This web page is concerned with three major issues:

a) How the recklessness, incompetence, selfishness, and deceptiveness of the Japanese government and Tokyo Electric and their U.S. Government and General Electric counterparts -- and the "globalist elites" who control these entities from behind the scenes -- rise to levels beyond ordinary criminality.

The term "false flag" in its most general sense means a deliberate decoy operation intended to benefit a power elite at the expense of one or more host societies. This disaster fits within major LIHOP ("Let It Happen On Purpose) or even MIHOP (Made It Happen On Purpose) false flag (or "black op") parameters. Many types of circumstantial evidence or "indicators" support MIHOP, such as unusual HAARP activity at the time of the 3-11 earthquake, Israeli involvement in the security of the Fukushima plants, and the worldwide spread of the Israeli-made Stuxnet virus designed to disrupt nuclear plant functioning.

b) How there is an urgent need to independently assess the true nature of the Japanese "runaway radiation volcano," its catastrophic impact on human populations and the environment, and the best technologies and other solutions available to end the crisis. We also need to closely monitor cascading indicators which escalated in the U.S. in June 2011 regarding the Ft. Calhoun nuclear power plant, the very unusual fires raging around Los Alamos atomic waste depots, and other suspicous incidents involving vulnerable American nuclear facilities.

The Japanese catastrophe could conceivably become a hundred to a thousand times worse than Chernobyl -- or even worse than this. Chernobyl has already "soft killed" over a million people and spread radiation around Europe and the Northern Hemisphere, and this incident involved only one reactor in partial melt-down. The Japanese catastrophe involves four reactors in full or partial melt-down, and two more which could follow. It also involves hundreds of thousands of spent fuel rods blown out of their storage tanks, and the leakage of plutonium-uranium MOX fuel in reactor three. The sum total of radiation released into the environment will eventually leave major portions of Japan permanently uninhabitable for quite some time (particularly in the absence of some new form of mobile robotic cleanup technologies) and cause the early deaths of a significant portion of the Japanese population. It is still difficult to predict the impact on Americans, but is now likely that a significant portion of the U.S. population will suffer as well and vast areas of American farmlands and water supplies are currently becoming increasingly contaminated.

c) How we require broad-based citizen activism to install the kind of honorable government and corporate leadership required to successfully contain and damage-control this crisis. This includes pressuring local as well as state and federal official to install adequate backup systems to contain major nuclear melt-down and contaminatin risks inside the USA.

When we weigh the total effects of radiation released into the atmosphere resulting from military tests, expended depleted uranium warheads, the 3-11 Japanese earthquake-related nuclear plant meltdowns, and the possible future melt-downs of American reactors and spent fuel ponds sitting in fault zones across America, or in major river flood or wildfire risk areas -- the very survival of humanity may be placed in peril. Leuren Moret, Dr. Doug Rokke, and other radiation experts warn us that if accumulated radioactive particles reach a certain level in the atmosphere -- combined with other toxins from other sources such as chemtrail spraying and industrial emission -- most life forms may no longer be able to sustain themselves on this planet.

False flag operations typically reflect major geopolitical interests covertly at war with their own host society or other nations (in this case the "NWO" vs. Japan, Germany, Western Civilization . . . and America as well)

Editor's Note: The two most likely suspects involve the continuing unholy New World Order (NWO) alliance of "Alien" (out of control Zionism) and "Predator" (out of control imperial U.S. government and the mega banks, mega corporations and other special interests -- to include offshore entities such as the Rothschild-controlled City of London -- which exert considerable influence over it), discussed in greater detail in my Preface to Book III of my Mission of Conscience series.
I can not necessarily vouch for the credibility of certain sources that I list below; however, I think that all taken together, there are enough "suspicious indicators" to suggest a strong chance of foul play.

Were the extremely unsafe Japanese nuclear plants -- over-watched by Israeli security firms -- deliberately intended as "Samson Option" sleeper cells, blackmail, and "protection racket" tools? Was Japan a victim of a nuclear intrigue double-cross by Israel? Is this what Germany is really trying to fend off with nuclear plant closures?

In early 2007, Vice President Dick Cheney flew to Tokyo with his closest aides. Newspaper editorials noted the secrecy surrounding his visit - no press conferences, no handshakes with ordinary folks and, as diplomatic cables suggest, no briefing for U.S. Embassy staffers in Tokyo.
Cheney snubbed Defense Minister Fumio Kyuma, who was shut out of confidential talks. The pretext was his criticism of President George Bush for claiming Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. The more immediate concern was that the defense minister might disclose bilateral secrets to the Pentagon. The Joint Chiefs of Staff were sure to oppose White House approval of Japan's nuclear program.
An unannounced reason for Cheney's visit was to promote a quadrilateral alliance in the Asia-Pacific region. The four cornerstones - the US, Japan, Australia and India - were being called on to contain and confront China and its allies North Korea and Russia.. From a Japanese perspective, this grand alliance was flawed by asymmetry: The three adversaries were nuclear powers, while the U.S. was the only one in the Quad group.
To further his own nuclear ambitions, Abe was playing the Russian card. As mentioned in a U.S. Embassy cable (dated 9/22), the Yomiuri Shimbun gave top play to this challenge to the White House : "It was learned yesterday that the government and domestic utility companies have entered final talks with Russia in order to relegate uranium enrichment for use at nuclear power facilities to Atomprom, the state-owned nuclear monopoly." If Washington refused to accept a nuclear-armed Japan, Tokyo would turn to Moscow.
Since the Liberal Democratic Party selected him as prime minister in September 2006, the hawkish Abe repeatedly called for Japan to move beyond the postwar formula of a strictly defensive posture and non-nuclear principles. Advocacy of a nuclear-armed Japan arose from his family tradition. His grandfather Nobusuke Kishi nurtured the wartime atomic bomb project and, as postwar prime minister, enacted the civilian nuclear program. His father Shintaro Abe, a former foreign minister, had played the Russian card in the 1980s, sponsoring the Russo-Japan College, run by the Aum Shinrikyo sect (a front for foreign intelligence), to recruit weapons scientists from a collapsing Soviet Union.
The chief obstacle to American acceptance of a nuclear-armed Japan was the Pentagon, where Pearl Harbor and Hiroshima remain as iconic symbols justifying American military supremacy.The only feasible channel for bilateral transfers then was through the civilian-run Department of Energy (DoE), which supervises the production of nuclear weapons.

