The second Battle of Fallujah in November did indeed turn into an orgy of destruction against innocent civilians and complete razing of most parts of the city. Ironically, national media failed to report the extent of American savagery towards Iraqis. It also under reported the level of resistance across Iraq. According to “The Razing of Fallujah Fails To Break Iraqi Resistance”:
…The city is in ruins, laid waste by thousands of tonnes of American shells, missiles and bullets. Fallujah’s population has been turned into refugees inside their own country, with an estimated 120,000 living in shanty towns and tents in and around the town of Amiriyah, and another 100,000 taking refuge in Baghdad and other cities.
Some four weeks after the assault was launched, however, the claim that this atrocity would intimidate Iraqis and end support for the armed resistance is refuted by what is taking place across Iraq. The slaughter in Fallujah has done nothing to stem the fighting against the US occupation. Hundreds of Iraqi interim government troops, police, officials and mercenary contractors have been killed or wounded over the past month, while American military casualties in December are running at an average of over two killed and 25 wounded every day.
Most attacks on US forces go unreported. Bombings, mortar strikes and ambushes are daily occurrences in Baghdad , with the targets ranging from the Italian embassy to the Green Zone fortress that houses the US embassy and the offices of the interim government…
There are quite a few tragic ironies and twists of fate involved here. Prior to the first Battle of Fallujah, I saw a news report about how Marines in the area were given courses in Iraqi culture and even told to grow mustaches to blend in better with the local population. The Marines had enjoyed some success with its Combined Action Platoon program in Vietnam, where Marines lived among the common people. Many Marine leaders were apparently listening to the advice of military analyst William S. Lind about the right way to go about conducting “4th Generation Warfare.” Lind pointed out how politics usually trumps everything else in such situations, and the use of heavy-handed force is counter productive for winning hearts and minds. In fact, according to Lind, a British Army officer observed that an important reason why the British Army enjoyed success in Northern Ireland is that it practiced self-restraint in handling the local population, even to the point of being willing to accept more casualties than it was inflicting on the Irish Republican Army.
Then all of a sudden all of this wisdom went out the window, and the Marines were ordered to romp and stomp and shoot ‘em up in Fallujah, which is exactly what they did. According to reports by journalist Jahr Jamail, some Marine snipers picked off innocent civilians, to include ambulance drivers, just like the way Israeli soldiers have been known to sadistically pleasure themselves with Palestinian men, women, and children back in Gaza and the West Bank .
Similarly, the U.S. Air Force ran air strikes on civilian areas. One does not to be an expert in 4th generation warfare theory to figure out that this extremely barbaric form of local law enforcement tends to incur the wrath of the local population over the long run. But then again from the selfish vantage point of many careerists, if it brings ribbons and promotions, and enables defense contractors to test new hardware in order to stay competitive for more Congressional appropriations, why not?
As previously discussed, U.S. Army intelligence units tortured Iraqis, also a standard practice in Israel . Later, in late 2008, Vice President Dick Cheney admitted that he approved this practice. In Chapter 10, we discussed Sgt. Frank "Greg" Ford, former counterintelligence agent in the California National Guard's 223rd Military Intelligence (M.I.) Battalion in Samarra , who stated that the use of torture did much more to dry up intelligence sources and alienate the Iraqi population than help. Worse yet, according to a May 2004 International Red Cross report, NATO intelligence officers confirmed that up to 90 percent of Iraqis arrested by the American military are taken by mistake. Hence, most individuals who were tortured were innocent.
Interestingly enough, when this author went through Marine Corps Interrogation of Prisoner of Warfare school in the early 1990’s, he was told that the kinds of methods used by German interrogator Hans Joachim Scharf in World War II, explained in the book The Interrogator, by Col. Raymond F. Toliver, were the best way to go. Scharf never used torture, and nevertheless got everything he wanted out of about 500 captured allied pilots, with the exception of only about five individuals. So it certainly is not the case that intelligence professional within the Army and Marine Corps did not know any better, just like back during that period most of Captain May’s superiors agreed that occupying Iraq could produce a quicksand war over the long term.
