington nor Jefferson would have tolerated
such a state of affairs for even a moment.
What we need
We need an America where the racial requirements for acquiring
American citizenship that existed in this country since the time of the
Founders to the 1950s are restored and strengthened. See the
Naturalization Act of 1790 for details -- the United States Congress in
1790 made being "a free White person" a requirement for becoming a
citizen of the United States, a legal requirement which remained in
force until 1952. Our founding fathers had made it illegal for anyone but a White person to become a citizen.
We need an America in which the immigration laws that were repealed
by Jewish supremacists and White traitors in 1965 are restored and
strengthened. It was Jewish Congressman Emanuel Celler who, along with
Edward Kennedy, spearheaded the 1965 Immigration Act that swept away
the laws which protected our nation from invasion. Prior to the 1965
Act, our immigration laws -- though they could have been improved --
were crafted to preserve and enhance the White identity and heritage of
the United States. America in 1965 -- within my memory -- was Whiter
than she had ever been, well over 90 per cent. White. Jewish pressure
changed all that, though they lied at the time and promised us that
America's racial composition would not change significantly. Now they
tell us that change was "inevitable" and even desirable -- and they
gleefully crow about the day, which may also fall within my lifetime,
when Whites will become just another minority submerged in the mass of
a Brown America. It is subversives and traitors like these who opened
our doors to Oswaldo Martinez.

And we need an America in which our children learn about White
history -- and are taught to have pride in their White heritage, and
learn the importance of protecting it. We need an America in which our
children are immersed in White values, White culture, and White art and
music.
It was said by one of her friends that Britanny Binger was immersed
in modern pop and hip-hop music, in which non-White elements
predominate. And like most teens today, she was doubtlessly exposed to
the media and a curriculum which ceaselessly preached the dogma of
racial equality.
Imagine if Brittany Binger had been taught -- as National Vanguard
seeks to teach -- that non-Whites are more violent than Whites, that
non-Whites are more sexually aggressive, and that non-Whites are more
often infected with sexually transmitted diseases than Whites. Imagine
if she had been warned to keep her distance from non-Whites, especially
non-White males. Imagine if she had been given a proper education in
the magnificent music, art, and culture of her own people and realized
our uniqueness and her part in carrying on that beauty, creativity, and
uniqueness to future generations. Would she then have been more
cautious -- and alive today?
I don't know the answer to that question, but I do know that such
an education would save many lives. And I know this for certain: If the
government had been doing its primary job -- protecting our people from
invasion, and keeping out every single non-White invader like Oswaldo Martinez and ensuring that White children had White schools and neighborhoods to play, learn, and live in, Brittany Binger would certainly be alive today.
Taking the first steps to building a nation in which our families,
our children, and our future are nurtured and protected as they should