Camp David Go-Ahead
The deal was sealed on Abe's subsequent visit to Washington. Wary of the eavesdropping that led to Richard Nixon's fall from grace, Bush preferred the privacy afforded at Camp David. There, in a rustic lodge on April 27, Bush and Abe huddled for 45 minutes. What transpired has never been revealed, not even in vague outline.
As his Russian card suggested, Abe was shopping for enriched uranium. At 99.9 percent purity, American-made uranium and plutonium is the world's finest nuclear material. The lack of mineral contaminants means that it cannot be traced back to its origin. In contrast, material from Chinese and Russian labs can be identified by impurities introduced during the enrichment process...

. . . An Israeli Double-Cross
The nuclear shipments to Japan required a third-party cutout for plausible deniability by the White House. Israel acted less like an agent and more like a broker in demanding additional payment from Tokyo, according to intelligence sources. Adding injury to insult, the Israelis skimmed off the newer warhead cores for their own arsenal and delivered older ones. Since deteriorated cores require enrichment, the Japanese were furious and demanded a refund, which the Israelis refused. Tokyo had no recourse since by late 2008 principals Abe had resigned the previous autumn and Bush was a lame duck.
The Japanese nuclear developers, under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, had no choice but to enrich the uranium cores at Fukushima No.1, a location remote enough to evade detection by nonproliferation inspectors. Hitachi and GE had developed a laser extraction process for plutonium, which requires vast amounts of electrical power. This meant one reactor had to make unscheduled runs, as was the case when the March earthquake struck.
Tokyo dealt a slap on the wrist to Tel Aviv by backing Palestinian rights at the UN. Not to be bullied, the Israeli secret service launched the Stuxnet virus against Japan's nuclear facilities.
Firewalls kept Stuxnet at bay until the Tohoku earthquake. The seismic activity felled an electricity tower behind Reactor 6. The power cut disrupted the control system, momentarily taking down the firewall. As the computer came online again, Stuxnet infiltrated to shut down the back-up generators. During the 20-minute interval between quake and tsunami, the pumps and valves at Fukushima No.1 were immobilized, exposing the turbine rooms to flood damage.
The flow of coolant water into the storage pools ceased, quickening evaporation. Fission of the overheated cores led to blasts and mushroom-clouds. Residents in mountaintop Iitate village overlooking the seaside plant saw plumes of smoke and could "taste the metal" in their throats.

Guilty as Charged
The Tohoku earthquake and tsunami were powerful enough to damage
Fukushima No.1. The natural disaster, however, was vastly amplified by two external factors: release of the Stuxnet virus, which shut down control systems in the critical 20 minutes prior to the tsunami; and presence of weapons-grade nuclear materials that devastated the nuclear facility and contaminated the entire region.
Of the three parties involved, which bears the greatest guilt? All three are guilty of mass murder, injury and destruction of property on a regional scale, and as such are liable for criminal prosecution and damages under international law and in each respective jurisdiction.
The White House, specifically Bush, Cheney and their co-conspirators in the DoE, hold responsibility for ordering the illegal removal and shipment of warheads without safeguards.
The state of Israel is implicated in theft from U.S. strategic stockpiles, fraud and extortion against the Japanese government, and a computer attack against critical infrastructure with deadly consequences, tantamount to an act of war.
Prime Minister Abe and his Economy Ministry sourced weapons-grade nuclear material in violation of constitutional law and in reckless disregard of the risks of unregulated storage, enrichment and extraction. Had Abe not requested enriched uranium and plutonium in the first place, the other parties would not now be implicated. Japan, thus, bears the onus of the crime. ..

In his 20-21 September update on the Roland Carnaby story (for more background please see Chapter 30 "The Mayday Alert and the Assassination of Roland Carnaby" of my Mission of Conscience series), former U.S. Navy intelligence officer Wayne Madsen explains how Japan may have displeasured Mossad -- and incurred it wrath:

September 20-21, 2011 -- Israel's nuclear smuggling network was key element in Carnaby murder in Houston
Israel, working with deeply-embedded intelligence moles in the United States, including within the U.S. government and "off-the-books" intelligence front companies, has been pilfering spent U.S. nuclear fuel from American nuclear arms caches at a phenomenal rate over the last several years. U.S. and foreign intelligence sources have confirmed that much of the nuclear fuel has been shipped to Israel and other locations via the port of Houston...
...Carnaby was, reportedly, working with the FBI on the Israeli nuclear smuggling issue and the FBI office in Houston requested that the Houston police call off their chase of Carnaby. It was too late for Carnaby. He was marked for assassination by Mossad and its friends in Houston area law enforcement because of his knowledge of the nuclear smuggling program. Israel was also concerned that Carnaby, a Lebanese-American with close ties to some of Lebanon's political groups opposed to Israel, might leak details of the operations to his Lebanese friends, information that would soon end up in the hands of Iranian and Syrian counter-intelligence.
One of the countries that received re-sold American plutonium fuel from Israel was Japan. However, the Japanese soon discovered that the plutonium for which they were paying the Israelis top dollar was too old and provided only short-life usable nuclear weapons. Japan decided to go it alone on their nuclear weapons development but not before they planned to blow the whistle on the Israeli and American smuggling operation to the International Atonic Energy Agency (IAEA). Before the Japanese could act, the super-quake struck Japan, along with the devastating tsunami. At that point in time, Israel and the Americans programmed their Stuxnet computer virus to trigger the nuclear catastrophe at Fukushima, the major site for Japan's nuclear weapons development program. Stuxnet, developed to disrupt Iran's nuclear program, is also effective against the nuclear power generation systems of other nations using standard supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, including the plutonium MOX fuel processing operations at Fukushima. Stuxnet can be used to blackmail recipients of the smuggled plutonium material, including MOX fuel, into silence. The Fukushima disaster destroyed physical evidence of the Israeli smuggling operation to Japan. However, Japanese intelligence possesses other evidence of the Israeli smuggling operations.
The recent explosion at a MOX fuel plutonium processing facility at the French Marcoule nuclear power plant was a warning to France, courtesy of Stuxnet, not to support Palestine's bid for UN membership. It is not yet clear whether the MOX being used at Marcoule was developed from the unstable and old American plutonium cores smuggled and re-sold by Israel. However, U.S. intelligence has evidence that Israel has re-sold some of its stolen plutonium material to India in return for that nation providing Israel with missile systems and related technology.
The disassociation of the CIA and FBI from interest in Carnaby's murder in Houston was directly linked to the power of the Israel Lobby in Washington, which will stop at nothing to ensure that Israeli crimes and intelligence activities in the United States remain unexposed and unpunished.