U.S. Army units were also ordered to send trucks with loudspeakers into Afghan villages and deliberately insult the Taliban in an effort to allegedly draw them out for a fight. According to one YouTube video, they even deliberately desecrated the corpses of Muslims believed to be insurgents to goad their adversaries.
Given that neither the Army nor Marines ever had even a fraction of the manpower necessary to hold down Afghanistan against a hostile population, deliberately insulting Muslims to stir up the hornet’s nest even further is an unbelievably stupid and self-defeating policy. After all, while the Taliban may be considered extreme by many portions of the Afghan population, they are still “home town boys” who serve an alter ego function, and whenever non-Muslims insult them, there is a little bit of the redneck and hillbilly inside every Afghan that feels some resentment. Furthermore, the CIA supported the Taliban in their war against Soviet occupation, so why should Americans do a 180 degree reversal? Lastly, the Taliban had eradicated 90% of Aghan’s opium production, whereas Bush was turning Afghanistan into the worlds greatest opium and heroin producer. In short, everything about Bush’s policies created suspicion, distrust, and even contempt.
As confirmation of the foolishness of the Taliban-bashing campaign, the insurgency continually grew throughout this period. More and more transportation routes to the capitol Kabul got sealed off, so that by late 2008 there was only one road left and over 75% of the country was in Taliban hands.
Meanwhile back in Iraq , as the insurgency also got out of hand, the Bush administration eventually decided to bribe various Iraqi factions to stop fighting. This could backfire, since the bribe money could make Iraqi militias that much stronger when the day comes that they decide to fight Americans again. But then again, the Bush administration was always more interested in faking appearances to gain short term political points rather than achieving real and enduring results.
Interestingly enough, viewed from a cockeyed perspective, all of this could indirectly correlate with developments that help the situation. If after bribing Iraqis, Americans hole up at their bases and quit running search operations of civilian areas and air strikes that antagonize the local population, that that in itself might help reduce tensions. It may also distract Iraqis by giving them some funds that help focus them on rebuilding their country.
As a final irony, we also started to see news reports about American officials yearning for the good old days under Saddam Hussein when there was vastly more stability in Iraqi society, and wondering how they might re-install the same kind of state they crusaded to overthrow.
America ’s meandering, incompetent, and often self-defeating military policies only begin to make sense once one understands that the U.S. military served an utterly crooked, incompetent, and treasonous Bush-Mossad cabal, joined at the hip with an equally corrupt national media allied in waging Info War against the American public.
We saw similar patterns in southeast Asia during the Vietnam era, as described in books such as The Ugly American, A Nation of Sheep, Sarkhan, and Our Own Worst Enemy written by William J. Lederer and Eugene Burdick in the late 1950’s and 1960’s. The military industrial complex, State Department bureaucracy, and other unlimited Federal government entities habitually put selfish departmental interests and incompetent central planning ahead of the long term national interest. This is one reason why we went into our “Why We Fight” discussion in Chapter in Chapter Six to give the reader a sense about how deep structural problems help drive America’s dysfunctional foreign policy and military adventurism. So long as we have the “Orwellian, neo-Jacobin, Zionist-dominated, multi-racial, multi-cultural, global superstate that wages perpetual war for perpetual peace” that apes the social models of imperial Rome and Babylonia, combined with Zionist elite in charge of national media and the central banking system, all of these problems will endlessly persist until Americans finally completely overhaul their government or else let external forces resolve their destiny for them, such as through break up, complete economic break down, or take over by foreign powers.
On Dec 10, 2004, Congress passed Patriot Act II. This created even more anxiety among members of Ghost Troop. Citizens for Legitimate Government noted that:

Permanent jail set for Guantánamo --Even as federal judges weigh whether the U.S. has the authority to detain and try suspects in the war on terror, the Pentagon is quietly planning for permanency at the U.S. detention center at Guantánamo Bay , The Herald has learned.