L. Moret: Well, [corrupt or incompetent high level Japanese officials who work against Japanese national interests and humanitarian survival for their own short term selfish gain] have been chess-moved just like Christy Todd Whitman and all the other officials who were part of 9/11. They were moved into key positions long before this happened, and it is all set up. Even the centers for disease control were part of this foreshadowing, and on March 9th, two days before the earthquake hit Japan, the centers for disease control started posting hundreds of documents on radiation emergencies. And information for care-givers, and about radiation. And they continued to post them for the next thirty days. So this is all planned ahead of time. I have said from the beginning that the Fukushima disaster, the earthquake was triggered by HAARP. We now have extensive evidence that confirms it. Even the scientific community is saying that, especially the geoscientists and the geophysicists, and the biggest lie of all though, this is the biggest lie that TEPCO has promoted from the beginning. I knew that within six or eight hours after the earthquake, because all the cooling systems had shut down, and they could not get them started because the Stuxnet virus sabotaged every effort to start up the emergency cooling systems at the Fukushima plant. So those reactors were without cooling water for more than probably 48 hours, and within six to eight hours -- and we know this from a simulated melt-down at the Browns Ferry nuclear power plant that was simulated in 1984. We know that the reactors were in complete melt-down and starting to melt through the bottom of the reactors within six to eight hours of the earthquake.
Dr. Fetzer: Leuren, doesn't the involvement of the Stuxnet suggest Israeli complicity in all of this?
L. Moret: Well, the Stuxnet virus was actually developed at the Idaho nuclear engineering [National] Lab in 2007 when a U.S. team, and I am talking about nuclear weapons level-sophisticated scientists and computer software experts. They went to the Idaho nuclear engineering lab, and together with a Siemens team that came from Germany, they developed the Stuxnet virus in a six month period. And the Siemens team had to participate because they were writing a worm or a virus or a program for the Siemens controllers that are used in the nuclear power plant controlling system at Fukushima and also at the Nantanz and Bushehr nuclear facilities in Iran. So it was introduced in July of 2010, and I think it was in August of 2010 the attack occurred in Iran...[going into a break on the interview show]

L. Moret: Yes, the Stuxnet, virus, as I have mentioned, before the break, was developed by a U.S team aided by a Siemens team from Germany. The reason Siemens had to be involved was because of all of the firewalls and the privacy and everything of their computer language, and it would have taken much longer for the U.S. team to unravel it or to get around the protective software. Or they might not have even been able to do it. So it had to be co-developed, and what we know is that the U.S. gave the Stuxnet virus to Israel and Israel delivered it to the Nantanz facility where the centrifuges, about 800 of them, were just destroyed by the virus. And that virus appeared in Japan in October. It was discovered that something like 62 computers were infected with it. However, what is very strange is that in September of 2010, even though the governor of Fukushima Province had prohibited MOX fuel in any reactors in that prefecture, the MOX fuel, which is a mixture of plutonium oxide and uranium oxide fuel was covertly put into reactor number three at the Fukushima plant. And in November or December an Israeli security team from Dimona, which is the nuclear weapons facility in Israel, put a new security system in that particular Fukushima I Daiichi 1 plant, and they left shortly before the earthquake and tsunami caused all the problems, and they must have been the ones who introduced the Stuxnet virus while they were installing a new security system.
Dr. Fetzer: So who was responsible for this again, Leuren?
L. Moret: Well, the Israelis delivered it, but --.
Dr. Fetzer: So there was an Israeli aspect to this.
L. Moret: Yes.
Dr. Fetzer: And the MOX fuel was a bad thing to introduce here too.
L. Moret: Well it was already prohibited by the governor of the Prefecture in 2002. So obviously they were sneaking it in, and the Stuxnet virus was already in Japan in October, and the Israelis were there in November or December or about that time. And so the whole thing was a big set up. I mean all the forensic evidence is there. It is irrefutable. The earthquake was a magnitude 9.0. They never had a magnitude 9.0 earthquake reported in 1,200 years in Japan.
Dr. Fetzer: 1,200 years! That is a pretty good sample, Leuren.

2011-06-13 Did the Dimona Dozen murder the Fukushima 50? by Jim Stone, freelance journalist.
"...I honestly believe Japan is being held a nuclear hostage. It all makes sense.
1. Japan offers to enrich uranium for Israel's GREAT SATAN, Iran
2. Immediately, Israel sets up front companies masquerading as security companies, and one of them succeeds in getting a security contract at a Japanese nuclear facility. 4 months later the Dimona Dozen shows up, and under the cover of a security contract gets unlimited access to the heart of Fukushima. They plant the virus, install real cameras outside the facility, and functional poorly disguised nuke cameras inside the facility. In addition to this, they install an unauthorized data connection to allow control of all the guts of the facility via the virus. (they admitted to this connection, as discussed later on this page)
3. After installing Stuxnet and the nukes they scram
4. Israel waits for one of the many natural quakes in Japan to provide cover for a tsunami bomb, and they already have it at the bottom of the Japan trench. VLF communications are established with the bomb to penetrate the water. David in Dimona gets seismic reading from Japan. 6.67 in progress, BOOM. (new evidence shows the quake most likely was not natural)
Tsunami comes in, swamps stuxnet infected power plant, direct video feed from legitimate cameras security company installed gets to David via totally unauthorized channel, and David knows just when to cut the generators off. Others on the team do all they can to counteract measures taken by the employees at fukushima, who are unaware an attack is taking place and do not understand why everything is going crazy
5. Israeli Prime Minister calls Japan, and says TAKE THAT for offering help to Iran, and ya know, there are FIVE MORE NUKES in the ocean off the coast of Japan, and we are going to set those off and destroy your coastal cities if you do not forget that 6.67, and say it was a 9 to cover for tsunami effects. AND NOW we are going to make your people DEMAND you move away from nuclear power so you can NEVER threaten us like that again. We are BLOWING UP FUKUSHIMA DIIACHI and you are going to go along with whatever story we tell you to. SO THERE!!
6. David and his pals close ALL valves to the reactors via the remote data link they admitted to installing, and put them full throttle, to melt them down while the virus keeps control room readouts displaying false info, like nothing is going on even though the place is coming apart. After enough mayhem ensues to provide plausibility, they set off planted nukes and blow the place sky high.
And even if the quake was real, there are nukes that can reach an 8.4. Close enough. Though I have yet to work out the final details, I probably have enough to hang them because:
1. I got the real seismic data that proves beyond a doubt the quake is not what we were told and was in fact an inland 6.8, (calculated higher than the seismogram due to the triangulated true epicenter being a little higher) which would get noticed but not feared in quake ridden Japan.
2. Numerous referenced sources prove Stuxnet really was written by Israel
3. Japan really did offer to enrich Uranium for Iran, and Israel has been documented to have attempted to destroy the reactor in Iran, and probably did. Japan contributing to Iran's nuclear future would make them just as much an enemy to Israel as Iran. Israel would want them taken out.
4. It is documented that a team from Israel, with a history consisting only of working in Israeli defense, got unlimited access to a Japanese nuclear facility, which then went boom
5. Reactor 4 had been defueled and proven disassembled, and therefore no explosion there was possible. What should have happened at reactor 4, if anything at all? the fuel pools should have melted down and caught fire once the water boiled off from lack of recirculation AT Worst, and badly contaminated the containment structure, NOTHING ELSE. NO explosions, NOTHING ELSE. Reactor 4 is building 7, PERIOD. Why did an explosion there happen that was so severe it blew the outer containment walls (4 feet thick) and inner containment walls that were much thicker? Reactor 4 is reportedly now in danger of falling over. HOW?
6. The Japanese government is going along with the story of a scientifically proven false 9.0. There is a reason, and my guess is that Israel has made threats to wipe out Japanese coastal cities with additional tsunamis if the government of Japan speaks a word of what went on, there should be no reason for Japan to go along with this other than a continued threat..."

Dr. Strangelove

"Crown Corruption" section of "The Case Against Nuclear Lizzy" series by "The Happy Fox." Quite a few American independent American researchers such as Leuren Moret (mentioned elsewhere on this web page, to include her important 9 May interview transcript and her author archive at AmericaFirstInstitute.com), Lyndon LaRouche, and the late Joan Veon claim that Queen Elizabeth II of England ("Nuclear Lizzy") is a major owner of uranium mines around the world, and she pushes nuclear power plants to supply markets for her mines, even though the total social costs of creating and handling nuclear material and storing waste makes it the most expensive and hazardous form of energy (the reality of nuclear power is the total opposite of 1950's propaganda that it was the "wave of the future" because it could offer power "too cheap to meter").
Nuclear power plants also serve as a "front" for nuclear weapons production. The British Royal Family and their Rothschild allies have had substantial influence over General Electric, which built most of the Fukushima reactors (Leuren Moret thinks that the design features are so recklessly accident-prone that GE Mark I nuclear reactors were deliberately intended to function as prepositioned dirty nuclear bombs waiting to be triggered by false flag nuclear incidents -- in other words a substantial portion of the nuclear industry is controlled by very sick and dangerous people who are enough to make the fictional Dr. Strangelove or the real life founders of the Rand Corporation blush). Britain's imperial leaders are not only major uranium suppliers to Japan, but also have substantial influence over Mossad-CIA (the Rothschilds have historically been viewed as the "Godfathers" of Israel), which probably sabotaged the Fukushima reactors with the Stuxnet virus. The British Royal Family and their Zionist allies support many other very bizarre policies, such as U.N. Agenda 21 global depopulation. Some of these individuals may be characterized as having mixtures of psychopathic, psychotic, and power-mad traits. (A problem for certain incestuously inbred aristocracies once noted by Thomas Jefferson in his condemnation of "artificial" as opposed to "natural" aristocracies). British intelligence, or MI-6, is heavily in bed with Israel's Mossad, just like America's CIA. Together, they all play a leading role in the global drug trade, with prime opium supply sources currently in Afghanistan (see Chapter 37) as well as the Golden Triangle.
In addition to pushing nuclear power, the British Royal Family also has a long history of supporting mass drug addiction in concert with the Rothschilds, Sassoons, and other elite Jewish crime families (not to mention "American" allies such as the founders of Skull and Bones at Yale) through such imperial adventures as the Opium Wars of the 19th century and more recently the American invasion of Afghanistan following a phony Mossad-CIA "inside job" false flag attack on 9/11, as covered in Chapter 7 of my Mission of Conscience series.

[Editor's Note: At this point I do not know enough to be able to adequately weigh Michael Rivero's contention that an alleged secret Japanese nuclear weapons program is a hoax vs. the contention by Japanese journalist Yoichi Shimatsu that it is real. You have got this glowing wreckage of four reactors over there in Japan, and people all over the world are detecting the increase in radiation on their own radiation meters that is in their home. Yoichi Shimatsu: You know last year about this time I was in Berlin where I heard Henry Kissinger announce his non-nuclear world policy. It was his first announcement. He happened to be in the former headquarters of the Stasi, the East German Secret Police where he made this statement. And since then we have seen a lot of what we might call very robust anti-proliferation work going on around the world. You know, we saw Mubarek and his son, they were trying to build a nuclear, revise Egypt's nuclear plant to build up a nuclear deterrent against Israel. Yoichi Shimatsu: Well, it could be traced. If people check and see if Fukushima One was under attack, Japanese nuclear plants have been under attack. It is a high national security issue, the Japanese government would never disclose that because of its security alliance with the United States. But in the Kobe quake, and the subsequent disasters, we did find evidence -- and we are talking about top seismologists from Tsukuba University of Seismic Technology, talking about very, very unusual patterns in the ionosphere above Kobe for six months prior to the earthquake. That puzzles them. Today Japanese seismologists are saying this quake behaves like no other quake they have ever seen. It is completely inexplicable. It has been followed by quakes along fault lines where these are totally disconnected to this fault line, so the seismologists themselves are saying this does not seem to be a natural event like previous quakes we have been studying for the last hundred years, so there is some concern that maybe some of the disaster has been -- some of this disaster may have been abetted by a robust anti-proliferation campaign that is being run something like Captain Nemo or like Operation Swordfish. There might be a covert program to shut down, like with Stuxnet in Iran, to shut down the world's nuclear systems to maintain a monopoly of a few countries.