After Bush got re-elected in November, Captain May thought for sure that his minions would come after him. May became inactive. As Captain May recounted in his Lone Star Iconoclast interview on 14 Aug 2006:
My wife and I have both been death-threatened, repeatedly, because of the mission. After Bush was returned to power in the 2004 elections, I went to a Jesuit priest, with whom I counseled for months, trying to find a reason to escape the mission. Still, I dropped out of the info-war for six months, then only returned after the London 7/7 bombings made it obvious to me that there would soon be another attack against the U.S. , and I had to dedicate myself and my unit, Ghost Troop, to stopping it. The Jesuits baptized me after I made that decision, figuring that I might not come out of the mission alive. Like anyone who has ever taken a mission, though, I’ve learned not to think about it too much. Still, I keep the emergency baptismal certificate framed as a sign of where things have gone with our country. It’s a sad time when telling the truth is risking your life.” (Leon Smith 14 Aug 2006).
On 14 Feb 2005 former Lebanese Prime Minister and billionaire Rafik Hariri died when a bomb exploded in a road underneath his traveling limousine.
Joe Vialls commented in “Zionists Nuke Downtown Beirut - Again! In a desperate attempt to slow down their forthcoming defeat in Palestine, Jewish Special Forces micro-nuke former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, then instruct western media outlets to falsely blame the atrocity on Syria” 16 Feb 2005.
The powerfully armed motorcade of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri was no match for the micro nuke that erupted from below Beirut 's gleaming Corniche. The blast was so huge that it blew out windows more than one kilometer away, and ripped apart the Mercedes motorcade vehicles like toys. Young men clawed at debris to help rescue workers reach bodies trapped underneath.
"Everything around us collapsed," a Syrian worker at the site said. "It was as if an earthquake hit the area." Facades were ripped from luxury buildings and cars set ablaze on streets carpeted with rubble and broken glass. Officials confirmed 15 dead [in the motorcade] and at least 100 injured. So advanced was the bomb, security sources said, that it defeated jamming equipment so hi-tech that Hariri's passing motorcade would interfere with cell phones and televisions…
…. "The bomb was placed underground, especially (since) the crater was so huge," said Hisham Jaber, a retired brigadier general and former professor at the Lebanese Military and Staff Command College . "Even a car with 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds) of TNT wouldn't create such a crater."
Jaber, who inspected the assassination site but is not part of the investigation, said a suicide attack was the least likely cause of the explosion. He noted the crater was near the middle of the road, indicating the bomb was likely placed under the street and not in a parked car.
Suspicion that the bomb was under the street increased Friday when the chief military investigator demanded that police investigate recent road works in the area. Jaber said that although Hariri's motorcade had equipment to jam electronic transmissions, the device could have been circumvented by a wire-triggered bomb or a counter-device placed in a nearby vehicle.
Wayne Madsen reported in the 11 March 2005 Online Journal:
"According to high-level Lebanese intelligence sources—Christian and Muslim—former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri was reportedly assassinated in a sophisticated explosion-by-wire bombing authorized by the Bush administration and Ariel Sharon's Likud government in Israel.
There are also strong indications that the Hariri assassination was carried out by the same rogue Syrian intelligence agents used in the 2002 car bombing assassination of Lebanese Christian leader Elie Hobeika, who was prepared to testify against Sharon in a Brussels human rights court. That case involved the Israeli Prime Minister's role in the 1982 massacre by Israeli troops of Palestinian refugees at the Sabra and Chatilla camps in Beirut . The Hariri assassination used wire-bombing technology because Hariri's security personnel used electronic countermeasures to fend off a remote control bomb using wireless means.

On March 23, 2005, a major explosion ripped the BP plant in Texas City , Texas . This was unanticipated by Capt May. The AP news report came out as follows:
At Least 14 Dead in Huge Refinery Explosion; Workers Search Rubble for More Victims; More Than 100 Injured by PAM EASTON, AP
TEXAS CITY, Texas (March 23) - A thunderous explosion tore through a BP oil refinery Wednesday, shooting flames and billowing smoke into the sky and showering the area with ash and chunks of charred metal. At least 14 were believed dead and more than 100 were injured.

The cause of the explosion was not immediately known. Workers searched through rubble for survivors or bodies into Wednesday night, several hours after the 1:20 p.m. blast. An undetermined number of workers were unaccounted for; most of the injured suffered broken bones, cuts, concussions and other injuries. Refinery manager Don Parus said BP was waiting on an official death toll confirmation from the medical examiner's office, but added, ''it's my deep regret that we believe we have 14 losses of life.''