Rense and Shimatsu also discussed how the U.S. encouraged Japan to become dependent on nuclear energy --and faulty GE nuclear power plants -- as an alternative to Japan's frustrated quest for oil that had been a motivating factor behind the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. New information obtained by WMR from Asian intelligence sources points to Japan fast-tracking nuclear weapons acquisition as a result of Japan's tense relations with China, Tokyo's frayed relations with Washington, and fears over North Korea's nuclear weapons.
Japan no longer believes its security treaty with the United States is reliable and Tokyo has decided, even with a strong tradition of anti-nuclear weapons sentiment among the Japanese people arising out of the U.S. atomic bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, that the country has no other choice but to scrap its commitment to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and opt for an independent Japanese nuclear deterrence capability.
Japan reportedly has the capability to assemble nuclear weapons in 18 hours. That is in marked contrast to its previous assemblage time frame of 40 hours. Current-generation Japanese missiles, with nuclear warheads, are can be programmed to target the large Chinese cities and naval bases along the Pacific coast.
WMR has been told that Japan war planners have discussed a joint strategy with India to take out Chinese ballistic launchers in the interior of China with missiles launched from India. The Indian option would be in place until Japan could upgrade its M-5 missile to serve as an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) delivery platform to target China's interior nuclear missile sites and bring Moscow, which is 7000 miles from Japan, within range.
As far as Japanese defenses are concerned, Tokyo, itself, is a hardened city, with an infrastructure for the government and VIPs to survive and escape underground to new headquarters in the event of a Chinese nuclear strike.
Japan has a number of granite mountains from where second and third strikes against China could be launched. Since the Chinese cities are much more heavily populated, China would take staggering casualties in a nuclear exchange, and the sheer number of victims would swamp the Chinese government's ability to cope much less govern.
Japanese nuclear war planners have concluded the Japanese are psychologically prepared to move on with a smaller population after a nuclear exchange with China and/or North Korea. Some Japanese war planners feel a nuclear war could actually be good for long-term economic development, as strange as that seems, since it would destroy a lot of backward capital and force new initiatives to go forward. The nuclear trauma has already been absorbed and incorporated in the Japanese psyche, so the Japanese are probably the most capable of maintaining social order and reorganizing after a global nuclear catastrophe. The bottom line for Tokyo is that nuclear war is survivable, though the victims would be numerous and the damage nearly unthinkable.
Japan is also in no mood to be lectured by the United States if it decides to abandon its NPT treaty commitments. A nuclear Japan will use the lesson of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to argue for a swift nuclear retaliatory response, that is, if any country launches a nuclear weapon on Japan, Japan's nuclear response will be total with a goal of wiping the aggressor off the map.
If Japan deep-sixes its NPT obligations, a half-dozen countries are expected to follow suit, primarily South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, and possibly, Turkey."

"Frayed relations with China and Russia, the ever-present threat posed by North Korea's nuclear weapons, and a re-examination of the 1960 U.S.-Japan security treaty, formally known as the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States and Japan, has some in the Japanese government and military considering what would have been unthinkable just a few years ago, Japan entering the club of nations possessing nuclear weapons.
Since Japan was the only nation to have suffered from the wartime use of nuclear weapons -- the dropping of U.S. atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in August 1945, there is a strong anti-nuclear feeling among the Japanese people. But it noteworthy that Japan had two nascent programs to build an atomic bomb during World War II -- the Army's Ni-Go project and the Navy's F-Go program. In the 1960s, the Lyndon Johnson administration pressured the Eisaku Sato government to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty amid fears that Sato was pushing for a Japanese nuclear weapons capability to counter that of China.
The security treaty provided for the United States to come to the aid of Japan to defend against an armed attack on those territories under Japanese administration. However, WMR has learned from informed Japanese sources that a classified annex to the treaty does not provide for the United States to commit to the defense of two disputed territories: the Senkaku islands, which are claimed by China (which calls them the Diaoyu Islands) and have been the basis for recent naval incidents between Japan and China, and four islands in the southern Kuril Islands chain that were occupied by the Soviet Union in the final days of World War II and which are still occupied by Russia.
The Senkakus were occupied by the United States when its military occupied Okinawa in World War II but a secret annex to the U.S.-Japanese treaty excludes the islands from the U.S. defense umbrella for Japan, according to Japanese sources. Similarly, the annex does not recognize Japanese sovereignty over the southern Kuril islands of Habomai, Shikotan, Etorofu and Kunashir. Another secret protocol to the U.S.-Japanese treaty permitted to United States to station nuclear weapons on Japanese soil.
With the U.S. increasingly seen by Japanese miitary and foreign policy polcy-makers as an overextended and failing superpower, some elements in the Japanese government and think tanks feel that the only way Japan can be self-assured over its defense is for the country to amend its constitution and laws to allow for the introduction of nuclear weapons for the Japanese Self-Defense Force.
The recent demotion of Japan below China to a number three world economic power ranking also has some Japanese convinced that Japan must look beyond its security alliance with the United States and provide for its own defense, which in today's geo-political climate necessitates the acquisition of nuclear weapons. WMR has learned from Japanese sources that when a green light is given by the government, it will take only three months for Japan to develop and deploy nuclear warheads for its military forces. Japan maintains an independent uranium enrichment capability and is able to use its own rocket technology to develop an intercontinental ballistic missile delivery system. There is some speculation that Japan merely that since Japan already possesses nuclear weapons designs details it merely has to jump to production in order to field weapons. Japan is already the world's third largest nuclear power producer after the United States and France, both of which are nuclear weaponry powers.
The recent skirmish between Japanese Coast Guard vessels and a Chinese fishing boat in disputed Senkaku waters and a firm Russian rejection of negotiations with Japan over the future of the disputed southern Kurils as a "dead end," has renewed interest by Tokyo in a more independent Japanese military policy, one that sees the possession of an independent Japanese nuclear force as a definite option. Adding to Japanese frustration is the refusal of the United States to vacate its unpopular military presence on Okinawa, a factor that helped bring down the government of the former Prime Minister, Yukio Hatoyama.
In 1968, Sato's government re-defined its peaceful nuclear power policy and commitment to non-proliferation by amending it to give it the option of pursuing nuclear weapons if the U.S. nuclear umbrella was ever seen as unreliable. With the revelation that the United States has excluded the Senkakus and southern Kurils from what it considers to be Japanese territory, the Sato clause is now being seriously considered. In 1994, Foreign Minister Yohei Kono revealed the existence of a secret 1969 Japanese Foreign Ministry document urged Japan to maintain the capability to develop nuclear weapons.
In 2005, Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso reportedly told Vice President Dick Cheney in Washington that "India, Pakistan, and the DPRK all have nuclear weapons. If the DPRK continues to develop nuclear weapons, Japan must also arm itself with nuclear weapons." In 2008, Aso became Prime Minister of Japan. In 2006, former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone floated the notion of Japan acquiring its own nuclear weapons.
Because China has always insisted Japan must not develop nuclear weapons, there is a powerful faction in Japan's military and political establishment that wants to do exactly what China opposes as a way of throwing down a gauntlet to Beijing's wider aspirations in Asia.
The word from Tokyo is that it is no longer a question whether Japan will develop a nuclear weapons capability, but when. And "when" would now appear to be very close.
If Japan opts to leave the NPT regime and obtain nuclear weapons there will be a domino effect in Asia. It is well known that while the world was concentrating on North Korea's nuclear weapons program, South Korea quietly embarked on its own secret nuclear weapons acquisition program. In 2004, it was revealed that Seoul had maintained a secret uranium enrichment production program at South Korean research facilities since the early 1980s and that the program involved enriching uranium and producing plutonium. Canada investigated charges that one of its Candu nuclear reactors it sold to South Korea was involved in the clandestine program.
It is also believed that Taiwan acquired nuclear weapons as the result of a secret alliance between apartheid South Africa, Israel, and Taiwan. South Africa gave up its nuclear weapons when it achieved majority black rule in 1994. There are also reports of secret Israeli involvement with North Korea's nuclear weapons program. Burma is also suspected of maintaining a clandestine nuclear weapons acquisition program."

* Building nuclear reactors near hazardous fault lines. According to Leuren Moret, Japan experiences an 8.0 earthquake every five years, and sits on the confluence of four tectonic plates.
* Storing spent nuclear fuel rods over reactors.
* Allowing Israeli firms to provide security, particularly in the post-9/11 period with so much strong evidence that the City of London, Mossad-CIA, and other Zionist entities have been repeatedly executing outrageously criminal and massively destructive false flag events, as documented in my Mission of Conscience series, the melt-down of Iceland's banking industry, (a combination of Mossad, the Russian Jewish mafia, and the City of London played a major role in causing Icelandic leaders to betray the traditional "Nordic character"), the City of London's BP-Gulf Catastrophe, and myriad other examples.
We need to focus extra attention on Israel's involvement with Japanese nuclear plant security and the Stuxnet virus --as well as reckless negligence in GE's Mark I plant design and location -- because the exact same problems currently exist in America right now as "catastrophes waiting to happen." Leuren Moret ...there were very low-level people left in the plant and this is right after the explosions occurred which made it impossible for cooling systems to work. But actually all the reactors were in melt-down 90 minutes after the earthquake because 90 minutes after the cooling system stops, a reactor goes into melt-down, and there was no way to get the cooling system started. The main cooling system that operates normally has the pump down on the beach. Why in the world you put a pump for a nuclear power plant where a magnitude 8 or greater earthquake happens every five years, and the history of Japan and tsunamis, I mean that is a Japanese word for these huge tidal waves that are caused by large magnitude earthquakes, so that would seem a very, very poor design. Also, the backup first system, which was a diesel backup cooling system, was in the basement under the reactor. Why in the world would you put a power plant right on the ocean and then put the back up cooling system under the reactor in a room, a basement room, that would immediately be flooded? So it seems like it wasn't just poor design. It seems like there was planning, very careful planning, that would sabotage the safety of these nuclear power plants in the event of earthquakes and tsunamis. Of course the diesel system flooded. The workers tried to get the pump on the beach to start up, they couldn't do that. There was no electricity coming into the plant, so they resorted to their last backup system, which is battery driven, and even that couldn't work because a Stuxnet virus created by the CIA with the help of Siemens and the Mossad was also involved. It sabotaged the operating system in the power plant, and no matter what they did to correct whatever they could correct, including probably the software and the operating system, it was immediately changed back to the sabotage code, and this was done remotely through satellites, probably NSA. So those nuclear power plants, all six of them, have absolutely been in melt-down since 90 minutes after the earthquake. Also, no expert engineers have been allowed in the plant. They would know how to deal with this issue. This really requires the aid of an international consortium of experts and governments and military to resolve this issue. But it is too late now. The molten fuel has burned through the bottom of the reactors. Melted through the bottom of the reactors. It is in the ground now. It has even melted through the bottom of the operating plant. So the secrecy in the past week has intensified during this first week of May, 2011. So it is not getting better, it is getting worse. And the United States Government has been complicit in this. They confiscated iodine supplies that U.S. citizens should have been taking. Actually they should have evacuated the West Coast of North America. We are all terribly contaminated now. He hired one third of the scientists there now on the faculty, the professorial faculty while he was the provost of Cal Tech. And he was the chief scientist of BP between 2004 and 2009. He was also very involved in playing a central role in establishing the Helios Project which is the energy biosciences institute at the University of California, but listen to this, he was also on the Trilateral Commission which involves Japan, and he is on the Council of Foreign Relations now, so he is clearly a CIA scientist through and through with ties to the City of London. The Council on Foreign Relations' (CFR) Foreign Affairs magazine article `Tokyo's Turning Point' sees the disaster as an opportunity for Japan to abandon protectionism and embrace the `free-trade' travesty that is the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). The TPP is yet another bid to further mire nations in the disastrous interdependency that is dragging economies from the US and across Europe into a speculative debt black-hole brought on by international bankers.
The article continues by suggesting future military reforms resulting from March 11 should include removing `anachronistic constraints' on JSDF rules of engagement, interoperability with U.S. forces, and participation in international defense industrial collaboration. It also suggests that faith in nuclear power having been shaken, Japan's dependency on foreign oil will increase, breathing new life into America's mandate to maintain the security of sea-lanes from Japan's coast all the way to the Middle East (China's `String of Pearls.')
Patrick Cronin of the corporate lined Center for a New American Security (CNAS) concurs point-for-point, in his article `Japan’s New Deal Opportunity.' He also calls for the full integration of Japan's military into a `NATO-style military interoperability for a range of missions, perhaps starting with humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.' Such `interoperability' and the range of missions Mr. Cronin would like to see Japan take part in as they get back onto their feet, would undoubtedly be greatly beneficial to the military industrial complex that funds his CNAS think-tank.