The blast left a gaping hole in the earth, mangled nearby offices, and was so powerful that witnesses said it rattled homes as far as five miles away. Cars and trucks in an employee parking lot were coated with soot and debris.
''It was real scary. Have you ever heard the thunder real loud? It was like 10 times that,'' said plant worker Charles Gregory, who was with several co-workers inside a trailer tank when the floor started rumbling.
The explosion occurred in a part of the plant used to boost the octane level of gasoline. BP spokeswoman Annie Smith said terrorism ''is not a primary focus of our investigation.''
The plant in Texas City , about 35 miles southeast of Houston , sprawls across 1,200 acres. About 433,000 barrels of crude oil are processed a day, producing 3 percent of the U.S. supply. The plant employs about 1,800 people in Texas City , a city of about 40,000 people.
Gasoline prices could rise slightly because of the explosion because the plant is such a large gas producer. Gasoline futures rose nearly 2 cents in late trading on news of the explosion.
The explosion caused panic in this oil town, with many residents fearing the worst as they awaited word on their friends and family members who work at the plant.
Within minutes of the explosion, officials ordered a ''shelter-in-place,'' meaning residents had to stay inside until authorities could be certain the air was safe. Children were ordered under their desks until the rumbling subsided.
Valerie Perez was among those standing outside the refinery fence, worried about her 18-year-old husband who works there and hadn't contacted her. Perez, who has a 3-month-old baby, said her husband always takes his cell phone to work. On Wednesday, he left it behind.
"I'm nervous,'' she said, holding back tears.
Wenceslado de la Cerda, a 50-year-old retired firefighter, said the blast shook the ground, rattled windows and knocked ceiling panels to the floor.
"Basically, it was one big boom,'' he said. ''It's a shame that people have to get killed and hurt trying to make a dollar in these plants, but that's part of reality.''
The plant and town have dealt with refinery explosions in the past.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined the refinery after two employees were burned to death by superheated water in September.
Another explosion forced the evacuation of the plant for several hours last March.
Afterward, OSHA fined the refinery $63,000 for safety violations, including problems with its emergency shutdown system and employee training.
Texas City is the site of the worst industrial accident in U.S. history. In 1947, a fire aboard a ship at the Texas City docks triggered a massive explosion that killed 576 people and left fires burning in the city for days.

British Petroleum (BP) Products North America Inc. issued its final corporate report last month, saying the March 23, 2005, fatal explosion killing 15 at its Texas City plant was the result of "management system failures and employee mistakes."
The company report, issued from its headquarters in Warrenville , Ill. , said management is accepting "total responsibility" for the massive explosion, adding plans are to modernize the plant to the tune of $1 billion over the next five years.
While BP admits liability, federal authorities are threatening civil and criminal lawsuits, as well as levying a record-setting fine that would make the $11 million fine levied by OSHA in 2005 look like chump change.
BP spokesman Ronnie Chappell said today the company is withholding comment about pending federal investigations but is cooperating thoroughly with authorities about BP wrongdoing in the explosion, leading to the 15 deaths and more than 180 injuries. Chappell also would not comment about the possibility of stiff fines being levied for the massive release of 30,000 pounds of toxic pollution related to the explosions.
The BP plant in Texas City also surfaced in the news recently as a former Army Intel Capt., Eric May, of Houston claims the March 23 explosion may have been a rehearsal for an upcoming terrorist attack at the plant.
In his 17 Jan 2006 Zeph Report interview, May discussed how he came to interpret this explosion:
Capt May: ….the next year there was a 3-23 attack. That was 3-23-2005, BP Texas City, Texas. British Petroleum, March 23rd. And I asked my consultants. I talk to the little gangsters that I used to know [as a high school teacher], you know, Crips, Bloods, Latin Kings, they understand codes. You don't have to be a genius, you just have to work code. And I said "Why 3-23?" And they looked at me like, "You don't get it, Captain?" And I said, "No, no, I don't get it." And they said, "The first one is 3-3, right?" And I said, yes, 3-30 is 3-3, sure. And they said, "The second one is 3-2-3, the second 33, man.