Moret: Now one characteristic of a HAARP event is foreshadowing. And in my article Global Implications of Sellafield, Irish Sea Coast Effect and Beyond, I described the science and the explanation and the physical aspects of how this occurred, and then I was able to document through this Indian scientist the actual number of deaths of Indian infants who were killed by the radiation from Sellafield carried halfway around the world, and then I began to think about that when as the Fukushima disaster rolled out and I realized they are doing exactly the same thing in the Pacific from Fukushima. And that radiation is being leaked into the sea. It is being picked up by coastal currents and getting into the Great Conveyor Belt. It is being carried around the North Pacific, down the coast of North America, and then it sort of circulates out around the Pacific in a great gyre, but it also becomes incorporated in the great conveyor belt and will end up in the Atlantic. Now the danger of that is this radiation washes up on the shoreline and causes increases in chronic illnesses that we know from the after effects of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, the after effects of the nuclear bomb tests which occurred between 1952 to 1963, when the Partial Test Ban Treaty ended atmospheric testing by Russia, the U.S., and the UK, and then we know the effects from nuclear power plants, and now Fukushima which is a new form of actually nuclear war against civilian populations, as well as the biosphere. So they have weaponized the biosphere. Now, the second foreshadowing event was the earthquake that occurred and damaged the Niigata nuclear power plant which is on the west coast of Japan facing the China Sea, and exactly opposite from where Fukushima is located. That happened a few years ago, and I believe that was a foreshadowing event for Fukushima. The third very strong indicator is the presence of a U.S. Naval ship offshore when the Fukushima earthquake happened, and that was the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan which seemed to be standing by as the earthquake happened. And of course this is a similar naval standby that was observed off of New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, off of Haiti during the Haiti earthquake, and off of Sumatra during the Sumatra earthquake and tsunami. So there seems to be a U.S. Naval presence standing by each of these HAARP events when they occur. So that is consistent, those three things are consistent with a HAARP event. The government complicity seems to also be consistent. We have seen it with the Haiti, Sumatra and the Katrina disasters. And also with the BP disaster, which occurred not very long ago in the Caribbean. Now in Japan the government complicity was just absolutely horrendous. TEPCO was appearing to be incompetent in its response, its very slow and ineffective response to damages to six nuclear power plants at Fukushima. Alex Jones has downplayed the possibility of a deliberate HAARP attack to set off the earthquakes in Japan, noting that major volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and tsunami episodes have been very common throughout geological history long before HAARP was ever invented. Jones has hosted Piers Corbyn on his show, "Meteorologist, astrophysicist, consultant, and owner of the business Weather Action." Corbyn states that lunar cycles not only move the tides, but have a major impact on long term weather patterns. Lunar gravitation can also trigger fault zones which accumulate stress over time. The 3-11 period seemed to be marked by not only an unusually close moon (the "super moon" took place around March 19th, in which the moon came closest to the earth in years), but also solar flare activity. On March 12th, Alex Jones' Infowars.com posted "Piers Corbyn: Massive Japan Earthquake & Tsunami Were Triggered by Solar Action."
Incidentally, earlier Corbyn also claimed that the unusually cold winter of 2010-2011 in Europe was due to lunar cycles and a reduction in sunspot activity. He stated this in Dec 2010. Earlier around October, he predicted that Russia's hot summer would come to an end. However, his predictions appear to have come after the 20 April Deepwater Horizon explosion, in which case high level City of London insiders may have understood the consequences of unleashing an "oil and gas" volcano in the Gulf of Mexico. Please also note the 9 Aug 2010 Special Post - Gulf Stream & North Atlantic Current Dying by Lord Stirling, based on the work of the Italian theoretical physicist Dr. Giangluigi Zangari who claimed that pollution broke the Gulf Loop Current and the primary "heat pump" that warms Europe via the Gulf Stream.
My rebuttal to Corbyn and Jones. It is possible that someone is trying to get either or both of them to cover up both the BP "oil and gas volcano" assault on the Loop Current, and a deliberate HAARP attack on Japan. It is also possible that neither of them is aware of such a possible ploy, and are acting in good faith. .
Prior to working with other activists to help deter a possible dirty bomb attack on Portland, Oregon during Operation TOPOFF in October 2007 (as described in Chapter 26), I moved 90 miles upwind to South Bend, Washington area, which is along the Pacific coast. Noticing tsunami warning signs in the area, it occurred to me at that time that the perfect opportunity for any would-be malefactors to HAARP the area would be during a period of high tide after heavy rains and snow melt. During this period, backed up rivers overflow their banks, and flood plains were covered with brackish water. High level malefactors would have natural events to provide "plausible deniability," while at the same time high water levels would maximize the ability of tsunamis to roll at their greatest height and penetrate the most inland to wreak maximum damage. Therefore, I interpret the arguments made by Corbyn and Jones in the exact opposite manner in which they intended them. They reinforce my suspicion of a deliberate HAARP attack on Japan, rather than defuse them.

The government also changed the testing standards for seafood to pretend that higher levels of toxic PAHs in our food was business-as-usual.
So now that Japan is suffering the worst nuclear accident since Chernobyl - if not of all time - is the government riding to the rescue to help fix the problem, or at least to provide accurate information to its citizens so they can make informed decisions?
Of course not!
The EPA is closing ranks with the nuclear power industry:

EPA officials, however, refused to answer questions or make staff members available to explain the exact location and number of monitors, or the levels of radiation, if any, being recorded at existing monitors in California. Margot Perez-Sullivan, a spokeswoman at the EPA's regional headquarters in San Francisco, said the agency's written statement would stand on its own.
Critics said the public needs more information.
"It's disappointing," said Bill Magavern, director of Sierra Club California. "I have a strong suspicion that EPA is being silenced by those in the federal government who don't want anything to stand in the way of a nuclear power expansion in this country, heavily subsidized by taxpayer money."

The EPA has pulled 8 of its 18 radiation monitors in California, Oregon and Washington because (by implication) they are giving readings which seem too high.
Remember, for the sake of context, that the government has covered up nuclear meltdowns for fifty years to protect the nuclear power industry..."

As we have documented, given the habitual nature of both the Japanese and the U.S. government in deceiving people as to the safety of the air we breathe, the fact that distrust has reigned amidst panic buying of potassium iodide and geiger counters is completely understandable.
Radiation from Fukushima has now been detected as far north-east as British Columbia in Canada and Iceland in Scandinavia, with mainland Europe set to be hit over the coming 24 hours.

I don't know the law in Japan, so I can't tell you if Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) can plead insanity to the homicides about to happen.
But what will Obama plead? The Administration, just months ago, asked Congress to provide a $4 billion loan guarantee for two new nuclear reactors to be built and operated on the Gulf Coast of Texas — by Tokyo Electric Power and local partners. As if the Gulf hasn't suffered enough.
Here are the facts about Tokyo Electric and the industry you haven't heard on CNN:
The failure of emergency systems at Japan's nuclear plants comes as no surprise to those of us who have worked in the field.
Nuclear plants the world over must be certified for what is called "SQ" or "Seismic Qualification." That is, the owners swear that all components are designed for the maximum conceivable shaking event, be it from an earthquake or an exploding Christmas card from Al Qaeda.
The most inexpensive way to meet your SQ is to lie. The industry does it all the time. The government team I worked with caught them once, in 1988, at the Shoreham plant in New York. Correcting the SQ problem at Shoreham would have cost a cool billion, so engineers were told to change the tests from 'failed' to 'passed.'
The company that put in the false safety report? Stone & Webster, now the nuclear unit of Shaw Construction which will work with Tokyo Electric to build the Texas plant, Lord help us.

Last night I heard CNN reporters repeat the official line that the tsunami disabled the pumps needed to cool the reactors, implying that water unexpectedly got into the diesel generators that run the pumps.
These safety back-up systems are the 'EDGs' in nuke-speak: Emergency Diesel Generators. That they didn't work in an emergency is like a fire department telling us they couldn't save a building because "it was on fire."
What dim bulbs designed this system? One of the reactors dancing with death at Fukushima Station 1 was built by Toshiba. Toshiba was also an architect of the emergency diesel system.
Now be afraid. Obama's $4 billion bail-out-in-the-making is called the South Texas Project. It's been sold as a red-white-and-blue way to make power domestically with a reactor from Westinghouse, a great American brand. However, the reactor will be made substantially in Japan by the company that bought the US brand name, Westinghouse — Toshiba.
I once had a Toshiba computer. I only had to send it in once for warranty work. However, it's kind of hard to mail back a reactor with the warranty slip inside the box if the fuel rods are melted and sinking halfway to the earth's core.
TEPCO and Toshiba don't know what my son learned in 8th grade science class: tsunamis follow Pacific Rim earthquakes. So these companies are real stupid, eh? Maybe. More likely is that the diesels and related systems wouldn't have worked on a fine, dry afternoon.

Of course, thanks to slick public relations and the support of both the U.S. and Japanese governments, the fear of the Japanese public about nuclear power plants was assuaged by guarantees that the safety of the plants was guaranteed, even during an earthquake in seismically-active Japan.
Nuclear power generation has been a good business for the United States and Japan. In 2007, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, was formed as a U.S.-Japanese global joint company to advance nuclear power plant construction around the world. GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy had some 80 employees and contractors working at the Fukushima 1 plant at the time of the nuclear disaster.
Just as Obama permitted BP to call the shots for all government emergency response and regulatory agencies in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon disaster, the president decided to send a White House team under the direction of the CIA-infused US Agency for International Development (USAID) Disaster Assistance Response Team to Japan to provide consultation to the Japanese government. Additionally, Energy Secretary Stephen Chu was asked to keep in contact with Japanese nuclear energy officials to ascertain needs. Obama decided not to send personnel from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Nuclear Security Administration, or even the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to Japan.
The reason for Obama's tepid response is his ties to the U.S. nuclear power industry. American experts who may have discovered the true nature of the nuclear disaster may have leaked the details to the media and for the most opaque administration in U.S. history, that would be the real "disaster" ...
...Obama's attempt to put a smiley face on the nuclear disaster in Japan is coupled by charges that the government of Prime Minister Naoto Kan, who has admitted to accepting campaign donations from foreign sources, illegal in Japan, has dragged his feet on publicly admitting the true nature of the nuclear disaster in Japan. The mayor of Tsuruga City has questioned whether the Japanese government is telling all about the situation at Fukushima.
It appears that Kan was taking a page from Obama's disaster response playbook in delaying the announcement that the evacuation zone around the Fukushima plant had been extended from a radius of 6 to 12 miles around the stricken complex. The Japanese government, after admitting a meltdown had occurred at Fukushima Unit 1, revealed a similar meltdown had occurred a Unit 3. A hydrogen explosion occurred at Unit 3 on March 14 at 11:08 am (Tokyo time), resulting in the collapse of a building wall.