Zeph: Ah, I get it now. Two 3's.
Capt May: You see, you have to look at it a little cock-eyed.
Zeph: Wow, that is interesting.
On May 1, 2005 The Sunday Times of London revealed the “Downing Street Memo,” the first hard evidence about how both the UK or US governments lied their countries into war. The “Downing Street Memo" transcribed the minutes of a gathering of many of the British Prime Minister's senior ministers on July 23, 2002.
The Memo, intended for “UK Eyes Only” stated:
….The [ UK ] Defence Secretary said that the US had already begun "spikes of activity" to put pressure on the regime. No decisions had been taken, but he thought the most likely timing in US minds for military action to begin was January, with the timeline beginning 30 days before the US Congressional elections.
The Foreign Secretary said he would discuss this with Colin Powell this week. It seemed clear that Bush had made up his mind to take military action, even if the timing was not yet decided. But the case was thin. Saddam was not threatening his neighbours, and his WMD capability was less than that of Libya , North Korea or Iran . We should work up a plan for an ultimatum to Saddam to allow back in the UN weapons inspectors. This would also help with the legal justification for the use of force….

By June 25th, Capt May sensed things were heating up for another “next 9-11” attempt (or “911 to be” or “911 2 ,” as he likes to code it). He made the following remarks in an 25 June email to a member of Ghost Troop:
I'd particularly like to know what you think of the matter of the timing of the next incident, the "terrorist" incident that will give Bush the military adrenaline -- draft and nukes -- that he will need if he's really going to make a move to secure the region. I'm concerned that the event nears -- must near, for when the summer ends there will be a school year drought in recruiting (already fallen drastically) and a "white flight" of suburbanites who are starting to take an anti-military point of view now that their teens are in line for the Global War on Terror. I don't figure King George for a quitter, and in fact that his particular strain of homicidal paranoia made him a choice candidate for the cabbalists themselves. It's now or never, isn't it? King George comes to Texas for his summer break in a month or so, and it was right after a month at Crawford that they put the 911 caper into swing... I'm thinking that "9112B" will fit nicely into that time bracket...
By the way, what do you think of "9112B" as a phrase? I invented it, I believe, and it simply signifies the second 911, the 911-to-be which they have regularly sworn to us (both sides of the pond) is not a matter of "IF" but a matter of "WHEN." 9112B will be this summer, I believe, and Houston is my best pick for a location. I think the barons of the oil patch (Bush Boyz) and the Texas Cronies (Bush Boyz) will make out just fine if a few decrepit facilities get a demolition (free, no questions asked), and they get paid off in federal bucks as a disaster zone of epic proportion.

First thing: a cult sign:
The West Point graduating class of 2005 was dubbed by the media at its graduation as "the class of 911." I get it from inside that the "class of 911" was the class of 2002, at least in the language of the WestPoint Corps of Cadets. Ergo, the media pasted a title on the graduation (widely covered) of May 28. "The-class-of-911" tag was probably applied to reinforce the memory of 911 -- as was the "coincidental" number of West Point graduates for the class... 911. Yep, they're signing their work, boyz and girlz, the same was gangs always do -- with cultic signals.
More little tid-bits on the graduation... Half the parents were crying in the stands (this from two sources who attended) because their kids already have orders for Iraq and Afghanistan . This bit of war reality was covered up nicely in the patriotic West Point Graduation / Memorial Day Weekend spectacle with which Ma Megamedia regaled us. I hate to speculate on something that touches so close (I have a friend who graduated among those 911), but I think this class has been dubbed the "hero" class by the War Cabal. They're going to be the lucky kids who get to certainly fight, and perhaps survive, WWIII.
Second thing: Bush sounds the horn
The prez gave a dimly-received pep talk to the folks at Ft. Bragg -- and the lame stuff he offered up was nothing to brag about... Except that he reinforced his basics of 911 / GWOT linkage and insinuated the idea that this is a "world war." This is the all-important basic argument. We're all ready for the dance and just waiting for 9112B to open a world-wide can of whoop-ass.
Third thing: Spielberg sounds the horn
"The War of the Worlds" was the prototype genocide-the-aliens movie, but it wasn't the last. "Independence Day," the Fox studios blockbuster of 1996, was a remake (by another name -- ID4, remember?) of "War of the Worlds," of earlier fame. Well, it has long been a Ghost Troop contention that Independence Day (ID4) was an ID-for (get it) the WWIII/GWOT construct, an attempt to establish the psychological premises for genocidal war against the "aliens" -- led by an ex-fighter pilot president no less!
Read the essay by Phillip Collins ( www.conspiracyarchive.com/Commentary/Semiotic_Deception.htm ) for a fuller examination of the notions I've discussed and a more detailed (and chilling) analysis of "Independence Day." Mr. Collins, by the by, did his excellent work long in advance of my later analysis (2004) of the film...
The us/them dichotomy is being massively reinforced by the remaking of "War of the Worlds" (of which, remember, ID4 was a remake) -- and this the very day after the prez said "world war." Get it? War of the Worlds = World War Three. Like GWOT, they've got to say "World War Three" in as many variant ways as possible to get you ready for when they say WWIII for real...
It's a cinematic signal of final mobilization, and a final reinforcement of the root motif of GWOT/WWIII: we are in a war for survival, and we must genocide (or xenocide, since it's just "aliens" we're talking about) our enemies. I'll go and see the film myself and with great interest. I've already read reviews that sharply criticize the film's exploitation of "post-911 paranoia" to fill seats will apocalyptic atrocities. Anyone surprised?
Remember y'all, Spielberg's earlier films included kulturkampf classics like "Schindler's List," part of the Holocaust Hagiography, and "Saving Private Ryan," which was part of the lionization of the "greatest generation" who fought the last world war -- as a preparation for the next generation (watching the flick) to fight the next world war. Spielberg is doing his level best to get the audience ready to be participants of GWOT/WWIII/"The War of the Worlds" (and they're all the same thing, aren't they?).
Final note on Spielberg's opus: the release date may be cabbalist/illuminatist: 6/29. The six and nine (no giggling, boyz and girlz) are "rotational twins" and as such make 66 or 99, variants of 11. The 2 in between the rotation character -- a signal for the "second" 911? Anyhow, numbers aren't my expertise, but informed sources keep track of them and educated sources can extract much from them. It might be worthwhile to check my math, but I think the West Point graduation (5/28) was the 1339th day from 911. July 27, incidentally will (I believe) be the 1399th day since 911, and it's my personal pick for 911(2B); the numeric date will be 7/27 -- and the same "11" stuff applies to the two 7's around the 2.
Anyhow, I wouldn't bring so much attention to the date if it weren't for the fact that it's the day after the prez alluded to WWIII and during the week he appointed for "taking his case" to America -- and were it not for the fact that on the same day (6/29) the folks in NYC officially began the project for rebuilding ground zero (the former WTC's) as the "Freedom Tower" or some such. As my late art history professor, Dr. Peter W. Guenther, taught me: architectural statements are the most permanent of statements, and inevitably are attended with rich cultural -- and cult -- symbolism. I say it's the NYC beacon of Empire Amerika that they're announcing, y'all.
This will be an interesting summer, my friends -- and I hope, as always, that my alarms are mere alarmism. I hope you will enjoy the real Independence Day, July 4, 1776, the day the founders stood up to the tyranny of King George. Don't let them -- the War Cabal and the Megamedia Mouth that speaks for them -- ever confuse us about what Independence Day means. That's what they were/are/will be trying to do, and it's just where we must try back the hardest.

Not mentioned in this letter, but cited in later interviews, was another important factor that helped Capt May narrow down July 27, 2005 as a prediction date. Terror events tend to coincide with major military exercises. July 27th happened to be right in the middle of an exercise involving USNORTHCOM, Homeland Security, and Ft. Monroe simulating a 10 Kiloton nuclear explosion. It also was also close to the date of a NASA Space Shuttle Launch, which would bring major media to the John Space Center in the Houston area.
